Though an estimator never came to my house to survey my goods, it worked out that there was adequate material(s) for all of my belongings and no secondary trips necessary. My move coordinator was in constant contact with me (but not too much) to let me know the progress of items. My moving team was awesome - the guys were quick and thorough - all my stuff arrived in as packed condition on the first day of my time window which to me was a HUGE positive thing. All in all a good company to work with !
