Best moving experience I have ever had. After several past nightmares in the past I went with Om hoping that they would deliver on their promise to get everything done with no surprises and peace of mind. The company is very expensive so I had a hard time deciding whether to book, but I am so glad that I did. Jon was responsive and trustworthy from the outset. He provided a quote after the walk thru and there were no additional charges. On the day of my move the four person team was incredibly professional and fast. The entire move was done in 4 hours. They exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Its too late for me now
My experience with this moving company so far can be compared to the movie franchise Saw. The rules are simple yet I cannot be sure how this cat and mouse game will end. It seems I am to be subjected to many unwanted sequels each slightly more improbable and grotesque. Its no longer a question of when will my furniture arrive or even will my furniture arrive but rather have I damned my soul? Its too late for me now, the deal between man and devil has been made. All I can think about now are the alternatives that I was too lazy or greedy to pursue. After all, I could have just burned my furniture and packed the ashes in a garbage bag or perhaps I could have trained pigeons to help me.

I was quoted a great price and went with this company. I will say they were very careful with our stuff and with the rental we moved out of. What got me was they wrapped boxes that were already taped up. I did not realize they would charge me over $1,000 in packing materials. That great price they quoted me went out the window. The company is professional and they were respectful. The only reason for not giving a higher rating is the price. Next time I will go with a flat rate company

On Time Moving
worst experience
Worst experience I have had and still having with a moving company. To start the day they showed up to move they did not bring a big enough truck so they left a whole room of furniture that they did not on the truck. I had to go rent a uhaul at 7pm at night to finish the packing so I could leave that night to drive to my new location. Then once the truck arrived at my new house and they unloaded it. There were so many damaged items. Over $3500 in new appliances damaged and over $2000 in furniture damages. Huge dents in my washer and refrigerator. Scratches and chips on my expensive dining and living room furniture. They lost a leg of a table and a power cord to my TV! This was very upsetting. When I contacted them to get this resolved they want to offer me $200 to make this go away. I am still fighting them to do whats right. This is the worst moving experience I have had with a moving company. I do not recommend them. Please be aware of the nightmare I am having with this company!

moving were amazing!
The men doing the moving were amazing! Efficient, fast and professional. I only give 3 stars because our quote did not include everything. We were charged $1000 extra for supplies (tape, boxes, bubble wrap) and our quote did not include the second half of our move(from storage to new house). pleasant to deal with the service
We had Hill and Sons help us with a move from one place in Braintree to another close by last week and it was a good experience. Mike was very pleasant to work with, was responsive and followed up appropriately. Mike, Steve and John did a good job, the team showed up on time and did not break anything. We moved a 1 bedroom to a larger space nearby and the cost was around $650.

I cannot recommend H2H Movers enough! I used them for 1-bedroom move and the entire process was seamless. From obtaining my quote, to pre-move detailed instructions, to the move itself, and check-in afterwards. The moving team was efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend them
I had an emergency come up that prevented me from being able to pick up some items from my late fathers home before it sold. I do not live in Cullman and was not sure what to do. Someone recommended Hendersons and I called them, they got a crew to the house early the next day, got the items and stored them for me until I could make arrangements to pick them up. They treated me wonderfully, like friends. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving or storage services whether across town or across the state or country.

The movers were great & efficient. The only ding & loss of star is that I had to give my credit card info over the phone, as the movers did not have the square. Yes, I had told them I was paying with a credit card. So, I would use them again & just plan to pay cash.

great experience
David C. And Maucio were great! They showed up on time and worked extremely fast. We had all of our boxes stacked and ready for them. They arrived with a 24 ft trailer and 3 dolleys. We had originally scheduled for 2 hours but it ended up taking us about 3.5 due to the weather. This company was great to schedule with and very respectful. They were even nice to our dog even though he was barking a whole lot! The price is great and the workers are great too! Have no complaints. Nothing was broken. Would highly recommend using the company. They are total life savers!

Helping Hands Moving Company
no professionalism in moving
Do not use this company. They company moved my household goods back in September of 2019. After several request, the company has still not returned any of my household goods. Check BBB and other web sites. We have also contacted the Office of the State Attorney General for assistance. So far no resolution. Do yourself a favor do not use this company ever.

Holiday Moving & Storage Co
This company is horrible.
The ladies were nice but the way they packed our stuff was ridiculous. Wasted a lot of boxes and did not label the boxes right. When the movers showed up, the company gave them the cubic feet that was a lot less than what was needed. We had to rent a uhaul trailer to take boxes that would not fit in the truck since it was already filled with other peoples household goods going to the same state. My husband was able to condense the boxes down because of all the wasted space in how our things were packed. When we got our stuff, boxes were labeled wrong and it wasted a lot of our time to include the movers. For example, the box was labeled baby room but the box had exercise stuff in it. They also told us they cannot pack alcohol which we boxed up and took with us but then we found 4 wine bottles wrapped up and packed in a box. Then they wrapped things that did not need it but left watches unwrapped and at the bottom of the box leaving them scratched up. We are still looking for electrical plugs since they were not packed with the item. This company is absolutely horrible and I am glad we will never deal with them again.

disappointing moving experience
These people did the the most appalling moving job for us. We were assured over the phone that they had an experienced crew and all the usual stuff. What we got was two Israeli backpackers and a guy, who through no fault of his own, could not speak a word of English. Every single piece of furniture has scratches, dents, chunks missing out of them - some of this furniture was only 2 months old. I had to stand there and watch as our dresser came flying down the stairs, out of control and hitting the railing and the wall at the end of the stairs. It cost us $1000++ which just added insult to injury AND they scratched the brand new bamboo floor installed in the new house as well as snapping in 3 places a solid brass oil lamp (3 feet in height) from India - how on earth they managed that I will never know.

For future reference, nobody ever use Holiday Van and Storage Omaha Nebraska for any of your moving needs. They were the movers that the military contracted to move us to Springfield and they somehow "lost" almost half of our belongings, broke my coffeetable and somehow forgot to take a 55inch TV off their truck as well. They were supposed to show up in the afternoon and did not even get to our house until 11pm so we were up until 1 with them unpacking the van. They said they have the TV, which has not been shipped back to us even though its been 2 weeks, but the rest is just lost and we have to just deal with it. I can put a claim in for most of it, but they lost all of my pictures and wall art and all of the kids special boxes of photos and awards and special items that I have saved since birth, not to mention almost all of Joes military awards. They said just put a claim in but how do you put a monetary value on these special items? You cannot. Sickens me that this is how they do business and are okay with their driver not knowing where our stuff is. I will be calling the BBB in Omaha tomorrow to, to put in a complaint against them as well. Pass this on folks... this company does not care, DONT USE THEM EVER!

Marvin came highly recommended from a friend and we were glad to find him. His crew showed up on a Sunday ready to go. They wrapped all of our furniture and moved us out quickly and efficiently. They know what they are doing and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Marvin is a great guy!
