best ever Experience.
The movers arrived on time, and were polite during the day while they were working. When the end of the day came and the time to sign the paperwork, I was rushed through signing due to a family emergency that the head mover had. I was told that the inventory sheet was simply a check list to see that all items arrived on the other end. Upon further inspection, the inventory sheet is actually much more than just a list of items. There is also a place for the movers to put any existing damage to any item that they are moving. But George Arpins company put down that just about ALL of my belongings were damaged in every way possible. This is fraudulent and was an extremely distressing thing for me. I have never been "moved" before - I have always done it myself, so I had no idea that the company would be so dishonest. During the packing, the movers also decided to pack my 5 gallon Poland Springs bottle full of change, even though their company says that they do not move money.

What a great moving company! From booking the job, to the last piece of furniture moved, it was a very smooth process. I moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2 story townhome without one piece of furniture broken. I can’t say enough good things about this company & their movers

Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
First Choice Moving did an excellent job. We moved from a 2-story home in Arlington to a 1-story home in Robson Ranch near Denton. David, the owner, was very professional and pleasant to deal with, and quoted a reasonable price for a Saturday date. He stayed in touch prior to the move date. The move occurred on a very hot day in August. The three movers, Logan, Gerald and Alejandro, were on time, extremely professional, worked very diligently in a trying environment (many inside and outside steps), and managed to get all items into 1 moving van where other companies would have probably taken 2 vans to do the job. The unloading side of the job went swiftly and without any damage whatsoever. I was extremely impressed with these movers and David company. There is no doubt I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

Not satisfied.
I ordered an expensive bulb by telephone. It was delivered but does not work. I have been calling Full Spectrum all morning, using any of the options, to be able to get someone on the phone. As of 12.45pm there is no answer on any option, nor any response to my email. Their website says they are open. Regardless of Covid, they need to have someone at least answering the phone of sales and/or customer service! Very disappointed.

Horrible experience.
Horribly! Virtually every piece of our furniture was gouged, nicked or scratched. They miscalculated the size truck needed and had the audacity to try to charge us more to have all possessions delivered and stored. Their insurance form for submission of claims is designed to discourage you from submitting. I was devastated when they unloaded all my damaged furniture.

Excellent , extremely professional.
The move went without a hitch. Arrived on time, handled everything carefully with no damage to either furniture or houses. Their guys were amazingly strong, able to carry heavy dressers with filled drawers. Did not need to empty drawers on most things. Pricing was definitely reasonable. I am moving again in a couple months and won not hesitate to use them again.

Our MVM movers here in Fort Wayne were absolutely awesome! Oscar, Sean, Christian, and Jason were really great--they were very careful with our belongings and listened well to our concerns. They were really skillful at packing and moving, and they worked efficiently and well together. Their manager John was also very responsive and helpful. We needed to move temporarily to a storage facility, so we will need movers again in a couple of months. We are definitely going to use MVM, and we will request this "A Team" combination of guys for our next move. They really went above and beyond our expectations.

I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time and got the job done in 3 hours. Complete professionals. They charge a 3-hour minimum but their rate is highly competitive, so I came out ahead anyway. They came prepared with packing materials and tools. They wrapped the things that needed protection and everything arrived in great condition. They managed a tough unloading situation (my fault) and made it work. Best moving experience ever.

On time and very efficient.
Everything went pleasantly well. Cheryl was very prompt in returning my messages and answering all my questions. Rates were very reasonable with no hidden fees. While it may excite our spirit to move to a new home and start a new adventure; the experience of actually moving all our stuff is never something we look forward to. There is stress produced in ways never thought possible. The only way to offset this is to hire a company who specializes in stress reduction. Elizabeth Moving is one of those companies. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews. Here is another one. From the moment they returned my initial inquiry, it was clear they take customer service seriously; and it is not just for show, they want the customer comfortable and satisfied with the work they do. The gentleman who initially provided us information, then came to our house and did the walk through, was professional, polite, and made certain to address all my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember his name. He provided an estimate within 24hrs and had boxes delivered the same day once we gave him the go ahead. The scheduler contacted me, with no issues getting our move on the books.
