Unacceptable
Horrible customer service! Was stranded for 12 hours in Las Cruces, NM. Called the 24 hour roadside assistance number at least 15 times and never spoke to the same person and was told countless different ways they were planning to remedy my situation, all of which were lies! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Best service and prices for hitch purchase and installation. Get a 10% discount for bike racks purchased same day. Just under $300 for hitch and installation. By far best customer service for phone appointment scheduling and very knowledgeable agents. This business runs very well, kudos to the management here. Excellent prices for moving supplies (boxes, mattress covers, rug covers, locks, this place has it all)

believe the committed fraud
Warning.... This company charged my credit card without my permission. Also produced nothing anywhere even worthy of being called a template let alone a website. They had 4 months so far. Luckily my credit card reversed the charges. I believe the committed fraud. Stay away. Too bad I have to give a star at all.

cost of sacrificing quality
As other reviews indicate, this company has changed a lot over time. It started as a family owned business that grew very fast and gained fame by moving ex-Presidents. Some of the growth seems to have come at the cost of sacrificing quality. When we contacted them for a quote, the process of setting up a virtual inventory survey and the app used for that were great. However, once it came time to setup a date and finalize an agreement, it became difficult to contact our rep. We would leave voicemails and there were no responses for days. Eventually we decided that we could not take the risk of them being not contactable on moving day and signed up with another mover.

packed was done excellently
I have moved cross country 5 times now. This was a super easy and professional move. Nothing broken or damaged. On time with all aspects. Things they packed was done excellently. The movers on both ends were great. This is the 3rd bekins move. Twice I made the mistake of using someone else and each time I was sorry. Bekins all the way from now on.

I hired this company to do a move in June 2022. They sent very efficient and friendly workers who are focused on getting the job done and the time allotted. They were very careful and moving an upright piano and other valuables like a large artisan-made metal room divider. I would definitely hire them again but I am hoping to never have to move again!

I used Yellow truck twice now in the past year to make a small move of stored items in my garage about one block away and back. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours. It was not difficult. The only downside is that they charge a 3hour minimum so I had to spend extra money for time I did not need, but I understand that they need to secure a job big enough to support their team. The upside is that I did not have to rent a truck, dolly, packing materials etc and they hire two guys from Home Depot. So I got to pay a bit more but have no headaches.

This is the second time I have used Ben at Xtreem movers . We needed some very heavy wood furniture moved around the house the first time and the second time was to move a fridge and to help mount a mirror on a dresser . Both occasions Ben was on time and very helpful , I do not know how two men moved our heavy wood furniture but they figured it out and were careful with our nice things . I would recommend Ben for sure !

I would have been a prospective customer except after dealing with 3 employees who were rude and aggressive in my apartment complex.... think when it is time for my family and I to move I will be utilizing a different company. One star because the employees, however corporate was brilliant when I called to report.

I put off booking a mover until the last minute on a weekend in August in Austin Bad idea. After calling about 20 places that were booked up, Vosco added a slot for me. I had to pay a little extra for booking so late, but everything worked out well and they billed the same number of hours as my last move did. Three hours for a one bedroom move feels high to me, but I guess it is about right unless I got screwed the last time as well...

best company
I have used a half dozen movers over the years and USA Moving and Storage was by far the best in Chicagoland. They worked fast, did not break or lose a single thing and the whole process from estimate to finish was flawless. They even called to check after the move if everything went OK. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a very complicated move and could not be happier with the results. My two movers, Lennie and Josh, could not have been more caring to me or my furniture. First time I used movers. These guys were great. Best price by far I heard when I was doing research. They really do work quickly to get the job done as soon as possible. I thought my massive couch was not going to fit into the doorway to my apartment, but they saved the day! They came with their own tools, took the pegs off, and willed it through on their necks and heads to my living room. If my lazy Puerto Rican cousins ( so much for not believing stereotypes) can not help me next time, I will definitely use this place again.
