A truck driver came to pick up a container and he was very, VERY RUDE! He drove off, burning rubber, and did not take the container with him. We called the office to talk to a manager and make a complaint. The office receptionist said they were a family owned business and there was no manager to speak with and we could tell her our complaint. When we did, she started snapping at us saying "Thats my uncle you are talking about" and "screw you!" then she hung up on us!!! I have NEVER come across such a RUDE company. We are the customers. Whatever happened to customer service?! Long story short, our container did not get picked up after the driver sped off and they charged us an additional fee for another day of keeping the container, when we called to get them to pick up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

not satisfied with the service
Very slow. 2 man crew for 1br apt took 5.5 hrs to load up their van (everything already packed in boxes). I had to help them unload and with me keeping pace the whole process took 1hr. Price was quoted around 600, came to 1200 with requested "tip".

I chose Kilroy because they were local an the owner himself "Karl "came to the house for the price quote. He was in the ball park with Casey and the rest . When my stuff was moved to my new home in Florida my brand new tool box was trashed worth 400 . Other small damage stuff too but can be expected When I called ghosted me when I asked for help. Would not recommend again. 1 star. KILROY STILL S... ks tell everyone they are use less. Call someone else.

Do not use this company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY. We used this company a week ago to move our 2 bedroom apartment and do not recommend ever using them for anything. We spoke to Tony who quoted us 3 people and a truck for 3 hours at $580. The day of the move only 2 people showed up with a trailer attached to an F-150. We were told the third person could not come today but was not given a reason. The movers were not aware that they were moving our washer and dryer because Tony never told them we had several large items to move. Their trailer was not big enough to fit all of our items and because only two people were working it took almost twice the amount of time we were quoted. When it was time to pay the bill we were then told it was $720 for a move that was not even complete and did not deliver on anything that was discussed. Tony was unable to understand that it was not professional to tell customers you were sending 3 people and a truck and then to not send those things. He actually said we were being unreasonable by not wanting to pay $720 for a job that was not even finished. We have had to finish our move on our own. When we asked Tony to do the right thing and refund us part of the $650 we paid, not a full refund but partial to $150, he refused, said we were being unfair and has yet to call us back after consulting his attorney about how to handle the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY.

Steve Jr. is RUDE to his customers. I have never in my life encountered such a rude individual. I am the CUSTOMER. He took over 2 months to be available for service, so long so that I forgot I even needed servicing. My employees finally got him to arrange it and he is just a rude, condescending, did I say RUDE individual. My office is based out of Oahu. I have the check book and credit cards to pay here. I am not going to get on a plane today to pay him and I am not going to fax him my checking account information, especially when he is so unprofessional that one would wonder if he is even a legit businessman. He is THAT unprofessional and rude. Just unbelievable. I have never encountered someone so rude in my life. They take over 2 months to get their collective stuff together and then they act like they are doing ME a favor by finally being available and giving me last minute notice. So unprofessional.

I would not recommend. they did two moves for us...one to a storage unit and one to our home. not all of our items were moved although we described all items we had. this will cost us another few days and few hundred dollar.

Seedy operation. Tony may have some response, but whatever. He gave me a price to move five pieces of office furniture from my upstairs office to downstairs. I explicitily told him there was a desk, two credenzas and two booksheleves - all particle board and very light. I sent him a photo. When I looked at the photo I thought he might feel guilty for what he was charging because it is such an easy small job. Instead, leaving me no time to make other arrangements, he doubled his price the day before the move. Very disappointing to say the least. I am in my 60s, and this is the second time I have ever felt compelled to post a complaint about a company. This company does not stand by their word and has proven to me they will leave you hanging and without options at the last minute. I felt the need to warn others.

Reliable and affordable. I have used him twice. He helped move my daughter out of her college apartment and he picked up furniture for me and brought it into the house. Both times went smoothly. Would recommend for small moves for sure

Jacob and his team are kind and professional. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and I never felt like I may get nickel and dimed. Exceptionally prompt and efficient. I hired them twice! Once for an office move and they were so awesome I hired them again for our house.

the service has been excellent
We have used Johnny moving twice and both times the service has been excellent. They arrived early and completed the move with absolutely no issues, in fact transported a couple of extra boxes at no extra charge. Will definitely use Johnny Moving again.

I moved approximately 100 miles to a large house with a lot of furniture. Mitch and Bill were efficient, hard working, and personable. The companys experience was evident throughout the move. The movers knew how to pack to ensure that no damage occurred to my property. They pointed out any existing damage before moving. They were thorough, taking the time to individually wrap each piece of furniture. They were also extremely knowledgeable. Although the movers were friendly, they did not waste time. They worked together well as a team and had a great attitude. Both while they packed up my house and moved me to my new one, they never stopped working. I highly recommend Miller Transfer & Storage Company for any long distance move.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Joes Moving helped make my move a success. The communication was great. The workers from the estimate to the moving team was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and professional. One of the more important things to me is to have the boxes and furniture delivered to the proper room and they absolutely did that. When they were not sure they stopped to ask. Nothing was broken or scratched. I highly recommend you hire Joes moving for any size of a load. You will not be sorry.

I know that their company also does great for the community by participating in "Backpack Buddies," a volunteer organization that helps make sure students in need have food at home on the weekends

I hired these guys to help pack my truck to move across the country. They surprisingly had a lot of good communication prior to my move and showed up on time. I thought everything went smoothly until I arrived at my destination and started to unload my truck. They failed to wrap almost every piece of wood and fragile furniture. I had so much damage it was unbelievable. Its like they just threw everything into the truck with no care. I posted just a few of the items they damaged. The cost to replace and fix these items is going to be in the thousands. I emailed them as soon as I realized what had happened, off course they never responded. I would stay away from using this company unless you do not care if your stuff gets destroyed!!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! The movers broke the canopy to my bed, scratched the bed post and the legs of my dinning room set. The also took my sons hand held game set. It was plugged in in the game room. When he came back to get it, it was gone. there was not anyone else in the house. I sent pictures to Ron, the owner and the movers admit to the damage, to me. i have yet to receive any paperwork to claim the damages. This is over a month and I still get the run around. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is the first time I have ever did a review but I choose not to let anyone go through the nightmare I experience. I was scheduled for a 6:00 pm move. They showed up two hours late, never called. I did not get move to my new place until 130 AM. 15 minutes from my original house. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Do not use Chris of Jersey Movers, cell phone number: 201-892-2556. He unprofessional and vile. Recently, I moved out of Newark and had contracted with Chris for manual labor for the move. He said he had provide three men for a certain amount he provided only two men - and those men seemed to have one speed: slow as cold molasses. They also (1) showed up late without calling and (2) did not listen to me when I would say: "That goes in the trash" That goes to the trailer". Because they were late, I hired two guys off the street who moved fast and were quick about getting my stuff out of the apartment. Those two guys were worth far more than Chris guys. When the job was almost done, Chris guys started demanding payment, even as I was trying to get them to take the last remaining items down to the trailer. Instead of taking the items, Chris guys apparently called Chris to tell him I was not paying.

Run! Dishonest and sloppy. We used them three times and each time we had serious problems they ignored. Stuff was broken and damaged that we shipped with them. We contacted them but they did not take responsibility. They lost stuff we had in their warehouse. We contacted them but they did not take responsibility, other than to promise to pay us a piddling for our lost stuff. And then they did not pay! Lies. This is a dishonest outfit in which the son is running down the good name of the father, who started the business, and from what I gather used to be very good. Sad state of affairs. Seriously, run. They do not care about your stuff, though they will look you in the eye and make promises they have no intention of keeping.
