Good Movers
I contacted Air 1 Moving after finding them online. I spoke to the nice gentleman on the phone who provided a quote. I told him we were moving from Los Angeles to Boston. I told them we would need them to pack everything for us and they did an excellent job and none of my items were damaged. They had 3 guys and we had 4 bedrooms full of furniture. When got all our stuff and it was worth it rather than buy a whole bunch of new stuff. Overall they were a great moving company and I would recommend them again.

I don't know about what other people thinks or I have no idea about other moving companies. All I know that this is the best moving company in business. I have been using them since my first move and still I am using them because of their brilliant customer service and awesome price. I am sure that this is the best moving company, if not they must be ranked among the top 3 of the town.

Very happy
My family and I were moving from Baltimore MD to Charlotte NC. I found out about this company online after researching for local movers and I called to get a quote after calling maybe 5 other places. They sounded very reasonable and their pricing was excellent. They said they would pack and box everything in my house. I told them my house was 3 bedrooms and I had oversized furniture. They gave me all of the information and scheduled for June 12 and were on time for the pickup. The guys wrapped everything one by one and all the furniture too. They brought the supplies also and I didn't have anything broken in the new place. The truck driver was very professional and courteous and I was very pleased with their service and tipped them. I will use them again. Thank you Air 1 Moving.

Bait and switch
First off, this company is a bait and switch to the 100th power. Allisa Smith is very effective at BS-ing her way through and getting you to sign a contract. She and I talked EXTENSIVELY about what items needed to be wrapped and what items the movers would put a blanket on, etc. But when the movers showed up, it seems that all of that went out the window. They wanted to "wrap" everything - and i mean everything that i hadeven stuff that was already wrapped. I made sure to wrap my mirrors, I purchased my own mattress covers - this was unacceptable to them, they wanted to wrap it themselves. I was told that everything that was boxed would be acceptable, this too was untrue. The movers told me that anything already packed in boxes would not be insured on the truck because they did not pack the boxes themselves. This is where you should be aware of the many hidden charges they will get you with. This was such a horrible experience from the first moment Nose' (or whatever the 't

Incredible team of movers in this scorching heat

I would like to thank all 3 movers who were involved in my move. The way they managed to lift and move my belongings was simply superb. I have to say that they were very innovative and effective. Movers were extremely talented and fast too. They completed my move before the schedule and within the budget. There were no hidden costs or nothing fishy about them. Movers from Hell
I give this company the award of Movers from Hell. But let me break up my experience with them: 1. Sales: The sales guy was Justin. He was extremely nice on the phone and followed up with me to get the booking done. 2. Insurance: Once the sale was done, I had to follow up with Justin nearly 5 times to get him to send the insurance letter to the management company of the building I was moving into. 3. Now the bad news: The move was scheduled for 1 PM (with my repeated insistence to make it at 1 PM since the building I moved into has a rule of moving before 5 PM). The crew turned up at 6:30 PM. 4. But the really bad news: Justin at the sales office never updated me on the status. I had to call him (and his supervisor Asef) up every 30 minutes to get status. He also kept telling me that the truck would be there shortly and it turned up 5.5 hours later. (Some of the crew guys told me that they were really busy and indicated that the company may have overbooked).

Unsatisfactory Move By Allied in Northern VA
Unsatisfactory work performance by agents/unpackers/movers of Allied in Northern VA. For the following reasons: 1- failed to inform me that they would unpack boxes 2- failed to inform me that they would not return to pick up rubbish and cardboard boxes 3- failed to removed plastic blow up inserts in front load washing machine 4- failed to put carpeting down to prevent staining on carpets as they moved through the house 5- marked up walls with black stains and did not clean or offer to clean up 6- failed to leave inventory list sheets (which hinders my ability to file a claim) 7- acted as if they were in a rush and failed to clean up litter and box debris before they left. WOW!

After what these movers did for me, I have no other options but to recommend them. I knew that no one can give me a perfect move because of the nature of my move and the poor budget that I had for the move. But for the first time in my life, I felt great to be proved wrong. These movers proved me wrong by providing a very timely and smooth move. I have no idea about how they made it possible but all I know that they are not magicians. They are movers and somehow they do work like magicians. I have tasted their service and I became a fan of them. Now it is your wish to try them or not.

Despicable company!
Silverback Moving Company is appalling and despicable. Their business practices are unprofessional and cowardly. The movers arrived over one hour late, and were clearly inexperienced. The dropped our boxes, damaged our mattress, and broke our dishes. The owner took no responsibility for this, nor did he hold his movers accountable for their negligence. The owner, Cameron, is completely unprofessional and ignores phone calls and emails to avoid conflict. company salesperson danielle heard will promise 1 thing and tell you the inventory list doesnt matter , flat rate is flat rate and keep in contact until they get papers signed then change inventory list and try charging more then quoted price. after traveling 1100 miles twice not only because of thier poor matenaince of vehicles and losing a renter because of them, also had to still leave 1/2 of household items in michigan after they tried forcing us to pay extra or they dont put them on truck.

My wife and I used Big Brother Little Brother moving back into Philadelphia. They are awesome. We were told the rate and that there was a three hour minimum. The rate was lower than those huge moving companies and the 3 hour minimum was good for us. They made sure to contact both my wife and I to confirm our moving day and the time. On the morning of the move they called to let us know where they were and how long it would take to get to us. The town we were moving from, Secane, isn't exactly the most well known community in Delaware County and yet they were there 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. The 2 gentleman got out of the truck putting the lifting belts on haha they meant business from the door. I tried to bring some things downstairs and was told leave it that is what we are here for. I mean just really genuinely nice guys. Before my wife and I knew it our apartment was cleaned out. When we initially moved to this place it took us 2 days at about 5 hours a day. The

They are the real movers
Though there are plenty of movers to hire but very few are actually up to the mark. Most of the movers are amateur, untrained and make shift movers. That is why often we suffer in the hands of so called professional movers. I too had a horrible experience 3 years ago but this time I had a complete change of luck because the movers of this company are real movers. They are highly professional, trained, punctual, committed, innovative, focused, fast and very polite. They have done a brilliant job for me during my move and they were also affordable.

I scheduled two moves with this company and my uncle is 70 years old and they left him and did not move all of his things. They broke alot of his items and I contacted customer service for a (partial) refund since they did not finish the job and they told me to print out a coupon online for $60 towards my next move. What the heck is this world coming to. Rotten companies and companies that do not stand by what they say. You pay for a service you better believe the company needs to finish the job. They hired a guy who told my uncle he would be back with his personal vehicle to move the few things left so he can make an extra couple of dollars not on the company time. He asked him for $150 to move the rest and he would be back in a few hours, which he never showed. I had to go out at 11pm, rent a truck and help my uncle move out because I gave this company to him as a referral. WARNING TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB OR DO IT RIGHT.......................

Do not use
Had 2 large armoires to move and then tables. If you want tables and small pieces of furniture moved, this is your mover. The men they sent out, two, were extremely pleasant to me. When it came to moving one armoire just from the driveway through the garage and into the basement, it was curse city. Never heard someone curse so freely around customers. Then, the second armoire to move up to the third floor. WOW. The littler of the two guys hurt his hand and there were very colorful expletives all the way up the stairs including "goddamn piece of giant ass furniture" or something similar. They didn't tape the doors on the armoires so the door swung open and gouged my landing at the base twice. There are two gouges on the opposite wall. There is a large window in the landing where the armoire fell against it---the widow had very expensive blinds that were pushed in the the lining on the window to keep down the sun was gouged. I called Mr. Randall and he knew who I was right off

I am sure that they are the best movers in business if not then they are bound to be within the top 3. When my cousin suggested hiring them, I was a bit confused but finally I called them and after having a long discussion I ended up hiring them. That was a great decision because movers have done nothing less than an excellent job. They were accurate, speedy and very affordable. I got a very affordable move within the time and that was just flawless.
