These guys exceeded my expectations. First off, our sales representative assessed our move. He asked precise questions that we hadn’t thought of and helped us to have an accurate quote. I recommend their packaging solutions, they’re pretty careful handling all kinds of stuff. I was with the crew the whole time and they handle everything as fragile. I was just impressed with their service.

GOOD WORK
We couldn’t be happier with this company's service. We move fairly often and this was by far the cheapest and most organized move. Workers were pretty careful with all our items and their attitude was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, we have had to move 3 times in less than 5 years. Each time we have used these guys. The first time we were so delighted with their service that we used them again and again they always do such an amazing job. Our representative understands the stress of moving and he always do the needful to make us feel at ease. So moving so many times with them has given me confidence to say that these guys will take good care of my move.

Distance is not a factor
ABS moving and storage made my long distance move look too easy! Everyone was extremely helpful and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The two men who picked up and delivered my furniture took great care in making sure nothing was damaged. They were very efficient and hardworking in the heat they had to deal with. Their manager was my go to person for any questions prior to the move and answered me immediately with all of my many concerns I had during this major event! The foreman of the moving crew also was a great help with telling me when my furniture was going to be delivered- keeping me informed all the way. I am so happy and thankful that I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company with excellent customer service and movers.

Our rep was responsive, helpful and organized. The crew was unbelievable, they did such a nice job. I feel completely satisfied since they took great care of all our belongings, including our expensive glassware. The guy was pretty reasonable to deal with. The service is not disappointing.
First rate service, start to finish. I had a small, one appliance move that turned into a two-stops/two appliances gig after I made my reservation, and the crew was fast and flexible enough to make both stops work! Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Energized and well trained movers
It was raining when ABS moving and storage arrived. They were on time if I might add and that was quite unexpected in that downpour. They have high efficiency levels to load and unload my stuff. Although the delivery was delayed for one day due to the rainy weather condition but they were great and it was still in the range we can accept. All my cardboard boxes arrived safely. All I have to say- they did an outstanding job!

I made a great deal with this company. Their service was fast and effective, they even made the loading and unloading in less time than expected. They supplied packaging even for our mattress and wardrobe, that was awesome. The crew worked solid till the move was done. They are definitely worth it, give them a try!

They were pretty nice and helpful and offered me a good insurance. I was surprised about how careful they were, not even one piece suffered the slightest of damage. They were 100% available for me and delivered right on time. I’m happy with their service and recommend it.

I highly recommend ABS moving and storage purely based on the customer service. In terms of pricing they were more than affordable. I have come to trust in the movers. They were absolutely fantastic. Movers showed up on time and did a great job packing and loading. They worked fairly fast and made sure my belongings would be safe while on the road. The delivery was timely and as I expected, there was no damage done to anything. I enjoyed my experience with them.

Worst customer service stay away
worst moving company beware of them and never book your move with them. they will give you a lowest possible price on the quote just to earn your business. once booked they don't care about customer and they end up charging more and more. I am not happy with the service. Movers were very rude. * As per the original estimate (as per inventory details provided) it was measured 500 cuft. even-tough there are items which were not picked up as per the movers my actual measurement was 600 cuft. So basically there was a overage of 100 cuft which I don't trust because I had originally included washer and dryer and other stuff which I did not brings. Also my furniture are not very big. they are small sized furniture. So I don't trust even after removing items from original inventory how can there be an overage. * At the time of booking I was told that I can cover my mattresses into any inexpensive plastic cover. Instead of covering with plastic cover we covered our mattresses with a old fitted sheet. They refused to take it without it being boxed and told me they can box it with a fee. I agreed to pay for the cost of putting it into a box but ultimately they did not box it but covered with the move in blanket and charged me $140. At time of the delivery the delivery man charged me $75 extra for the long carry even though I am on first floor and I am not very far from the parking. He refuse to deliver until I paid him $75 extra. I had no option but to pay at that time. Also I sent multiple emails to claim missing/damaged item but they don't respond to the emails.
