From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and communicative. They were the first of several companies I researched to respond with a quote. They were interactive with confirmation and reminders prior to my move. They let me know when they were on their way and arrived early for our move. They were prompt and professional. They worked well with each other to pack and move us with continued excellent communication throughout. They sent the right amount of people to do the job we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Brooks Moving and Hauling!!!

The Best Price.
The best ever. Moving is stressful but these guys make it as easy as possible. Manager and his crew showed up early, got moving fast, worked within the time frame they promised and the price was by far the best I found in all my searches. I move OFTEN and I use them again and again. Nice guys, super skilled at the science of moving, and the price is so right!

I shipped 2 separate cars, one to NJ and the other to CT. The ladies on the phone Anna and Maria were very professional and polite, the quote was accurate and precise, no hidden fees nor extra charges. The booking experience as well as payment went smooth and I am grateful. The shipping of the vehicles was better that I had foreseen !!! Drivers are always on the clock and rush rush..... on the contrary they were polite and attentive. Both vehicles were being dropped off different locations and picked up by different people other than us, on both occasions we received positive feedback that the drivers cooperated, pleasant and correct. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and the entire process and very strongly recommend A-AAA Auto Transport to the public. Thank you for a job well done!!

Great space and wonderful staff. Knowledgeable of how best to store your items in the size appropriate space offerings. Helpful, kind, and have personally helped me move items at a time when I no longer had any physical strength remaining. Mike assisted me by filling up one of the additional units we needed (unbeknownst to us...we had more stuff than we realized. Three units quickly increased to five. Store Your Things team assist me without ever making me feel bad or concerned about not having planned very well, nor having appropriate support to assist me. I am truly grateful!

Well done.
My move was about 35 heavy boxes, a queen bed frame and mattress, and a bookshelf. There were about 25 stairs down at the old place and 40 stairs up at the new place. The two movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. At 11:15pm, I got a call asking if they could come at 11:30am. When I explained that I might not be able to be there that early, he understood. In fact, I was able to be there early and I let him know that it was OK to come. He said they would be there in five minutes. They were there in 1pm. Both men were amiable and worked hard. One of the two worked so hard that it seemed like he was being paid by the pound rather than by the hour. Great Job.

Truly great experience i have never had a better moving experience in my life the representative on the was very informative and toke me through the process one step at a time, and then the movers themselves were just great they were professional, fast, safe, clean, and nice wrapping everything in the house making sure nothing was damaged I was truly impressed tge price was right as well and they were covid safe which was also important to me. Bottom line is I would highly recommend this company.

I did not move a lot in my life and make decision to move was very hard for me. I moved from sunny isles to north Miami beach and the crew was great. Very polite,patient. Yes,they charged me for packing materials,only because to make sure that it all arrives safely home.

They were 5 hours late arriving and showed up with an attitude. After what amounted to a nasty argument, I told them to leave. Call someone else, these guys are punks.

Awesome movers!
They bring blankets and shrink wrap for your furniture and we have quite a bit of glass on our furniture. They were done in less time than we estimated and the final bill was always lower than we thought. I also used the bottom part of the wardrobe boxes for shoes and purses.

Great movers!
The 2 workers were great and the overall price was as low as I found after calling around 10 companies. Nothing was scratched or broken in the move and they were very quick. I do wish they had wrapped a few things a little more, but everything ended up fine so no issues overall. 5 stars!

These guys were great and worked very quickly. I moved this past weekend during the storm and they never complained. They were courteous and did a great job handling my furniture. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
