Joy Moving And Storage
The crew was not awful, simply inexperienced and untrained
I put down a $500 deposit after being assured I could cancel my move and get my deposit back. I cancelled my move a few days later and was told they would credit my $500 to my card in a few days. A week later and no credit I called again and was told they would take care of the credit at once. Another week and no credit. I called again and they told me I someone would call me back the next day. No one called so I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Excellent hire! We have moved a lot due to work and this move was a local move. Jeffs communicated well. They were on time, professional and very friendly. As far as cost, they were very reasonable! I would would recommend them. What: We moved from an 8 acre farm to a residential neighborhood. As far as how: We had two trucks and four guys. That is what they recommended and it was perfect. How long: The job came in just under the time that they said it would take

Great moving company
I quoted about 7 companies and decided to go with Jet Moving And Storage! Mark G. guided me throughout the entire process which is great as this was the first time I used movers for a local move. We scheduled our move for Mar 9th and they called 2x to confirm with us, that was an incredible stress reliever. They tackled our two story (3 bedroom) home without hesitating or complaining. They were fast, careful and were just solid dudes all around. Got right to work and knocked out the job in under 10 hours. The move went perfectly smoothly and I was charged exactly the price I was quoted per hour with no surprise fees or extra charges! Oh not to forget, my girlfriends guitar was damaged by one of the movers but instead they compensated the damage and satisfied her! Will use them again for sure!

J and B Three Men Movers
Highly recommended!
We chose 3 Men Movers as they were recommended by a friend who used them previously. Their price was fair, and they were upfront about costs, and they got our household goods moved from one side of Houston to the other side with just two days notice. There were no hidden charges. Rolando and crew were fast, professional and polite. Highly recommended!

Family owned business with southern hospitality in their soul. Bunch of all around nice guys, they work fast and work hard. Even with a short-notice move like mine they were able to squeeze me in and get me moved in a few hours. If I ever leave the area this is the company I want moving me again. Used them in July of 2015. They broke several large pots/planters due to their negligence. I called several times and spoke with their sales person. Really happy with the service.

They were professional, timely and efficient. They picked up our stuff and held it for two nights. Same crew came and delivered and they were just great! There was nothing damaged and were very accommodating as to where we wanted everything placed in the new house. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent job packing and moving all of our household goods
Island Movers did an excellent job packing and moving all of our household goods from Honolulu to Georgia this past summer. The people in the office were wonderful about answering my questions and keeping me appraised of the location of our shipment The two packers were exceptional, working quickly and efficiently, yet taking great care with each item and packing the crates to optimize the space and keep everything secure. I credit them with the fact that none of our items broke--although we moved many glass items, and a number of big, glass doors for shelving units. The movers in Georgia who unpacked us told us that it was one of the best packing jobs they had ever seen. Thank you, Island Movers!

In and Out Movers
which does not make the practice correct, just part of a shady industry
Giving them 3 stars because they showed up an hour earlier than expected and charged me through the nose for wrapping my couch, bed, TV, and a couple other items. They also ask for a tip up front. To their credit, the guys who did show up worked the entire time they were there, they did the job in the time they told me it would take, and were reasonably cafe ful while moving belongings in and out of the residences. The truck they used was decently clean inside and in good shape. I would use this company again. Their price was also consistent compared to other offers I received. I was told the team of movers would show up between 10 and 10:30, they showed up at 9. The team lead then went through the contract stuff. They have a price chart for wrapping each piece of furniture. While they do not charge you for blankets, they will charge you to put a couple wraps of plastic wrap around your mattress ($18), box spring ($18), couch, TV($15) , etc. All they are doing is using plastic wrap. Once you get past that part, they do good work. From what I understand, this is not too uncommon for movers (which does not make the practice correct, just part of a shady industry).

Amazingly competent and helpful
I have used Intelligent Labor several times and will never use anyone else. They are super efficient, thorough and careful. None of my things were damaged. I had recently hired another moving company for an interim more, because it was last-minute and Intelligent Labor had no slots. I will never hire anyone else again. They were terrible. I am so glad friends recommended Intelligent Labor. They were great.

I made so many last minute changes in my schedule and he accommodated me every time, especially during the busiest time of the year for moving in NYC! For my next move, I will definitely hire IPS!

They are an amazing company with very professional movers
Booking Iowa Moving 1 for my local move was an awesome decision. At first I was a little thrown off trying to comprehend the whole part about me renting my own "U-Haul" truck and doing all the driving while they do the loading/unloading but I am so glad I went for it. First, if your move takes more than 2 hour you will for sure save money and second they were AMAZING. Response time when asking for a quote was like 20 minutes, they called me the day before to confirm time and address. Then the day of the move they showed up exactly at the scheduled time. They were so friendly, efficient, and respectful of everything I asked. While I sincerely hope I do not have to move again anytime in the near future I would definitely utilize their services again

Highly recommended.
I was simply amazed with Inter Movers and their service for my relocation to Dubai. It was a urgent relocation. My company let me know only a week ahead about my transfer. The crew came, packed and shifted my goods on 5 day notice. Received my goods in Dubai 36 days later in exactly same condition. Highly recommended.

highly recommend this company. Moving is a stressful time
I have moved way too many times. Usually, I utilize my Dads pick-up truck and do it Clampett style. This time, knowing that I had the stairs from hell, a very large refrigerator, icy, snowy sidewalks to contend with, and my new destination being 40 miles away, I decided to use a u-haul and movers. Plus the fact that I wanted to save Dads back. This move was a little unexpected. I needed to move back to my parents house to help take care of my mom after she gets out of the hospital, where she has been for the last 55 days and will continue to be for a few more weeks. I packed my belongings into two categories, things to go to the house and things to go into storage. One of the more organized packing jobs I have ever done. I called on a Friday afternoon and they had time for me the next day...worked perfect for my days off. Two guys showed up, walked up the stairs, introduced themselves and commented on the narrow stairs, awkward door openings and the lovely 90 degree turn half-way down the stairs. I explained what needed to get loaded first, and they began. They got the fridge down first, thanking us for kindly taking doors off hinges, and removing the fridge doors, a tight squeeze, but we got it up there, so we knew it would go down. Next went the mattress and box-spring, and the insanely tall headboard I own. They loaded everything on the truck, secured it all, and did this in 45 minutes never once complaining about the awful stairs, and without damaging anything. I believe this was the best money I have ever spent. They charge $70/hr with a 15 min destination charge to the location and back. I would have paid twice that. I gave both gentlemen a very large tip, they thanked me for my business and went on their way. I would highly recommend this company. Moving is a stressful time, and they took a lot of the burden off my shoulders.

Heart moving was recommended by a friend for their great communication, good pricing and solid work. I communicated with Ana who was very responsive and accommodating. We had a 2bedroom move with a lot of stuff and they recommended a 2 stage move (1 day packing, second day move) to make sure we adhered to the moving times for each building. They provided fair quotes and even called me personally to see how they could provide the most efficient service. In the end, I chose a different company who was able to do the whole move in one day but boy, that was some crazy tornado of a day. Looking back, Hearts recommendation to do the move in 2 days was probably the better plan. Will keep them in mind for future moves.

Hill Worldwide Moving Services was contracted by the military to move my family. They used some of the best boxes available, but they still managed to do a terrible job. I was told that I would have four packers for three days. We lived three hours away from their office so the packers would stay in a hotel each night. On day one only two individuals showed up and they returned home instead of staying the night. I was told they would throw more man power at our house after day two if needed on day three. On day two we did receive three packers, but they did not show up until 2:00 pm because there was another job they had to complete. They were only at our house for two hours. I called their main office to complain and got no response. On day three the same three packers arrived and were way behind schedule. One packer, Trinity, was very disrespectful to my wife when she asked him to wrap the items in paper that were going into boxes. We saw him on numerous occasions dumping things into boxes with no paper wrapping. This has resulted in countless things being broken on the receiving end. Towards the end of the day, the packers wanted to leave so they could catch a ferry home because they "were basically done." I made them stay and finish the job because I knew they still had close to ten man hours of work. I do not recommend this company and if you have no other option, do NOT let Trinity in your house.
