DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire these movers. I had an appointment set for 1-3pm and received NO call and NO update on my move until 6:30pm after I called every number they gave me to inquire. They rescheduled me for 9am the next day and did not arrive until 11:30. They then tried to charge me out the ass for any and everything. I tried contacting customer support where one young lady named TARA hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. The sales representative SCOTT that initially took my job refused to answer any of my calls claiming he was on an airplane and in a meeting (at the same time lol) Over all the management at this place is ATROCIOUS. I paid for 2 hours of moving. One hour of which was supposed to be labor and one for travel time. The truck was loaded in 30 mins and arrived at the destination in another 30mins (since my movers needed to stop and buy water on my clock) even though it was really only a 10 min drive. So only an hour has passed and they tried charging extra another half hours service when I still have another hour left! Over all this has been the most inconvenient, unprofessional, money hungry service I have EVER had to use. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company.

Great experience with those guys
Great experience with those guys. Our reservation was handled very professional and efficient. The movers itself were great as well. They worked very fast and were very careful with our stuff. Honestly, I was somewhat afraid that they will work slow because they charged by the hour, but we were proven wrong - perhaps also because we gave them enough "mover fuel", i.e. sandwiches and bottled water during the day.

Motivated Movers
Very unprofessional Company
where shall I begin? People want to get paid but want to do poor services! I would not recommend! I called this company and was told that I would receive 2 movers. However, on moving day 3 showed up to move a 1 bedroom apartment! The service was awful they stored my items in the storage as if they were first graders! its horrible! I am no mover but I know that you probably should store the mattress first when storing things! when I asked the lead mover why did not you store the mattress first oh we did not pull it out first! But you took 600 dollars as payment for a shitty job!!! Very unprofessional Company! i probably could have found guys off the street to do a better job!!! Unacceptable

Monster Relocation
These guys are great.
Used these guys twice now to move my daughter in and out of an apartment. 2 guys, one truck, awesome. Both times I was blown away at how quickly and carefully they moved our stuff. Second move we had Jared and Vinni, just great to work with. I am moving my daughter one more time and using MM with Jared and Vinni requested.

Recently moved and the five star reviews speak for themselves. Thank you goes out to Juan T, Joscito, and Juan B. *On-Time *Professional *Hard Working *True Team Work by all parties *Reliable *Efficient Procedure-from start to finish was well constructed. The estimate was right-on as quoted. They (all 3 movers) worked to gather all of the boxes and items to move. I requested that my TV be crated and my tabletop to be wrapped in a blanket. From start at my apartment to finish at my new apartment things went smoothly and I felt a sigh of relief. I was presented with the paperwork and issued my payment at the beginning of the move and at the close of the move I was asked to verify that no other items were remaining in the truck. I signed the finishing paperwork and filled out a customer survey about how I heard about Expert Movers, Inc. and asked to rate the team members on their performance and professionalism during the move. Furthermore, Expert Movers, Inc. team member Jocelyn (in the office) who initiated the estimate, and set up the entire process was amazing! No hidden fees as everything was full disclosure regarding policy, procedures, liability and cost estimate. Truly amazing workers and company! Thank you! Would highly recommend in a "Chicago Minute" to anyone who is facing a move!

Easy setup, clean facilities and friendly staff.
Perfect place to store your stuff. They were so nice on the phone with none of hidden fees stuff. Half of first month and I got a 4 by 5 storage area. They have fresh made cookies in the lobby when you come in and they always hand me a bottle of water. They have cookies, pens, water bottles, and coffee all free. Seriously nothing is free anymore but this stuff is. This place does it right. I forgot the Peoples name but I will update this soon next time I go in. They have cameras everywhere and someone to help you out a little. They even show you the way to your unit. 5 stars all day.

The movers who came to my house were nice but charge me an extra $800 to move my property across country. This is after already signing a contract with an exact amount of money charged. The extra money was for chairs that left wrapped up and moving blankets and showed up with no moving blankets all scratched up. My properties sat in a warehouse for three weeks until a driver brought it over to my new house in one day I am driving. Whoever packed the truck did not care at all. All the boxes were packed in disarray, upside down and smashed. No rhyme or reason on how it was packed. I do not suggest anybody use this company to move any of their property anywhere.

Highly recommend Jon and Nate! Jon was quick to respond, gave me a price based on the pictures of my furniture. His services included wrapping my furniture, preparing it for long storage! I had no idea what all went into this move. I thought it was simply pack the boxes and get the furniture moved! Jon and Nate took their time and did everything right! I definitely appreciated his expertise!

NEVER recommend this moving service to anyone
Will never use again. Have used 2 other times in past with decent experience and business has a good reputation for the area. This last time was horrid. Left huge gash in wall in the hallway, put together furniture the wrong way, damaged mirror with dresser in which they also lost the screws for the mirror. Left it leaning against the wall, when I was able to move it again also realized back of mirror had damage and huge hole in back of dresser. Also, missing a box of items. Not to mention, had a mover who claims he was out until 3am in AC and not in the mood today. GREAT service. Never again.

our move was fantastic
Our move was fantastic! They guys were very careful in packing and were very flexible to think outside of the box to get our furniture out of our apartment. We were having problems getting our sofa into the elevator because it was too big. The movers were resourceful and spoke with the super to have the building engineer put it in the elevator shaft and ride down on top of the elevator cab. On delivery, they took the extra time needed to provide padding under heavy marble statue so that it would not scratch the hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend and would not trust anyone else with my possessions.

efficient, timely, cost effective, patient, and honest, they are all really nice.
I am shocked that there are not any yelp reviews for Lombardi! We have been using this company regularly for almost a decade for moving and storage. Everyone there is so incredibly helpful and accomodating and we have really thrown them some curve balls. (Those ten crates of Christmas ornaments we stored two years ago? Can we please get them back today? Can you please pick up a house full of furniture and a backyard full of potted plants and store them for a week?) They are so careful with everything and we would not consider anyone else for all our moves. In addition to being efficient, timely, cost effective, patient, and honest, they are all really nice. We feel lucky to have found them!

We recently moved from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom flat in Fairfax and had a fantastic experience with Rafael and his team of movers. They were immediately responsive to our inquiry, fair and upfront about pricing, they showed up on time (10 minutes early, in fact!) the day of our move, and hustled the entire day (which included several flights of stairs at one end). I was a little nervous going with a new moving company, but Local Moves LLC was totally reliable and got the job done exceptionally well (with everything well-wrapped and carefully handled). We will definitely use them again for our next move!

Joe is a good, consistent communicator. His team of workers is well trained, polite & efficient. They took great care with all of my items ensuring that everything was secured inside of the truck to reduce the possibility of anything moving during transport. I highly recommend Loadstar Moving.
