This is a great team .
I can not say enough about this company. Did their online reservation, got phone confirmation, e-mails two days and one day before and they showed up 10 minutes early. The three guys who came were AWESOME! Their estimate was for five hours and they took 3.5. I love that they charge by the hour depending on the number of guys they send. Seriously, I am writing this on the day they moved us (from a three story townhouse to a single floor house) and it could not have gone smoother.

Overland Van Lines
HORRIBLE, UNTIMELY, UNPROFESSIONAL and CHEATS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERLAND VAN LINES.
My experience with this moving company so far can be compared to the movie franchise Saw. The rules are simple yet I can not be sure how this cat and mouse game will end. It seems I am to be subjected to many unwanted sequels each slightly more improbable and grotesque. Its no longer a question of when will my furniture arrive or even will my furniture arrive but rather have I damned my soul? Its too late for me now, the deal between man and devil has been made. All I can think about now are the alternatives that I was too lazy or greedy to pursue. After all, I could have just burned my furniture and packed the ashes in a garbage bag or perhaps I could have trained pigeons to help me.

Amazing client service
We had a great experience with Old Country Van Lines! Our movers did a great job and we could tell right away that they had been working in the moving industry for a very long time. They presented themselves very professionally and each of them introduced themselves as soon as they got out of the truck. They worked very well together and they remained pleasant even when they had been working for hours! They arrived and completed the job within the expected time frame. They kept us informed throughout the trip and we knew when to expect them on the delivery end. There were no hidden charge and everything arrived in good condition. We will be referring friends, family and co-workers to them.

Newcomer Movers & Delivery LLC
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY
Heres the deal I hired these guys to move me almost two years ago (August 2014), and have been debating on and off whether to write a review based on my experience. I never told management about my experience, choosing to just put it behind me and chalk it up to life experience. But, I am about to move again and, as usual, I am looking at reviews to make sure that I am going to be hiring the best possible team. I wish that there was a review like mine back in 2014 that could have helped guide my decision on who to hire. So writing this review right now seems a bit more important. First of all, they showed up an hour and a half late. The person who scheduled the appointment said that they had show up at 9; they actually showed up at 10:30. The actual movers said that their boss told them to show up at their office (appx 30 minutes away from my apartment) at 9. So poor communication, and I suffered as a result. Normally this would be a minor inconvenience, but in my case I needed to be out of my apartment by 1pm, so this was detrimental. Second, the person who scheduled the appointment estimated that the job would take about 3 hours. I have a one bedroom apartment... I do have a reasonable amount of stuff, but not enough to overfill my apartment. The two guys that were sent for my move did not seem physically capable to do the job. They seemed to try their best (other than the several times when we found them sitting around), but they were just exhausted. In fact, at the end of the move, they were so tired that the guy wrote down his partners name (so that I could leave them a positive review) as Brain instead of Brian. I got a good laugh out of that one. Unfortunately, instead of the projected three hours that it took to move, it took seven hours. I can understand that the time can vary depending on the amount of stuff/stairs/etc, but more than double the quote is unacceptable. I, of course, had to pay by the hour for their incredibly slow work, and, of course, left a reasonable tip because they were exhausted, seemed to try their best, were polite, and took care of my things. I won not be looking at Newcomer Movers again for my upcoming move.

Nebraskaland Moving
I had a very bad experience.
Similar to the other review, I called four times in an attempt to talk to Randy about my interstate move. I never did talk to him. I was supposed to call back with the weight estimate I was getting from another company, so they can use that for their own estimate. In addition, during the first phone call I was told it would be a four day move. During the last phone call, it went from a 7 day window to 14 day with a 5 minute conversation. I am pretty sure they never wrote my name down and when I suggested they take my phone number they told me to call them back. I ended my inquiry at that point.

Nelson Markesbery Moving & Storage
Reliable, respectful, & affordable. I highly recommend.
My husband and I got relocated and were assigned with Markesbery as our movers. We could have not asked for a better crew! So friendly and nice while being super clean, taking care not to mess up floors and walls and so thorough in creating inventory of our stuff. Chris (our team lead) could not have been a better guy! Thanks for making our move as least painful as possible!

North Van Lines, Inc.
Perfect work guys.
Aside from the fact that they came on-time, were very courteous, and took great care of both furniture and structures, I have never seen anyone work so hard on my money. I paid for a full pack and was surprised what i got for my money. North van lines were great movers. I will never go anywhere else and so should you. And I felt comfortable since the first call was made. Thanks again.

Neighbors Moving & Storage of Denver
This was horrible.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never used a moving company before and now I know why. Over 600 dollars more than I was quoted, scratched and broken items, a lying and threatening manager on the phone in another state. The movers showed up in a Neighbors truck but they were wearing another companys name on their shirts!!! SKETCHY!!Do not use Neigbors Moving becuase you have no idea who you are really working with!! BUT the movers were VERY VERY courteous! The only good thing about this company!

Merilee responded right away and gave me a quote. The guys then showed up bright and early on the day of the big move. RJ and his crew were professional and careful through the whole process. They got everything from my storage unit into their truck and put inside my new home without damage to the property or home. What more can you ask for? The moving team was amazing. They were very helpful and talented.
Was moving from SF to DC, and NorthStar provided me the most affordable quote by far out of the 10+ companies I contacted. They were prompt, fast, and professional, and my stuff ended up arriving in DC way faster than I had expected. Overall just a really smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with Montway.
Worst company/ customer service I have dealt with period. 2 weeks of constant delays due to random issues with four, I repeat four different drivers in which they would not answer why they cancelled until canceling there service and ended up doing the 38 hour round trip with a uhaul my self from Johnstown, PA to Sarasota, FL in 3 days. This company is bull, I canceled and they found a fifth driver 6 hours into my drive and charged me a $200 fee. Wheres my $800 for your four times of Montway canceling? This guy was probably going to cancel too and I was on a deadline. Customer service promises you the world when you first talk to them but they will fail you immediately after. Call the tow companies your self and save your money. Keep the 200 this wont be the first place until refund. DO NOT USE MONTWAY AUTO.

Huge shoutout to Artim and John, they were great, careful, and fast! This is the second time I have used Best West Moving. They are affordable, wrap everything up very carefully and bring extra boxes (even with hanging racks for clothes). This time, for my one bedroom (complete living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom sets) they got everything loaded and unloaded in 3 hours. I 100% recommend using them if you are in the LA area, and I will continue using them in the future.

MGM Express Moving & Storage Inc
I have used MGM twice now to move, and they are just wonderful.
My parents used MGM for their last move and recommend them. Mario was very helpful in fitting my last minute move into the schedule. His guys came early and moved swiftly. In under four hours all large furniture from a living room, dining room, bedroom and nursery were packed up and moved in to the new place about 10-12 miles away with bed reassembled.

Murat and his team showed up and started moving everything so fast and efficiently that I was shocked of how good they were.
