AVOID THIS COMPANY
Avoid this company. I wish we would have seen all of their bad reviews all over the internet. These people are borderline criminals. We used them to help with a move from CA to CO for my mother. They gave her a quote and said it would not change. Once they arrived on the day of the move they changed the quote by thousands of dollars and gave her a new agreement. At that point it was too late to find another company so she was forced to move forward at almost double the original quote. They did not drive her belongings to CO and instead dumped them in a warehouse. No status updates for weeks and no calls returned. When they finally arrived, they wanted cash and they were only willing to put everything on the main floor unless she wants to pay thousands more on the spot. These people are horrible and if you research the owner, he has been sued several times over the years (LA County public records) and has had more company names than you can count. On top of all of these problems, several boxes were opened and rifled through, items stolen and there were more than 15 pieces of furniture damaged. They refuse to do anything to resolve the issues.

Titan Moving Systems
Very professional and friendly
I used Titan two years ago and they were a no brainer for this move! They are always so fast and efficient, kind, and professional! But will also chat with you and get to know you! Both experiences were amazing and WAY CHEAPER than anyone else that I got quotes yes from. I will only use Titan to move!

Titan Moving And Storage LLC
Excellent Work
While planning to move from Alexandria to Arlington, I called several different moving companies, and received many estimates. Titan moving was the best price. They came into my apartment for a free estimate. We then set up a date and time to move. Three guys arrived exactly on time. They got right to work, we are very professional and efficient. The move went extremely smoothly. The entire move took less than two hours. When it came time to talk about the bill, it was exactly what was promised with the estimate. Overall an excellent experience! Will definitely use again and recommend to anybody moving in the NOVA area.
Excellent Work

The Movers Goods Services
Great moving experience
Great company to work with. They actually arrived early, were professional, and mindful of Covid requirements. My new place is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not yet working (new building). They did not miss a beat and did not complain about the stairs. Two weeks after I moved, I needed someone to move my old chest into storage. I called Armin, the owner, and he met me at the storage facility and did the job by himself. Thats what I call above and beyond. I have used them twice in the last 14 months. They are definitely my "go-to" movers from now on.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Tiger Moving recently moved us out of storage into our home. Big call out for Eddie, Corey and Brandon! Great group of guys - friendly, gentle on the furniture and made sure that everything was done right. Highly recommend Tiger Moving and we will definitely use them again.

Tri-State Moving Services
worst experience
As someone else stated, they will try to take more money than you agreed upon the day before the appointment. I had scheduled almost a month out for 2 men at $250. Day before appointment, the boss calls and says they have to do 3 guys for a minimum of 4 hours for almost $500. Fortunately, he was relatively understanding and agreed to the previous deal. On the day of the move, the two movers arrived looking very disheveled - one wearing only a backwards wife beater. They cursed loudly throughout the entire unload, smoked on our property (which is in a smoke-free community), and were not very gentle with our items. We now have multiple items that are scratched. Only reason I would not give 1 star is that they were out of my hair in less than 40 minutes. Will not be using them in the future.

Two Men and a Truck-Wilmington
good company
I had a really good experience with this company. They scheduled me on extremely short notice after another company cancelled at the last minute. Craig sent a confirmation text two hours prior to the move, and showed up exactly on time. The guys were friendly, worked quickly, and were gentle with my belongings. I would not hesitate to use them again.

horrible experience
The only reason I am giving this company any sort of star rating is because of the actual technicians that physically did the move. They where absolutely terrific and I hope this dreadful company realizes it and rewards them for it. I called them to request a quote for my move from Houston to Dallas. I spoke with a man by the name of Michael Polsky who at this point I truly believe he is mentally handicapped and is working at this company because of a state job placement program. He is an imbecile to say the least. He scheduled my move and told me it would be set for a move out date driven to Dallas from Houston and my items would be unpacked the following day. So this is two day move right? I thought this was odd because I have moved throughout the country and anything less the 275 miles is usually done same day. Anyway thank goodness the movers were early because not until halfway through I find out they are sending my stuff directly to Dallas that day. I spoke with the dispatcher like 5 times before they said if I do not meet the movers today they would charge me an overnight fee. Obviously I never spoke to the Troll(Michael Polsky) that I originally dealt with since the so called managers told me he was unavailable. My company was paying for the move so when they did not receive the check in time without prior authorization they processed my card for the cost of the move. No call. No e-mail. Just straight up fraud. Eventually after living off of ramen noodles and crackers for 4 days and jumping through hoops to track down the check my company sent them the money was refunded. Stay away from this company use someone else its not worth the aggravation.

The Cotter Moving & Storage Company
I would not recommend them.
I used them for moving a whole house (furniture only) and would not recommend them at all. Almost every item they moved was scratched, dented, nicked, chipped, scraped or broken. Their price was good, but next time I will pay a little more for quality movers.

great experience
We had Evan and his team help us move last year and it was a great experience. Their pricing model was easy to understand and simple! They also were able to maneuver through small hallways with big furniture up a flight of stair and down a flight with ease! We had no issues and would use them for sure if we need any moving!

Jay and his crew were amazing. Very respectful, did everything as I asked, and were professionals and knew how to move everythign to our specfications. This was the best move i have ever had and they were one of the very few things that went right. They accomodated our needs and some.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I have used Seattle Movers three times now - twice for small moves due to remodeling (think moving the upstairs into the basement and back again) and yesterday for a whole-house move. I cannot say enough about how terrific Nino and the rest of the crew was. Our new home has A LOT of stairs and they did not miss a step (pun intended), hauling a four bedroom house without complaint. Oh, and did I mention we have a shitton of books, vinyl LPs and wood furniture? Well, we do, and they lugged it all and did it in record time without any damage. They also went above and beyond, unpacking two new chairs and attaching the legs for me. After 13 years in our old house this move has been more stressful that I anticipated and there has been an assortment of mishaps. The ONE thing that has gone smoothly? Working with Seattle Movers. Pro tip: these guys are terrific, but they are not psychic. Label your boxes clearly - the better organized you are, the more efficient they are.

I have a particularly large and heavy item - a hand-built, solid walnut weaving loom - along with all my regular household furniture that needed moving out of town. I requested a rep to come see it to be sure they understood its size, which he did. However, for the move itself, they ended up sending two smaller-sized men who, although energetic and enthusiastic, were really not up to the task. We did manage to get everything moved - including the loom, with much pain and agony - but picture glass was broken and minor furniture damage too. On the positive side, I am supposed to be receiving a small check to cover the damage.

poor service
They were 3 hours late showed up at 4 when they knew my storage closed at 5. They told me they could store my things over night in their lot, then the day after I rides lots of clothing and jewelry gone. I know they are a good company for giving ex cons a new start but come on now. These guys were at least 45-50years old not students.

Agreed. I suppose moving is always hard, but the company does not provide enough agents. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the agents just do not have time to respond. Each time I had to copy our company HR and the agents supervisor to get a response. North American packing was awful. They wrapped plastic containers in tons of paper, then threw a medical device in a box and broke it. Nothing was properly marked. Now I cannot get a reimbursement check. Only bright spot, the movers who contract with North American to unload from storage in Columbus were AMAZING. Very professional, personable, and on time.
