damaged one of my items
Used them for my move in the Summer and the moving expense goes up every time they sneeze. They damaged one of my items and has to be discarded. There is apparently a claim process that seem to not work. Three months after my move, I have yet to get a response or even an acknowledgment about my claim. Run!

disappointing and frustrating experience
I used this company two months ago. I had a couple pf boxes labeled Gifts. Now that its time to wrap gifts, I discovered a gift missing. It was a piece of jewelry for my mom. I did not think I needed to check boxers once move was completed. My may be thinking maybe I placed it somewhere else. No all the other gifts where this with the exception of the jewelry. I am really hurt by this. You save and save to get that one special gift to have it stolen.

Fantastic experience! Used as move from Westport Ct to NC. Also stored for 1 year a house full of furniture, China etc. everything was handled beautifully ..stress free! unprofessional moving service
I called them a few weeks ago and confirmed over the phone for my move this coming weekend. I called again this past weekend and their voicemail was full. I tried calling from a different number and the same man answered and said that I was not speaking to Daly Movers and that I had the wrong number. He must be the only employer that works there because I definitely recognized his voice. Please please please save yourself the time and do not count of these "guys". They are a joke. I am so glad I did not pay upfront, which no one should do without a contract. A good learning experience for sure though. Spend the money with a company that displays professionalism who also care about their business.

best company we have ever used
These guys are the best in the business. From start to finish they are professional, friendly and courteous. We had used them before for a small job and picked them because of the great reviews and they did not disappoint. This time we were moving to another state, so without hesitation we called them up. Jason was of course as entertaining as he was the first time and also a complete professional. His crew worked so hard and got the job done smoothly and it could not have been any better. Thanks so much, guys, you made our move so much easier.

Highly recommend Daniels Moving
I highly recommend Daniels Moving This company is amazing. First of all, their warehouse is immaculate and their staff is friendly and accommodating. Second, the cost for moving my belongings across country ended up being $500 less than what they originally quoted me. Third, they had the nightmare of having to back an enormous moving truck down my one lane, curving, hilly private drive that has a ravine on one side and several people coming and going from homes on the drive. The truck driver -- Tom -- had a great sense of humor and maintained a cheerful, can-do attitude, and made it happen without complaining or making us feel bad. I have a lot of antique furniture, some with velvet upholstery, and everything was in immaculate condition. They are the best!

Pure and simple, they overcharged us. The initial quote was $400 and it cost us $850. They charged us to wrap everything, charging for bubble wrap by the foot but would not give us a breakdown of the amount spent on bubble wrap and boxes.

Downing Moving & Storage provided horrible moving services. Recently relocated to Florida and my items arrived completely damaged. Boxes were wet and looked like they were sitting in water for several weeks. Damaged items included : TVs, furniture, dishes, clothing and art work. I was reimbursed (reluctantly) for the items, however, the owner has not been truthful about items that have not been reimbursed. He says they will be delivered or reimbursed and has yet to deliver on his promise. The movers who moved me in were confrontational and argumentative. They did not want to put furniture back together and became obstinate about what they were going to move in. I have moved several times and this by far was the worse move I have ever experienced.

Christian Brothers Moving Service
fast, personable, and very reasonably priced.
We used Christian Brothers when moving from Waco to Riesel and they were excellent. They arrived exactly on time, wrapped and padded everything, and had it all moved out and into the new place much quicker than I expected. They were accommodating in doing a couple of things that they were not obligated to do and even helped give advice on our furniture configuration! They were fast, personable, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone moving around the Waco area!

Michael and Chris showed up on time, very courteous, talked about what I needed done and then set about moving every thing as I had asked. One piece, an antique curved glass china cabinet, was moved very cautiously. Well done. cost was $125/hr with a min of 3 hours. very reasonable when compared with other companies.

I have used this company twice and highly recommend them. Sean is responsive and helpful in getting the move set up. He arrives with a professional crew of friendly, helpful and courteous movers. They are fast and efficient and very willing to re-position furniture when you decide that you want it somewhere else. I had a 7-foot grand piano that they moved both times and its not easy to move a 750 pound piano! They knew exactly how to manage it and did so with no issues whatsoever. It even held its tune which is unusual. I have never had a moving company that measures up to what Sean and his capable crew can provide.

So far we have had a tremendously positive experience. From Jeff- our bid agent, Tracy our move coordinator, to our pack and load crew- Chad, Andy, Trent and Darrell, all have been superb. We are moving from Illinois to Washington, so there is a lot involved. These people really care. Considerate, kind, respectful, motivated. A GREAT EXPERIENCE- A+!

Coral Springs Moving Company
Difficult to recommend Coral Springs Moving Company
Bid: $8,000 for an entire pack and move from Coral Springs FL to Tampa FL. They told us if we packed anything it would take the price down so we packed 120 boxes out of a final 366 box move. When the last of the things were being loaded up the only left coincidently was the liquor and some beer from the garage fridge they loaded up last... Hmmm what this a plan? So, I come out to the garage and 3 of the guys are sitting down drinking my beer obviously without asking. Now in full disclosure this beer was for a Christmas party 5 months earlier, so its not like I was going to miss it. Then I noticed there was a big hole in the gift section of liquors. They had taken an unopened jeroboam sized bottle (double magnum) of grey goose and they practically did it right in front of me, meaning it had to have happened just a few minutes before I walked into the garage. They also broke many items that were made of marble, such as a large marble pole (one of two) that went to the curio cabinet, another that went the bed both very expensive pieces. They broke two legs to the dining room table, again expensive piece. Not funny at the time but one of those great stories now ... we go to bed about midnight and maybe a minute later we hear wood creak, then the entire bed falls apart. So, to put the fun in this we have a king Tempur-Pedic that weighs 235 pounds with the split box spring, its late we are exhausted and (nothing to do with the moving company) as soon as I get the bet frame screwed in correctly and the bed back together some of the fire alarms start chirping. Any minute I think Candid Camera is going to pop out of my closet! There are 6 alarms upstairs and 5 down stair. I swear the fire alarms were messing with me! Every time I stood next to the alarm I thought was going off it was quiet and the sound came from another one!!!! You know what I mean? I cannot find the one or more that are going off so I just went to Walgreens and purchased an entire pack of 9 volts and changed them all. The kids had no problem sleeping through the nose; I think we got to bed about 1:30 in the morning. Good stuff now! Then, not funny!

Do not use this company
DO NOT HIRE!! they sent me three guys. Two where professionals and the other was a bumbling idiot who did thousands of dollars worth of damage due to pure stupidity and not giving a damn. The company told me it was his first day abs theirs a learning curve to this job and they would not take liability for anything. No! My stuff is not a practice ground for your unqualified employees! I am out thousands of dollars for a terrible job done. Just yo top it off my Apple Watch was stollen from my bathroom by one of them. I have never dealt with such an professional company. You have been warned!
