Grant and his crew were professional, hard working and respectful.
We had a fantastic experience asking the Moving SCV team to remove the old, stacked washer and dryer out of the tiny closet in our condo. We did not require a full move, only getting the appliances out and down to the street for someone else to pick up. Incredible how hard something like this was to schedule with other companies! This was a tough job but Joel and Charles were absolutely great. Genuinely nothing but praise on our end. The scheduling itself with Moving SCV was really easy as well, very quick responses through Yelp and we got an estimate right away.

Everything was moved with no problems.
Making the arrangements with AJ went very smoothly, and he was more flexible and nicer to deal with than other movers with a good review I had almost used. He answered all my 3,225 questions with patience and good cheer. The move on 12/18/22, in the hands of the foreman John and helper, was efficient but not rushed. I was very pleased. The furniture has been in storage for almost 2 months, and when they bring it back on 12/5, I will have all new floors! I will be watching like a hawk, but truly believe John will do just as good a job as he did on 12/18. Of course if something does not go well, I will update my review.

Excellent service. Really nice guys.
I used Big Bros to move several items, including lots of large furniture, from my old home into a storage unit. I was so impressed, I hired them again last week to move those items, and other furniture and items from another home into my new home. They were courteous, professional, and careful with everything. Including some irreplaceable family items. It was even raining pretty bad for a good part of the move, and they took care to shield things from the rain as much as possible. I highly recommend them!

Two Men and a Truck-Gainesville
Five stars for this local version of a national franchise.
Five stars for this local version of a national franchise. We have moved many times and I think have developed reasonable expectations about what constitutes good service. This team aced it all: Quick to provide a reasonable quote. Samantha in their office was easy to work with to arrange credit card payment. The three man team showed up on time, loaded quickly, and unloaded exactly as requested. They worked so efficiently that our actual price was significantly below the original quote, and the actual price was what we paid - just over 1,000 for a two bedroom apartment move with LOTS of boxes. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck Gainesville.

Highly recommended!
I have had several great experiences with Phoenix movers over the last couple weeks. First, they helped me move across state lines without any issues or headaches. So, when my office needed a moving company a week later, I recommended Phoenix movers. Once again, we had another stress free move thanks to Raul and his team. I can not say enough good things, I highly recommend.

Helped Pack Our Belongings And Moved Our Household.
Very well. Still need to learn how to sub-divide possessions that should be transported by the movers, and possessions moved by ourselves. The biggest issue was a (lack of our) supervision of what was packed and transported by the moving company, and items that that should have been set aside.

I would definitely use them again!
Moving is always stressful, but Trek Movers made it fairly painless. We were moving half a block and booked the movers a week beforehand. They made up for it in efficiency. They packed, boxed, and moved all of our stuff to our new place. I would definitely use them again!

The customer service at the office is unparalleled. For the last move, I had to change the date a couple of times, and they accommodated us without fail.

U-Save Moving and Storage
Quick and careful moving is great.
I need a mover quick and when I called Usave they said it would be no problem and that they could move right away. They guys showed up a little late, but it was rainy out so I guess traffic was a little crazy. But they did the job. They moved me from my third floor apartment to my new house. They made sure everything was padded up and that it did not get all wet from the rain. They did ding a table but they show it to me right away and the company sent out insurance forms for the damage right away.

This is a horrible company stay away.
This is a horrible company. Our antiques were destroyed! They are just brokers and then claim it is no longer responsible.they hired Atlantic movers. They were terrible and after going through their insurance they were to pay us $138. Which we still have not rec.

We were able to book them at the last minute to move from Boston to Miami when another moving company did not show up. The customer service was perfect. They arrived on time and gave me a call when they were heading over so I knew to be ready. They packed up my goods very carefully, disassembled my furniture quickly without breaking anything, and took safe care. They arrived at the new location 7 days after pickup and were able to unload my goods extremely fast as well. They put all the boxes where I asked them to, and they put my furniture back together extremely fast and arranged my room the way I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving.

I called Uptown Moving & Storage for my move and I am glad that I did. After their timely arrival, they reviewed the task and started wrapping and loading up the truck swiftly and professionally. They protected my furniture very well; there was not a scratch on any item. The whole move was done in such a systematic way. The movers were organized in every step of the way. You can’t possibly find better movers anywhere else. When they reached my new home to deliver, they maneuvered all boxes and other furniture in my desired places. Gladly recommended.

It was good. It all worked up very well with them. They all work up very well with them. They just provide the trailer and we loaded. We moved here three weeks ago. The move happened right after Christmas here. They show up on the time that they need to show up and pick it up. They are good. They are professional. Yes, we will use them again.

The movers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am on February 13. I called the company at 9:30 to ask where they where. An incredibly rude Scott picked up the phone and said that my appt never made it to the books. All though I had an email confirmation from Scott himself for my move date apparently he never bothered putting me in the schedule. To make matters worse Scott acted as though it was my fault. He said that since he never called me on Thursday to "double confirm" that I should not have expected them to come. He went one to say that "the ball was just dropped." Mind you, I had taken an entire day off work for this and had to move on a week day. Scott said that the earliest he could get somone out was the next morning and offered no type of discount since he already gave me $50 off their exorbitantly high price. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with a second moving services that consisted of actual professionals that were able to move me that day, in under 2 hours, for a total price of 160. Do not let the Groupon fool you. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experianced.

Great work environment.
Love working at this company. Fun company culture and everyone is very friendly, but can be very fast paced and busy in the summer. Winter or off-peak season, things do slow down to take a breather. Many people are very supportive and help one another.
