Thieves and Liars!
Complete scam artists! Not one employee from their Cleveland, TN has a shred if ethics. Took our deposit and then upped the price one day before our contracted move date. They claimed it was a fuel surcharge, which according to our contract and their own website, was already included. Thankfully we were able to get another mover after Trans United proved themselves to be completely untrustworthy. It cost us a fortune though. The biggest thing is they have repeatedly said in writing to both ourselves and the BBB that they are refunding our deposit. They claim to have mailed a check. Surprise surprise! We've never received it. Of course they did nit send it by wire or Fedex where it could be tracked, like any reputable would do. This is because the liars have never sent it. We've tried communicating with them over 50 times by email and phone. Never a reply that hasnt been a complete lie. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS! Great service
We used Trans United Inc earlier in this month. I have to say, they were absolutely fantastic, the 2 guys we had were polite, extremely hardworking and basically didn't stop for 5 hours. We had an elevator access but when the sofa didn't fit in the elevator, they carried it all the way down 10 flights of stairs, without a fuss. Would highly recommend these guys, thanks Adam!

Progressive Relocation Systems
A good company to use
I chose these guys based on the reviews on this site and I was pleased I did because they made moving very easy. They packed my items and moved my things in a timely and efficient manner. Movers played their perfectly and the sales girl Ashley too did everything possible to ensure a safe, smooth, timely and affordable move. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am really happy with them
I heard a lot about divine moving from many sources and also after checking the net and reading their user reviews I decided to try them. So, I called them for a quote. I spoke with their sales rep. He took no time to submit the quote and also set up an appointment. I found the quote within my budget and that is why I booked divine moving to move us. I made the right decision because these movers are real pros. They showed up on time, moved all my belongings in one piece and without any damage and took 1 hour less than the allotted time. I am also very happy with their price.

Progressive Relocation Systems - SCAM!!
I did a Google search for moving companies and so hits for Progressive Relocation Systems (PRS). Following the first URL I read glowing testimonials about PRS and decided to ask for a quote, which the PRS rep promptly provided. I had received quote from two other moving companies that were higher, so I went with PRS. I faxed them a copy of a deposit check in the amount of $150 on June 7, 2013 in preparation for my family's move on July 1, 2013. On June 28, 2013 - three days before the move - someone from PRS called to say that they could not do the move because we were out of state. Of course, they knew from the date I asked for the quote that we were out of state (Virginia, anyway) but they waited until three days prior to the move to tell me they would not provide the service. I immediately requested a refund of the deposit. It is now August 20, 2013 and I have yet to receive the deposit refund. I call daily and, when I get someone from PRS on the line, the dodge and lie. Action speaks louder than words
Trans united inc proved that action speaks louder than words. They do not have flashy ads to attract customers and their sales rep Kim never tried to push me to use them or did not even ask for advance payment. That is why I booked Trans united inc for my 3 bed room apartment move. Their movers arrived on time, nicely wrapped and boxed everything, worked as a cohesive unit, moved my stuffs before the schedule and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken. They also did not charge even one cent more than the quoted amount. I recommend Trans united inc.

Broken Item Paid Little For
They broke a nightstand that I had paid $375 for just a year ago and paid me $26 for it. I had paid for the insurance but they said they only pay $0.60 per pound. I would not recommend this company at all.

Simply wonderful!
Heard a lot about divine moving from a friend and decided to use them for my own move. So, I called them. Spoke with their sales guy, he arranged everything. Movers showed up on time, did their job perfectly, completed the move within the schedule and did not charge a single dime more than the initial quote.

saved me tons of money!
The movers were fantastic with all of my belongings. They were safe and moved faster then normal to save me even more money. Elite moving goes out of their way to save you as much money as they can. They were able to save me a estimated $500!

I was scared to move for the first time, i had heard talks of moving companies scamming customers while moving and i was worried about getting scammed for my hard earned money. Lets just say elite moving put all of those qualms to rest in one fell swoop

helped in a pinch
Elite moving helped me out in a pinch, i had to move quickly because of work to California and they were able to help me right away. They explained everything as well from how much it was going to cost (which was low) to almost exactly how long it was going to take to move all of my furniture and belongings. You really helped me out elite moving thank you!

Too smooth!!
I really wondered when Kim (sales girl) submitted the quote within half an hour after I spoke to her and she also set up an appointment in no time. I was so impressed that I booked trans united inc for my move without thinking much. Later they moved us to our new apartment. Being honest they moved us without a single error or without having an issue! Everything seemed like it was tailor made for us! We were happy with their accurate ,fast service and great price. I am sure that trans united inc has many more happy customers like us.

The employees at elite are the best i've ever dealt with in terms of moving companies, respectful, kind, even good people to talk to. From the moment i called i was treated as a valued customer. The movers were really nice and fun to talk to. Defiantly the nicest staff i've ever seen.

great move
I was original going to try to move my entire apartment myself but a close friend of mine recommended elite to me, and jeez am i happy he did. The movers were able to pack all of things and move them for super cheap, which really helps a broke college student. Thanks a bunch elite!

fastest move ever
I gotta say, this had to be my fastest move in my life, and thats saying something, ive moved over 10 times! Elite was on time with the pick up and even early for the drop off! We were able to move our entire house in under 10 hours it was fantastic! From now on im always going to be using elite moving.

The guys I hired showed up on time and ready to work. I was impressed with how prepared they were and all the equipment they brought to protect my furniture. The loaded a COMPLETE 3 bedroom home in 4 hours and used every square inch of this truck. I felt as though the weight of the world was lifted off my chest an hour into the move. I would use these guys again anyday.
