They showed up, were charming, useful and buckled down with no breaks other than the drive from the old house to the new house. I will be calling the group when I move once more. Great company!
We had some trouble on the day of the move, because my driveway was incredibly steep - Lincoln misjudged the type of truck that would be needed. But they came back the next day with 2 trucks, loaded up everything they could fit (because the trucks were smaller than the original plan) and took it to our new house. It worked out fine.

VERY HAPPY customer here. They did a great job. The guys were very careful, very nice and easy to work with. They were very fast too. Honestly, it was the easiest and best moving experience I have ever had, and being a 28 yr military vet I have moved over 10 times.

Fantastic experience.
Very well. The two crew members were gentle with my furniture and walls/doors, calm, pleasant, and fortunately strong! They new how to move things, twist them through doorways. No problems at all.

wonderful and very professional experience .
Total Transition Services is creating major change inside their company. They moved into a newly renovated office building that provides a massive upgrade from their previous work place. I had the pleasure of working with the owner and the owners son, who is expanding the company to heights previously unforeseen. TTS is providing a service to the public that is making a serious difference. I highly recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT hire this company or you will REGRET it! I was left stranded for 5 days without half my furniture (no bed or couch to sleep on) and not once did I receive a call telling me they were not coming. I called over and over, day after day, and was told dispatch was working on it. The last day I was forced to pay an extra $500 and sign the contract stating that everything was inspected and delivered in good condition BEFORE they would finish delivering the other half of my furniture! I was held hostage! Not surprisingly, damages to several items. It is a 3-bedroom condo that took 5 days to get all my belongings and they had the nerve to charge me $3000! Adding salt to my wound, they left my office desk in the hallway outside the condo (in the elements) blocking my neighbors front door for 3 days! The worst company ever with very shady business practices. Spare yourself a horrible experience!

These guys were absolutely wonderful. They were very kind, professional, flexible, and understanding, even when the move turned out to be more difficult than we had initially discussed. They were super helpful and even offered to help us push our car out of the mud when it got stuck. i am really grateful that we had their help. I would absolutely hire them again.

Amazing company with amazing movers.
Studley did a wonderful job packing, moving, and protecting the furniture. Solid furniture pieces were wrapped in blankets then covered head to toe with plastic to prevent dust infiltration. Even cushioned pieces were wrapped with plastic wrap. They were very careful to protect the newly-remodeled space when they moved the items back in. They even made sure all the furniture had appropriate padding on the legs to avoid scratching the new hardwood floors.

They handled it very well.
No move goes as planned, but they did everything that was needed and were very careful. I had to add moving some things I decided that needed to be stored at the last minute and the price went up and way more than I anticipated, but the they had the time. The two guys were young and very thin. They did not look up to the challenge of moving, but they handled it very well.

This was the easiest move ever! The guys are so effiecient. All the furniture is carefully wrapped and "shrink" wrapped, before they take it out. They were right on time each move and work very hard and quickly. The guys are very neat looking and very friendly. I have nothing negative to say.

The RoadRunner crews were wonderful. Always on time, professional, and exceptionally competent at packing different kinds of items. This was not a single job, but a series of jobs involving packing and moving everything from LP records to large furniture. I would not hesitate to call RoadRunner again for any kind of move.

Kimberly and her entire staff were great in the shipping of 2 cars from California to Washington state. It was a last minute deal with the second car, and a mix-up in the delivery that was my fault, and she still made it work.

Completed removal of old heat pump and installation of new system in approximately 6 hours. Very pleased with install and the new system operation. Sabrina (sales engineer) did an excellent job reviewing my system requirements, providing a proposal, and coordinating installation. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
