Garbage! Do not use this company. I heard James the owner give a quote while he was working with us and the trip charge that is standard does not change was waaaay different for them. He does bad business. The guys he brought were hard working, but I came downstairs because I had a feeling they were stealing time and sure enough he was texting in the truck. He did not fill the elevator like he should have and he did not bring supplies. He asked to use our comforters to wrap our tvs!! James is a conman- he can not do math and tried to over charge us. He was terrible the worst experience EVER. DO NOT USE HIM! He will cheat you! Show up late and charge you- so bad.

King Of The World Movers
Great service with great communication throughout.
Great service with great communication throughout. The packers in Kansas were on-time, polite and efficent as were the unloaders in Colorado. But, most particularly the driver was oustanding in his supervision of loading and unloading. He even delivered our goods a day early, which was very helpful for us. And, the final cost even came in below estimate.

Keep Austin Moving
I had an awesome experience with these guys. Fast, efficient, and they pack smart!
I used Keep Austin Moving for my latest apartment move and liked the fact that I could choose between an hourly rate or a per-item rate. Based on the information I received from other Austin companies, Keep Austin Moving was the most cost effective for my move. I also liked being able to have them pack up some of my items before moving, which was a huge help to me. I will keep them in mind for future moves, and times when I need to have new furniture or appliances delivered, as their per-item rate may be less than delivery fees at retailers these days.

BEST Transportation has been amazing
I generally do not write reviews but felt compelled after I recently used Kash for a move downtown and had an exceptional experience. Not sure where some of the bad reviews are coming from but I personally have nothing but good things to say about Dave and the crew that moved me. They took care of all my belongings and even worked with a not so friendly building manager on my behalf. I do not know how they were able to get my over sized one piece sectional through the doors but they did so without damaging my furniture or the molding. These guys are true pros. Their pricing was on par with both of the other companies I contacted and my bill reflected the quote I was given to by Dave. I also have to give Dave credit for keeping communication open with me and being flexible as I had a few special requests that he was more then willing to accommodate. If you need an affordable and professional moving service, these are your go to guys.

FANTASTIC, OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!
My family, well mainly my mother, had a multi dimensional move that consisted of several parts which we were breaking down into several different moves. The first part of her move, I was not involved in the decision making process with who we hired. This was a mistake Thus, the first part of this move was a disaster, my mother did not know any better than to verify credentials, including licensing and insurance information before making a hire. From my experience with the Federal Highway Administration, I knew that Pennsylvania was a hot bed for rogue moving companies operating without a license or the appropriate state verified insurance requirements. My mother on the other hand, was unaware of what to look for an just hired who was the best sweet talker over the phone. She went with a group called Mayas Movers out of the York area. There was no home visit. Everything was done over the phone. After the move happened and my mother discussed these details with me, I knew right there these were big red flags. For one, in the state of Pennsylvania, any licensed moving company must not only provide an in person written estimate based on a home visit, including their tariff but also leaving the customer a Know your rights and responsibilities pamphlet, with signed acknowledgement. The next red flag was the day of arrival. They showed up in a truck with no company name, no company phone number, no company credentials, no licensing numbers or information. HUGE red flag. The guy was very personable and his team seemed to do a great job. After the bill was paid and they were gone was when everything started to go wrong. It started with my mother explaining how the head guy pushed for her to pay in cash, that it was going to save her money somehow. So she did. Bill paid in full with cash. Apparently this saved her on some additional fees she would have had to pay with a credit card and they would not accept a check. Going around the house I began to notice some damages to her items that were not there before the move. Some damages turned into a lot. My mother explained how she was forced to sign a document at the end releasing her of any damage claims. I knew this was not right but she did not want to raise a stink. I have since made contact with the Public Utilities Commission about this ordeal.

Excellent Service & dependable. If you have an issue just call them or leave a message & they will do their best to resolve it. Erin & another female employee helped me out with a personal issue regarding my storage locker. I am grateful to them & they are conveniently located. In addition they have videos installed. I highly recommend storing your items with James River Self Storage.

I recently used JP Transportation to go out in DC for an event. They have great prices and great service. I called to get a Van and they offered me multiple choices. I went with the limo for a little more. They were on time to pick me up both times from the pick up location. Very friendly driver and owners. They worked with me to get the service and price that I needed. I would definitely use them again.

Island Movers Hilo (Hawaii Island) were excellent. Setting up the delivery time was easy. Communication was exemplary, they made sure every step of the way that there was follow-through and that we knew what was going on. Lawrence and Rus service was outstanding from beginning to end. They were careful, courteous and expert at their job. This company are an uplifting ray of professional sunshine during these challenging times - we highly recommend their service.

Wonderful moving company.
I moved last week from a two-bedroom apartment into a new house. My downstairs neighbor used them a few months back and highly recommended them so I went straight with them. I called after I found out my closing date and they were able to get me in within a few days. Derek and Kurtis came out and did a great job. They had to struggle with getting a large couch out of my second-floor apartment but managed to and then quickly got everything else out. They were extremely professional, asking where things should go when we got to unloading. I would definitely recommend them myself to anyone looking for a moving company.

Super friendly, worked fast and efficient.
I have used this company twice within the past two years, and have only good things to say about both experiences. Allen and Christian were efficient, friendly and up for the task. They conquered the challenge of getting not one, but two heavy a pieces of a sectional couch up a narrow set of stairs and over a barrier wall, and it was done swiftly and gracefully. They were considerate of my belongings, packing them securely and with care onto the back of the moving truck. So long as I am moving in the state of Texas, I will not use another moving company. You have a customer for life. Thanks for all of your help.

Intense Movers
We had a wonderful experience with Intense Movers.
We used them twice locally in NYC and these guys delivered efficiently and professionally both times. Our third, most recent move was Brooklyn to LA... the dreaded cross-country move. But we knew Intense would make it as stress-free as possible and they 1000% did! Loaded our 2 bedroom quickly and carefully into their truck within 1.5 hrs, Hughes made the coast to coast drive in 4 days, and unloaded everything within 2 hrs into our LA apt. These guys are honest, communicative and just the best. Thanks Alex, Hughes and Izzy for everything!

I needed to move out of state for work.
My company contracted with I-Go to relocate me from Kansas City area to Omaha. Tammy, my moving coordinator, did a great job keeping me informed at all stages through the move. My driver and lead, Beau, was wonderful. He has a great attitude which really helped alleviate my move related stress. Do not use this company!! They were super expensive and i got stolen and damage items.
This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The inaccurate assessment led to over 1k in extra charges. The delivery dates are off by more than 5 days. They fail to communicate crucial parts of the contract. The customer service is absolutely awful and they just tell you that you are wrong. They say call them day of and they do not answer any of the phone lines. I wish I could give them less than 0.
