I reached out to many companies before I came across greenvan lines. Iam so happy that i came across greenvan lines. A sales representative named Kevin answered my call and he was by far one of the best sales representatives. He had so much patience and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He assured me everything with my move would be perfect and be done in a timely manner. Kevin is the reason I decided to continue with my move. The day of my move came and I was assigned 3 movers joe, Jose and Raul. I told them I was concerned with an antique clock and was thinking of moving it to the house my self. They assured me that they would make sure it would not even get a scratch. They wrapped it so well and took excellent care of it. All my items came to my new house just like they left my house. Not one single scratch or missing item. Green van line are professional and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Guardian Moving & Storage Co Inc
do not use this company
we have moved 19 times and Guardian was by far the worst moving company we have experienced. They packed a box of their trash (empty tapes roles and moving supplies) and labeled it as toys. Two collector baseball jerseys looked as though they had coffee stains on them. My wifes suede coat was packed with vacuum and carpet cleaning accessories and nothing that was meant to be together, was packed together. Many electronics we had to search for chords that belonged to them. Thankfully this should be our last move because of Guardian showed up to pack us, I had send them away and so it myself.

Hired General Moving from a recommendation by our realtor and they were great. Very professional, quick to respond and took good care for my furniture (even the cheap ikea stuff). Would definitely hire them again.

Gemini Moving Specialists
no hassle, easy, care free move
I recently moved with Gemini, and I could not have been happier. I was told right from the beginning what I could expect, and everything they said, they did. There were no surprises. This company is professional, efficient and responsible. Most people do not like moving, well obviously they have never used Gemini, because with Gemini, it was a no hassle, easy, care free move and I actually look forward to moving again as long as it is with Gemini.

Great service
Great service . Taylor was great on the phone and got me a quote quickly as this was a short arranged move time wise for my mom. They were on time and brought 2 men for what we needed moved. They were professional and got things loaded quick. The only dissapointing thing was that the final bill was several hundred more than the quote. Part of that maybe an under estimating the time needed and challanges at the independant living with where they could park in relation to the entrance. But as I said it was last minute and talking to Taylor on the phone gave me a peace of mind.

It does not seem like bad experiences are a common occurrence for this company
After my initial review, Golden Bay Movers got in contact with me and they were diligent about making things right. I am truly impressed with the communication and attentiveness they have provided. It does not seem like bad experiences are a common occurrence for this company, and I really appreciated their willingness to give us a reimbursement for the original damage caused to our apartment building. I would consider using them again simply for the customer service.

Greenwood Moving & Storage, Inc
outstanding work the moving team
My moving experience with the workers who completed the actual physical move of all our belongings in August was excellent. Only half of the moving team, Tomas, Pop, and Ian, were able to travel the 200 miles from Indianapolis to the Detroit area, to complete the move.( I apologize, but do not recall the name of the other three very helpful and polite workers who were involved with transferring our things for the first phase of the move). These three guys were the hardest working people I have met. We had an enormous amount of things to move, and they were able to complete the job within an excellent time frame. They were very careful with all of our furnishings and given the amount that we had to move, it was incredible that no damage was done to anything. Tomas, Pop and Ian were also extremely polite and pleasant to have for over the 16 plus hours that were involved in the move. I used to work in the school system and have had a lot of experience dealing with a lot of different personalities and levels of courteous behavior, and these guys put my faith back, in terms of knowing there are still polite and people in the world! The administrative end of the company was polite and made effort to see to it that I was comfortable with the planning, etc., that was involved. We were not seeing "eye to eye" with time frame involved for packing and moving to put me at ease. I was not really sure whether the strategy they came up with was the best, as it doubled the work for the moving guys, but thankful for the extremely strong work ethic and good attitude of the movers, it all worked out. Hopefully Tomas, Pop, and Ian were compensated appropriately, I would not have given this company an excellent review if it were not for the outstanding work the moving team did.

Very professional, fast
If you are looking for movers, look no further! These guys were simply awesome! Very professional, fast and they know what they are doing. Zero bumps or dings on any furniture, moved everything with ease (at least they made it look that way) and they have wheelies and carts to move things faster. Trevor and Sean are really good at what they do, I will deffinitely be using Good Stuff Moving in future!

Ferguson Transfer & Storage
Great moving company
Great moving company!!!!They took the time to carefully wrap all of my items to ensure that they were not damaged when in storage a year ago. I recently had a military move from one side of town to another. I was left without a bed for three nights due to military movers picking up all items on a Thursday and not delivering until Monday. So after sleeping on the floor for 4 days due to military mover delays, the military movers would not assemble the king bed put into storage by Ferguson the previous year. So, I called Ferguson and the following day they assembled my bed and other items left unassembled by military movers. for a very small fee.

BEST Transportation has been amazing
Alan has earned my business for the last 5 years (Starting in 2011). I first contacted Alan to move a 1997 Nissan Maxima from Chicago to Southern California. I did not know what to expect being my first time doing this. He told me exactly how it would work, what it would cost and what to expect. Since that went so well I have used him personally a few times and also referred him to my friends/family. Not an issue each time. I have contacted Alan to move about 5 cars in the last 5 years. Prior to using Federal Auto Shipping I called several other shipping companies some were less expensive, some more but none were as professional him. For payment, a small amount goes to him and the rest is in cash to the driver. I want to clarify that I have no affiliation with Alan but merely wanted to write a review for him because he deserves it. He always worked with me when if felt the price was out of my budget and cars were always delivered on time and without issues. If I were to have issues I know Alan would help to rectify it. Honest company and people
Ray and Corey just left. EXCEPTIONAL service to say the least. They both handled my items with care. They were so polite and accommodating. They came in and got right to work. I had some challenging pieces of furniture. They were careful to cause no damage to my home as well as the items they were moving. I could notice that these guys really cared about my stuff. The driver wanted everything to get to final destination safe and sound. I really liked their way of doing things and I would use them again since I will be sure that my belongings will be safe.

We hired Tony and the crew to take an entire apartments worth of furniture and pack it into a PODS container for shipping out of state. Not only were they on-time and ready to roll, but they arrived 15 minutes early! I showed them the boxes and furniture, pointed out the fragile items that we still had not managed to pack, and they were off to the races! Excellent team work and direction. One guy spent the whole time in the PODS stacking the boxes and furniture the second guy was bringing in from the pile while Tony focused on packing the fragile items and making sure everything was landing in the shipping container safely and securely. They worked fast... very fast... but at no time did we feel there was a lack of attention to detail and safety (of our items or their own physical safety). We have another moving project on the horizon and we will be calling Fast Track for sure! Great company!

This is the second part of a move we made from CA to NY. They are literally the best movers I have ever experienced in moves across country and countries! I would recommend them to anyone if you value your things and want peace of mind with your possessions. Ivan and Ali are the best!!!!

Ft. Dearborn Relocation
THE WORST moving experience for me
I requested there services to help me move from Chicago to Casper , WY. I went with Mayflower and they use Ft. Dearborn. Mayflower somehow seems to have good reviews mostly but my mistake being i did not look up Ft. Dearborn. Moving is never easy and with me starting a new job in WY where i have to be at work almost 13 hours a day it was not easy at all. I planned my whole work / personal life around the delivery window of two weeks that was given me. I lived in an almost empty apartment and making do with things hoping my stuff with arrive any day. My move coordinator Debra C. did a poor at communication. I never received any updates and i was the one constantly reaching out to find where the things are at. Today i emailed D.C. and i was told that my stuff MIGHT BE loaded on a truck on the last day of my delivery window. They have no regard for their customers and do whatever they want. They do NOT care if you are without your home for almost a month as long as they collect their massive bills and are happy.

First Class American Moving Corp
all around very good experience.
We have used many moving companies over the years. The big national ones, and local. This is by far the best. From the low pressure estimate process by Garth to the move it self, it was "First Class." The team led by Steven were polite and very efficient. They take time to wrap all the furniture and pad it. The cost, including all that is comparable to others. We have had crews from other companies who were rude and complained. Not this team. They were very good, joked with each other, made suggestions on where to put things. An all around very good experience. Highly recommended. We will use them again if we need to move.
