I would definitely use then again
We are so thankful we used Whites Moving instead of trying to do it ourselves or going with a bigger company. We were moving 5 hours away from Fresno, and I thought my only option would be a national chain, but they were all so sleezy. My husband and I had moved ourselves several times, but this time we had a toddler and I was pregnant again. I figured it would be worth it to see if a local company could do it. Whites was the first one I called, and they could do our long move with no extra cost. They were up front about pricing and stuck to their quoted price and timeline. They delivered all our stuff in one day. I was so thankful, as our toddler caught a stomach bug the night before, and my dad (our main moving helper) was having trouble with his hip. They saved our mental and physical health. They were courteous and friendly as well! I would definitely use then again and highly recommend them to anyone moving within or out of the Fresno area!

Wolley Movers
grateful and appreciative for the help
I have used Wolley Movers several times in the past. Recently I had some furniture damaged during a move by accident. They were very professional and repaired my furniture at no cost to me. They went above and beyond and I was grateful and appreciative for the help and their kindness. I highly recommend Wolley Movers.

no proper communication
I chose this company mainly because of their low hourly rate, however once we got done with all the add-on charges and their super slow speed, it ended up being no bargain. I am talking about a full-day of labor to move a one-bedroom apartment! (And, yes, I had packed the boxes myself.) Lack of communication was also a problem.

White Lion Movers Sunny Isles
fantastic! Prices were reasonable
These guys are fantastic! Prices were reasonable and the entire team worked together in unison, from placing the initial call and scheduling a virtual walk-through of our household to the actual move itself. Everyone paid attention to our needs and were careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend them.

White Lion Movers Palm Beach
damaged my furniture
We used White Lion of Deefield to store our household furniture and belongings for approximately 3 months. When the items were delivered to our new home our expensive sofa had a hole in it, our pots/pans and dishes were missing and they damaged our bedroom set. We tried tirelessly to work with Jennifer who is completely incompetent. We advised her a furniture repair expert was needed to fix the sofa and the bedroom set. She sent JC who is one of the movers, not a furniture repair person. He did more damage to the bedroom set as he is not qualified to do such repairs. She then sent another employee who stated he could NOT fix the sofa as that was not his expertise, he tried to repair the damage JC did to no avail. Jennifer ignores the fact they delivered a box to us that belonged to another client as I suggested our box may have gone to the wrong person. No response from her and the missing items are still missing. She is not competent in understanding how to try to resolve issues, she skirts the subject. If you have anything of value do not have White Lion move it, or store it. I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows what goes on as we are unable to communicate with him.

I would recommend this company

I learned about this company when I noticed their moving truck driving on rt. 78. I am so glad that I was able to have enough time to snap a picture of truck and track down their phone number. After moving 3x in 3 years and never being fully satisfied with a moving company, I will never use another company but You Move Me again. Their prices are unbeatable -- they were, on average, $400 cheaper than any other company I have used in the past. Moreover, they were timely, courteous, and quick workers. The quoted moving price included two movers who were very professional and efficient. All of my furniture was wrapped, save for one bookshelf, which was not wrapped in its entirety. Unfortunately, the one negative thing I have to say is that the one bookshelf that was only partially wrapped sustained some damage (significant scratches and dings) to one side. I did not notice this until my belongings were in my storage unit a few days after the move was complete. After reporting the damage to You Move Me headquarters, it seemed like they were trying to avoid compensating me for the damage caused to my bookshelf. However, once I was able to reach Ricky at You Move Me North Jersey, I received the best customer service I have ever received from any other company (not just from moving companies). He worked with me, within the companys policy, to compensate me for the damage to the unit. He was professional and eager to solve a problem. Its expected that sometimes mistakes will occur and things will get damaged/broken in transit during a move, but the way that You Move Me North handled this situation was commendable and notable. This could have easily been a very negative review, but the fairness and willingness to compromise that I experienced with Ricky quickly brought this back to a 5 star review.

best company we have ever used
We had contacted another company, Clark & Sons, who claimed to be a Christian family company, yet walked off the job and were overcharging, anyway. These guys agreed to get my son and I moved that afternoon, miraculously finishing the job in under 4 hrs. Patrick & crew were terrific. Friendly, courteous and efficient. Cannot say enough about them. I have moved dozens of times in California and Ohio, this was by far the best company I have ever used.

Very hard working and sincere
Last week I was helping my mom get moved in Charlotte. She had hired You Move Me she said because the estimator and Manager Curtis was so nice. On moving day I was very impressed! The guys came in clean uniforms, they were on time, and very professional. I had never worked with movers who showed more care for others belongings. It was really nice to have my mom so at ease! Thank you Curtis and team!!!

Luke, Richard and Evan were fantastic!!!! That took great care of all our furniture. Bubble wrap was placed upon everything breakable. They treated us so kindly. We could not have asked for anyone greater than them. We had to move a few things a couple of times and they were so wonderful about it. I would recommend "We Move You" to everyone. Lois and Jim

This is the most realistic assessment of YouMoveMe..as I have gone through a range of sheer frustration, some relief, gratitude, back to tardiness, semi-responsible behavior. Brian Kelley- original manager, not so reliable. A too business man like, less customer service. Movers though, top notch. Hardworking guys...but there was a lack of follow through on certain things that we had agreed upon. Since the original time, YouM...has gone through a few changes in mgmt. Some are great at follow through, some not so much. Overall, the attitude is too lax...what could have been a great service, is now lax. Will be hard to stay in business this way, leave alone grow. Hopefully, they can turn it around. Timeliness, do what you said, you will do...makes for a great impression. Overall, bad. You can get better service just about anywhere else for much less pricing. They pack with care and thats about it - the only USP, but not enough to compensate for actual service.

Bad Experience!!
They arrived an hour late (and I did not received a time window) and we had only booked the loading dock for two hours so my husband had to help get stuff into the truck while our time was running out. It took them 15-20 minute to park the truck and they counted that as part of our moving time. They started rushing during the move and became a little careless breaking an $175 bookshelf. The moving insurance that I paid for, through You Move Me, seems like a complete waste of money. Next, they were also only wearing masks for the first 15 minutes of the move, while things were coming out of the apartment. They did not wear masks for any of the time that products were moved into the house. I have already reached out and have got the response that they will work with customer but nothing yet has happened and our move happened two weeks ago. I was really excited to use You Move Me because when I called for a quote they had incredible response time, and great customer service and it was called out by many people that they were ALWAYS on time. Wow I was proven VERY wrong.

The guys were on time and friendly. Pretty quick too. However, you get charged for each sheet of packing paper and if unsupervised, they will individually wrap whatever they can. They wrapped the circular mixing ball from my protein shaker, individual Tupperware lids, it was a bit ridiculous. I would also ask them to be super specific with the labeling. We had about 6 kitchen boxes labeled kitchen stuff misc glassware.

Unprofessional and disorganized.
They showed up without uniforms, which would not have been a biggie if it had not been their marketing hook. And they were telling each other their opinions about our stuff WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE--some of them even asked if we were selling any of it, What? And though they were "friendly," they were not very careful. Our refrigerator has two dings and a missing piece of trim on the bottom, they killed 3 of our large plants, they pulled the dryer hose OUT OF THE WALL which we had to replace, and when we got to our new house they were in a rush to finish, so it was chaotic and difficult to manage. We were so happy when they left!

I survived a poor experience with this company. The team that picks up and delivers were great - professional, timely and worked hard. But unfortunately their customer service and dispatch were anything but. They do not listen, are non-responsive and want everything their way. No concern for your - the customers - needs.

Bell Moving & Storage, Inc

We used Bell for our move to Florida - big mistake. The final cost was more than our estimate and we initially did not know why because there was no itemized bill, but we had to pay to get our stuff. We had to call to get that final bill - they did not disclose on our estimate the additional charges for packing and UNpacking mattresses. Also charged for unpacking our TV which was not done. Only half the scheduled crew showed up to pack us up in Ohio, so it took 2 days rather than 1 and then of course, delayed getting to Florida causing us additional costs in lodging while waiting for them. Took and entire week to get here. The crew in Florida installed one headboard on backwards, and when told about it, they still did not install it property requiring my husband to remove it entirely and fix it after they left. He also had to tighten up the master headboard, and they did not attached the mirror to a dresser since they had misplaced the braces for it. Several items damaged. Complained to parent company (Wheaton) and locally, but no response.

Budget Economy Movers
Disappointed in this firm
NEVER use this moving company!! They are horrible!!! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and horrible people. They do not have employees...they just hire day laborers and pay them little to nothing and then leave the day laborer stranded. They say they will charge the cheapest and give you a decent quote..and then they charge for pre-wrapping your stuff which is part of moving. They say they will bring 3 movers and that is a lie. They bring 2 men and the mans wife who does absolutely NOTHING. They are scammers and they do not do a good job moving your stuff. NEVER use them you will regret it. They are rude and they are nothing but liars. Do not let the Christian fish on their business card fool you there is nothing Christian about this husband and wife team. I regret using them for my move and will NEVER make that mistake again. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, the man threatened me.

B&H moved my boyfriend and me from NYC to Portland, Oregon. I had say the service was just OK. To load the truck, the movers arrived 15 mins late (ok, not terrible), and they were pretty efficient packing our stuff onto the truck. We had boxed a bunch of our stuff ourselves, even though their rep says that they will pack up to 15 boxes for you, all of the packaging and boxes included. So we packed the big stuff and left all of the dishes and kitchen stuff for them to do with the packaging they claimed was included. When they got to the house and saw that stuff unpacked, the foreman said they usually charge a fee for wrapping dishes and stuff, but he will do it for free as long as we take care of his guys (aka tip the movers). So like I said, the actual speed of the load-in was cool. At the end, however, since we went over the amount of truck space from the estimate, we ended up being charged more - which is fine. The foremans math, however, was horrendous, and he tried to convince us we owed about $500 more than we did. Eventually - after about 15 mins of back and forth - my boyfriend showed him his errors and he saw his miscalculations and he charged us correctly. When we gave the big tip to his guys, he told us he would be splitting it 3 ways (to tip himself), not just amongst them. The trip, they told us, would take about 7-10 days since they were getting us on an early truck out, and they would call 24 hours before arriving. I called them on the 14th day, and they said it would be coming on the 18th day. I called on the 17th day and they said it would still be a few more days. When they finally arrived, several things were broken, but in the grand scheme of things, most things were not, which is of course great. Several boxes were covered outside and inside (how had that happen) with a fine white dust. Some pots and pans were chipped because they packed them and did not wrap properly. Some glass things were shattered. All in all, our stuff came in decent shape - would I use B&H again? Doubtful.

I called them on the 14th day, and they said it would be coming on the 18th day. I called on the 17th day and they said it would still be a few more days. When they finally arrived, several things were broken, but in the grand scheme of things, most things were not, which is of course great. Several boxes were covered outside and inside (how had that happen) with a fine white dust. Some pots and pans were chipped because they packed them and did not wrap properly. Some glass things were shattered. All in all, our stuff came in decent shape - would I use B&H again? Doubtful.
