The whole staff was so polite and courteous about my house belongings during my move . Awesome communication from when I called to hire them , to the end of the job . Jeremy the actual owner kept in touch with me the whole time.

Quickly and safely.
A friend had recommended Metropolitan, telling us they had had a great experience from start to finish. And as advertised, everything was absolutely perfect. Cindy took our call and set up the estimate, she was very calm and reassuring. Danny arrived exactly on time the next day, took time to understand our situation, offered excellent suggestions. Lena helped us confirm the price and logistics. The three movers who came to our house were such pros ... arrived right on time, it was amazing to see how smartly and quickly and safely they packed up boxes and furniture. They were kind, too, not rushing us, and then they helped us get all our items properly placed in the new location. From start to finish, the process was a breeze, thanks to Metropolitan ... we were in good hands the whole way

Best Moving & Storage
Very professional, punctual and personable.
I could not have hired a better team. The staff at Best Storage was very professional and thorough in the planning of the move. The Allied Van Lines driver and his crewmember were very professional, punctual and personable. They went above and beyond the call of duty on this move. I had absolutely no damage to my household goods. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

First-time customer has a painless shopping experience.
The site was easy to navigate and search. Inside the Q&A section of the binocs I was looking for, the staff responder suggested another, very good alternate. I was able to compare two good options for bird watching and come to a thoughtful decision. I also loved the video about the history of B&H. It was funny and informative.

worst experience.
They book you with one price come to your house and double it and then use religious words to pull you what ever they need to say to get you in. Tell you a days and you do not get it when they say. You can never reach them all of a sudden. It is a scam.

Horrible experience.
Horrible!!!!!!! They damaged almost all of our belongings!!!! They will not reply to your calls or texts especially when the move is a nightmare. We are still waiting for our check to pay for the damages since November. They said they would send it, but never did! I contacted the Attorney General, the BBB and the DOT about them.

Unacceptable.
Run! This organization cannot even schedule a move professionally. They cannot comprehend that buildings have freight elevators that operate during various windows. They tell you when you are scheduling a move, "Be sure to have extra cash on hand the day of the move." Further they refuse to accept credit card payments which is contrary to policy on their website. I spoke with a "gentleman" who shouted at me and refused to give his name. He told me that I could not pay my credit card and that I must pay by cash or he would cancel my move. Then this firm refused to repay my deposit,which I had to dispute with my credit card company. The reviews for this place speak for themselves. They refuse to accept credit card payments to extort people out of money. Run!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The 2 workers who moved our furniture were great but forget about getting a reliable quote from this company and if you do not like the original quote they give you , use another company! They might offer to go down on the price but they won not honor that promise.

BEST Transportation has been amazing.
I had a shipment picked up in California and delivered to TX. They were very good to me and I had a few extra items that were not on the list but they charged me $250 extra which was no big deal. I would recommend them to other people. The delivery was a few days late.

We hired Royal solely based on Yelp reviews. These guys were timely, organized, neat, courteous, and efficient. Took time to wrap items with care and unwrap them with equal care. Would highly recommend Royal Joe and Art were a great team and we were very happy with how this move turned out.

very efficient and also very pleasant.
We rented a Ford Transit van from Ron for 10 days and had a great experience. He provided us with basic camping gear to assist us in our trip and set the van up with a great, thick foam mattress for sleeping. The van was perfect for the 2 of us and was great on gas mileage, in excellent working condition (nearly brand new) and a pleasure to drive and park anywhere we needed to go. I would gladly do business with Ron again anytime I return to Alaska. Doing business with him was a pleasure.

Used them last summer for a move along the peninsula. When I requested a quote, they were quick to provide one with multiple representatives emailing me back. Fair, transparent pricing. Paid cash. During the move, they were quick, efficient and careful. Our old landlord was impressed with their level of care to not damage our old place, and he said he would recommend Brother Movers to future tenants moving in and out.

This company was referred to me by our storage facility. I am glad I did not check YELP otherwise I might not have gone with them. As it was we really appreciated thief services and the young men that came to move everything were very professional courteous and appreciative. We had several large paintings to glass dining room set and again they handled the whole move with kid gloves. I recommend this company. I had ignore the other post as it seems like they are pushed snout Groupon not the movers themselves.
