Comment : Dircks was part of our Mayflower move. We did not have a great experience at all. First, the movers looked like they were in middle school, which is concerning to me since these kids should be given a chance at an education. Second, our stuff was not put together well at all. Our furniture was wobbly, and there were many broken pieces of furniture. There was no regard or compassion for our broken furniture. I do not fault the kids since they are kids and worked hard. Dircks should have sent professionals with more experience, not kids. Third, the movers were fast, which made me feel like they had cared more about getting out than about customer service.
