Liars and Thieves
First off they did not bring a large enough truck and were unable to move all our belongings. Movers were very slow and did not try to carry to much each time they picked up somethng. They complained that the move was too big for 3 movers. After inspection of property it was determined that tbey stole all my jewelry valued at $10,000. The company called us liars when we confronted them and would not help us with our complaint. Well our credit card company sided with our dispute and at least refunded the overcharged price from the move.

WORST EXPERIENCE!
WORST experience ever!! Do not use this moving company! The only time the owner answers his phone is when he books you. Didn't show up the first day the move was scheduled and was 2 hours late the day it was rescheduled for. Believe what the BBB says. The owner will tell you a huge lie why he has such a poor rating. But from the experience we had, he earns every poor, miserable rating he gets. He also holds your furniture hostage when you disagree with him on the price (him sending extra guys for you to pay for when you didn't agree to it (whom didn't hardly work)). He tells the drivers of his truck to return the furniture back to the old house and put it on the lawn. After BEGGING him to please just bring it to the new house, he agrees only when you say you'll pay him in cash and pay the amount HE requests. The workers also load SO slow that they run the clock up so you have to pay more. I could go on and on for hours about the experience we had with him.

Less Than Satisfactory
We recently used USB Movers and Storage for our move. I was extremely disappointed with our experience. While they ultimately completed the job and moved our furniture and contents, it was definitely not done without damage and headaches. Knowing that their initial quote over the phone would be a low-ball offer, we requested an on-site visit to get a more accurate quote.They claimed they couldn't but would guarantee a price ceiling that we were satisfied with. However, come moving day, it seemed our sales agent Barry, did not communicate half of what the representative saw at our on-site visit. The movers didn't even know we had stairs at our new location even though I repeatedly told the sales agent we did. Throughout the move they said they would have to charge us additional for this and for that which ultimately was going to add hundreds of dollars to our initial quote. After some debate we settled on an increase of $150 over our initial quote. This was done mostly because we felt bad that the actual movers (who are doing the back-breaking work) weren't notified about certain characteristics of our new property. Now I don't know if this is standard moving practice, but we had three movers taking furniture/contents out of the old apartment and only two on the other side for the move in. Maybe this is a tactic to increase the overall time it takes to complete the move therefore giving them a reason to charge us more? However, what I was most disappointed with was the un-repairable damage done to a piece of our furniture. This was a dresser that was in the family for years and the huge chunks of wood that were chipped off will never allow it to be restored to its initial condition. Their insurance policy is the standard commercial "$.60/lb” so even if we said the dresser weighs 100 lbs, the most we would receive would be $60. Awful in Every Way!
Tried to give them 0 stars, but it would not let me. Below is a copy of my Yelp review. Be sure to check out their Better Business Bureau reviews. This company has proven to be disgusting in every way. I have been waiting to write this review because I was hoping to come to a resolution with USA/USB Movers regarding our problems. That hasn't happened. Full disclosure: This move happened at the end of August of '13 and we have been going through our Credit Card company to try to resolve the issue. This has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I want to try to keep this short so people read it and benefit from it. My wife and I hired USB Movers (then USA Movers) to move us from a small one-bedroom apartment on in Bethesda to a one-bedroom apartment in North Bethesda. The movers they sent were unable to perform the move. By the end of the day I had called friends to help us. My friends, my wife and I moved 90% our stuff from the moving truck into the new apartment including ALL of the furniture. I also spent the entire next day shuttling back and forth between apartments bringing the stuff they had left behind in our old apartment. Stay Away from USB Movers
Most unprofessional company ever. Joseph or Yosi the owner was very sweet on the phone until the day of the move when they tried to overcharge me. Then he became very nasty, calling me cheap and saying he has to eat. Would never use again, I'd move myself with my bad knee.

Interstate Relocation Systems
IRS Forever
When it comes to the choice of movers, I will not relent. It will always be Interstate Relocation Systems and I have no second thought about it. Why I would I even go for the good one when I can actually get the best? I wonder. I would not even want to try out what the other relocation companies have to offer because I am very sure they will not be able to match Interstate Relocation Systems. Thanks to these movers; I relocated safely to Chicago.

National Relocation Van Lines
Cannot say enough good things
This was absolutely the best move I have ever made. Starting with the quick reply from the office staff. I needed to put together a move in about one weeks’ time. I emailed National Relocation Van Lines requesting an estimate and I had a response email immediately and then a follow up email with all the information I needed to compare rates with other local companies. A quote was offered and the move scheduled in a few short days. The two men called me when they were ready to come and then met me at the garage. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about how the get this move done safely and quickly. They offered help with the items I choose to move myself, they respectfully handled my possessions protecting each item. They maneuvered the items with skill so that I was not worried about breakage. The move was over in just a few hours. I have moved multiple times in my life and this was hands down the easiest move I have ever made. I cannot praise this crew enough.

Horrible movers - destroyed my mattress
Horrible company, hope no one uses them! The sales person was nice before the move, but the day of the move, they put a huge hole in my mattress. The owner Joseph then claimed he has no money to pay me for it and I need to stop being cheap. I will be suing them in small claims court and reporting them to the BBB

I trust them
I only have one relocation company which I can comfortably trust. It is United Royal Van Lines and I do not have any regrets about that. After what they did to me in my most recent relocation from Virginia to Maryland, I have very single reason to remain their loyal customer forever. The diligence with which they served will forever remain fresh in my mind.

You don’t know how much you have been missing until you finally get to see the real thing. I have always doubted this saying, but Interstate Relocation Company gave me reasons not to anymore. They made me realise how much I have been missing when they came over to help me out with the relocation services. A good job worth recommendations was done. They left my new residence in Georgia when everything was in order. I was just very happy.

these guys came and moved my music studio I was very skeptical because my instruments are my life and i also had a baby grand and Upright piano. they dissembled the pianos very quickly and Johnny and the gang were very strong and even tho we had a little dispute over the packing materials he was very flexible and gave me a discount were i only paid $2400 after all of my bickering i was please with the service i would recommend them to any one ... I cant say it enough thanks guys for everything their tip showed ;)

My experience with this company was surprisingly well, considering I called at the last minute,Due to being stood up by family.The workers were on time and started working right away from start to finish.They were quick and professional with disassembling and assembling all needed furniture.The money was well spent.Nothing was broken or damaged.I used to live on the fourth floor and hated carrying anything.Long story short I would recommend this company to my friends amd family as well as use them for a future move of my own again.

I just received my belongings yesterday, and wanted to say thank you. You and your team made the whole process very easy and all went very smoothly. From the start, Mark was very good at communicating with me and explaining how the move will go. He gave me a reasonable binding estimate, and I couldn't ask for better service. The movers were great, and very accommodating. I'll be recommending the services of G8 van lines to others or if I have any future needs will be calling them.

Outstanding service
Infinity van lines were really easy to contact for an initial quote and replied to my emails very promptly. They listened and responded appropriately to my moving requirements and still made a quick visit before the quote, which was reasonable that fitted the task. On the moving day the staffs were courteous and professional. Despite having to climb three flights of stairs they were extremely fast in loading. I was pleasantly surprised when all the furniture had been placed in the van so quickly. It was a long distance move but again, this wasn't a problem for them. On the other end, my furniture and packages were delivered to my new home in excellent condition. Overall, the job was done before than I had predicted. Extremely efficient service!

FINEST MOVERS INC
They had shown great skills
We used Finest Movers Inc in the previous month to move our house from FL to NM. It was a dream for me to buy a house here in my new place and we wanted a professional moving company for a smooth move and also to ensure that no harm done to my new property. We were very impressed that they made every effort to ensure a smooth 'moving-in' day by arriving earlier than scheduled to load the van and deliver to our new address. They nicely covered the whole floor so my new house doesn’t get dirty. Their professional and friendly service helped to minimize the stress of moving home. We would happily use them again and recommend to others.
