recommend this moving crew as we had a very poor experience.
My bf hired these movers to move our things this past weekend. At first they said they could not make it at the scheduled time and kept delaying their arrival until they said they werenot going to make it. We ended up rescheduling for the following day and they ended up canceling on us a few hours before they were suppose to arrive. This was very inconvenient for us as our lease was ending and we wanted to have our things moved by a certain time. I would not recommend this moving crew as we had a very poor experience

We had a top notch experience with NBMS. Bruce and Brian are great and made me feel really comfortable. Moving is one of the most stressful times of your life, so a positive attitude and a smile goes a really long way. I got a quick quote for a pack and everyone was professional, positive and kind. Highly recommend.

I have moved with this company twice (shorter, 1-BR moves) and had great experiences both times, at what I understand to be pretty affordable rates. Both crews were efficient, professional and friendly, and never complained if my stuff did not perfectly match the inventory I had given or if I had a few loose items. This most recent time the head mover was also very communicative around the move, calling and texting the day before to confirm the arrival time and check whether I had questions, which I appreciated. He was very thorough and had me double check the truck when the move was complete. No surprise fees, never lost anything. They even uninstalled my window A/C as an included service. I have seen people reference much higher prices for the more well-known moving companies, so in my opinion these guys are an underrated find.

The smoothest and fastest International Mov
The smoothest and fastest International Move we had. I was very worried about organizing an international move, reviews on the internet did not help. Some customers were happy, some not. I am very grateful that my move from San Jose to London went very well. Bill was a joy to work with. He was very patient with all my questions, reliable, respectful and helped me all the way. We were ready for the move and customs. The crews were great in both countries: they were on time, packed super well, and were also very respectful. Bill did a great job estimating the price of the move, no surprise. I highly recommend Nor-Cal moving.

highly recommend this company. Moving is a stressful time
By far the best movers I have ever experienced. They were on time, very friendly and professional. I watched them carefully place my items on the truck and they made an effort to tie everything down so that nothing would fall over and break. I was made aware of a few things that were broken, however I knew they didnot break it.. it was broken while in storage but the fact that they took the time out to bring it to my attention was really appreciated. Great moving company. Highly recommend.

Really nice and professional crew
These guys were responsive and professional from the day I called for a quote through my move. When we had some changes the day of the move they rolled with the punches and did not let anything slow them down. In the end the move went great and the price was exactly as quoted. I had use these guys again in a heartbeat.

They are very professional and provided great service
The moving team was amazing. They were very helpful and talented. Especially Sanjeev Dhewant (Sam) who was the first contact for Northstar did a great job. He was very responsive and friendly. This is the second time that we worked with these guys in the last 5 years.

super quick response
These guys are the best! They had a super quick response time and made our move so easy and painless. Ruben and Alex were amazing and were able to strategically move even the most difficult and awkward things (like my fridge) through my very tiny doorways. They were so friendly and efficient and I will now be requesting their presence at all my future moves! Thanks guys! :)

The team communicated every step of the way and exceeded expectation! My family moved from Southern California to Northern California. They were loaded 2 hours earlier than estimated and delivered next day. Nelson North American was the easiest part of our move!

MyWay Mobile Storage
highly recommend this company. Moving is a stressful time
Highly recommend! We needed storage for a couple months between moves. MyWay is a small local company that has great, friendly customer service and is very easy to work with. We trusted all our belongings would be safe and when it was time for unpacking, nothing was missing and everything stay secured. Pick up and Drop Off of the containers were scheduled and delivered right on time. Great staff and would definitely use them again if we ever needed additional storage.

My Move For Less
Really nice and professional crew
We decided to list our house for sale last minute and needed many furniture items and boxes put in storage. It is not easy to find moving help last minute! But Move For Less accommodated us and our time frames. They were great with communication. The two guys they sent worked hard and managed to get the job done despite the house being very chaotic. They were respectful about removing their shoes before going on carpeted areas. They worked hard and deserved their tips!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire these movers. I had an appointment set for 1-3pm and received NO call and NO update on my move until 6:30pm after I called every number they gave me to inquire. They rescheduled me for 9am the next day and did not arrive until 11:30. They then tried to charge me out the ass for any and everything. I tried contacting customer support where one young lady named TARA hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. The sales representative SCOTT that initially took my job refused to answer any of my calls claiming he was on an airplane and in a meeting (at the same time lol) Over all the management at this place is ATROCIOUS. I paid for 2 hours of moving. One hour of which was supposed to be labor and one for travel time. The truck was loaded in 30 mins and arrived at the destination in another 30mins (since my movers needed to stop and buy water on my clock) even though it was really only a 10 min drive. So only an hour has passed and they tried charging extra another half hours service when I still have another hour left! Over all this has been the most inconvenient, unprofessional, money hungry service I have EVER had to use. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company.

Great experience with those guys. Our reservation was handled very professional and efficient. The movers itself were great as well. They worked very fast and were very careful with our stuff. Very unprofessional Company
where shall I begin? People want to get paid but want to do poor services! I would not recommend! I called this company and was told that I would receive 2 movers. However, on moving day 3 showed up to move a 1 bedroom apartment! The service was awful they stored my items in the storage as if they were first graders! its horrible! I am no mover but I know that you probably should store the mattress first when storing things! when I asked the lead mover why did not you store the mattress first oh we did not pull it out first! But you took 600 dollars as payment for a shitty job!!! Very unprofessional Company! i probably could have found guys off the street to do a better job!!! Unacceptable

These guys are great.
Used these guys twice now to move my daughter in and out of an apartment. 2 guys, one truck, awesome. Both times I was blown away at how quickly and carefully they moved our stuff. Second move we had Jared and Vinni, just great to work with. I am moving my daughter one more time and using MM with Jared and Vinni requested.

The estimate was right-on as quoted. They (all 3 movers) worked to gather all of the boxes and items to move. I requested that my TV be crated and my tabletop to be wrapped in a blanket. From start at my apartment to finish at my new apartment things went smoothly and I felt a sigh of relief. I was presented with the paperwork and issued my payment at the beginning of the move and at the close of the move I was asked to verify that no other items were remaining in the truck. I signed the finishing paperwork and filled out a customer survey about how I heard about Expert Movers, Inc. and asked to rate the team members on their performance and professionalism during the move. Furthermore, Expert Movers, Inc. team member Jocelyn (in the office) who initiated the estimate, and set up the entire process was amazing!
