Great Experience
Just had my second move with Two Strong Dudes Moving, Charlotte. Worked with Dave and his team again after having had a good experience the first time. They were right on time, worked quickly, well organized and the move actually took less time that I had planned. Do not waste time calling around , these guys are the option in Charlotte.

Kissel Moving Storage
Moved Items from Basement to Storage Facility
I needed to move about 500 cubic feet of random stuff (boxes, shelves, sporting equipment, etc) from my basement to a storage garage. 3 guys and a truck showed up at my house when they said they would. Their foreman, was courteous and professional. They quickly yet carefully packed everything into their truck and similarly unloaded everything once at the storage garage. The total time was about 3 hours from start to finish and the price was reasonable. I will certainly use them again.

Jet Lines Moving & Storage-CA
The crew was not awful, simply inexperienced and untrained
We booked these guys to move and then my husband found the reviews like two hours later. WE got a bit scared of all the negative reviews and decided to cancel. My husband called and Mandy answered the phone (same person all the time). When my husband asked to cancel she said fine and hung up! He had to call again and make sure she will return out deposit. She said she will have accounting credit us. I will be checking our statement carefully! Good business skills to not even ask why we are canceling or try to keep our business but to just HANG UP!

Motivated Movers
Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
I do not know that I could say enough about these guys our movers were Daniel and Daniel and they were so efficient it was ridiculous. They were as their name describes highly motivated they moved my entire house in about three hours. Their communication skills were amazing and they packed our stuff into maybe a quarter of their truck and I filled my entire garage with it. They were so friendly and so professional they helped me move a giant mirror and a giant TV that I had no idea how to even pack up. I will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone that asks and I will never move again without movers.

BEST Transportation has been amazing
Used Service from rural Baltimore Co MD - Tampa Florida. Can recommend 100%. Had options since this was a corporate relocation - The customer service seemed different - so I just trusted the reviews. It was during peak COVID omicron and we actually were unable to get additional quotes for an move from a 1500 sq foot rural MD home to Tampa. The quote was virtual. And the estimate was right on w the real cost at payment time. They aligned. Anyway - felt good based on my interaction w David (gave us the quote) and his team was extremely responsive to our many questions.

They are true professionals. Nothing broke and everything arrived in great condition.
I had my shell delivered today, Sunday (yes a Sunday). The movers Pat and Meek were a solid crew. They were on time and very pleasant. They took pride in moving my belongs in and made sure to not scuff or damage my new house. I would highly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone looking for storage needs. The price was better the. Some of the other storage companies out there. Additionally, the local owner is very hands on and I have spoken to him several times via phone and email. Customer service like this goes a long way with me!

The best movers I have ever used (and I have moved a lot) we have used them 3 times already and referred them to other family members. They are very professional and meticulous with your things. They also get the job done in a timely manner. The movers sent have been friendly and know what they are doing when it comes to wrapping and protecting your items! I will use them anytime we move.

Wonderful customer service.Highly recommend them.
We used Zippy Shell to move our home furnishings out of the house to renovate. Zippy was great! They delivered the shell on time and took it away on time as well. It was clean and easy to use. Would recommend. We did not move the pod, and did not have any trouble at all.

Zippy Shell Mobile Storage and Moving
Do not use this company!! They were super expensive and i got stolen and damage items.
I had give negative if I could. Apparently I was skipped. Lots of excuses and a token amount off bill. Just do ANYONE but Zippy Shell. I think random street people with addiction issues would be a better choice

They are very professional, efficient, and affordable.
Zhangs we are responsible and very well priced. They packed and moved all of our antiques without issue! We have used them for subsequent moves and shared with friends! Great service!

Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Z Movers is hands down the best moving company I have ever used. They were professional and pleasant to work with every step of the way. The planning process was a breeze, and they had no problem meeting my new buildings very picky insurance requirements. The day of the move was actually fun! Nothing broken, lost, or damaged, and everything that had been taken apart was put back together perfectly. Every person I dealt with at this company was absolutely A+.

This is my first time using professional movers and I genuinely appreciated and enjoyed working with Zip to Zip. Would recommend to friends and family, and will definitely be a first choice when I move in the future. Before the move, I found Mary and the site a breeze to work with. I really appreciated the site giving us quotes, progress steps, and everything I needed. It made it so much easier for me, especially since I am extremely busy during work days and can not take calls. During the move, the team of three were excellent. Professional, good communication, and really nice. We had a slightly confusing move and a long walk into the building, but they were great. Overall, extremely happy with the service and would recommend !

Yucca Moving & Storage Inc
On unpacking we found some damaged items
Broke a lot of my stuff, the most expensive appliances they broke was my washing machine. When they deliver your stuff, they hire some locals to help the driver drop your stuff off. They broke my bed frame and my computer desk in half! (how the hell did that thing happen!?). The kids they hired to help the driver out are too clumsy, dropped parts of my dressers (right infront of me!) put some dents on it and then even scraped out some paint on the wall of the house we are renting! I want to scream at their faces but it was not necessary. They fixed bed frame they broke but still, I am disappointed on that one. By the way, the part of the washing machine they broke was the load size botton. And now it can only wash a small load. There goes my electric bill! Piece of $h!t moving, very clumsy and i will never recommend this. The Army should not let this company move our stuff again!

These guys were great. The local office answered my questions and kept me informed. The guys who showed up were courteous, uniformed, fast and very professional. Jeff and Manny did an amazing job!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Their hourly rate may be a little more but I saved money because they were efficient and quick. With my previous move, I went with cheaper movers at $80 per hour for 3 guys who did not speak English and the move ended up taking approx. 11 hours total. The You Move Me guys moved the same amount of stuff - done in 4.5 hours with just 2 guys. I can not thank them enough for making this the smoothest move of my life!!!

So, it ended up that I moved on a Monday rather than Saturday with YMM. While the experience was a headache, I would like to compliment them on their response and resolution to the situation. Each person I spoke with at the main YMM headquarters was helpful and understanding about the situation and did their absolute best at getting things moving. I would also like to thank Jason, one of the managers and partners, for the effort to fix the problems and sincere apologies. The two movers I did end up with were also fantastic - efficient, professional, and very helpful in dealing with a cranky property manager. I think I just happened to have a very unfortunate, but one off experience with YMM. The way in which they responded to the snafus was fast and satisfactory, and why I felt the need to upgrade my rating.
