DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No problems with the job. We had more boxes than expected, though, and apparently this happens a lot. Unfortunately one of the movers was incredibly rude and assumed the customer should know that they charge by ITEM, regardless of what size the boxes are and whether they are ergonomic to carry or not. They also did not explain how they got to the final price, which was more than the quoted one, even though we had two people helping load and unload. They did the job visibly grudgingly and made us feel ever worse about the stressful experience of moving house.

I enjoyed the staff at this location. I went in initially to buy moving supplies and they made a few recommendations of brown tape, which was amazing. OMG! I have not been as in love with tape since my Army medic days. Any unused supplies are returnable for a full refund. The boxes are good quality and will uphold. They have a lot of trucks to choose from with various sizes. I have rented from them twice. The only real requirements they have is that you return the truck in good condition with equal gas and sweep it out. They will give you a broom for the latter one. I highly recommend and I will use them again if needed.

Caddo Movers, Inc
Customer service is UNBELIEVABLY BAD.
I would give this company a big zero if it was available. We moved from Tucson to Phoenix and our property had to be stored for several months before delivery to Phoenix. When the movers picked up our furnishings they were extremely careful. Our BBQ had a new canvas cover that touched the ground. The movers reversed the cover back over itself to not catch it in the wheels. When the furnishings were delivered the BBQ cover looked as if someone took a butcher knife and sliced, ripped and tore the cover from one end to the other. There were black stuffing on the cover suggesting it got caught on the wheels and someone simply continued to run it over. We had a 1020s Original Art Deco table. Solid oak runners 1 1/4" thick located under the table were split down the middle as if you took an axe and chopped a log in half. One of the legs was broken and loose. The side rales of the table had been originally made with dowel pins entering the leg from two sides. They were sheered off. The mahogany top had scratches on it from something being dragged across it (It was wrapped in a blanket when they picked up the furnishings). I completely understand an occasional ding or blemish may occur during moving. However, a shredded BBQ cover and a wooden table broken into pieces is not what I would consider expected and reasonable damage.

Cowboy Moving & Storage Inc
Wonderful moving company.
While moving from Centennial to Co Springs we had rented a U-Haul and thought, psh.. we got this! (just the 2 of us...). Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We werenot sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately!

wonderful and very professional experience
MIKE IS AMAZING! I am sorry to say his help was a waste of money. In the beginning of my move Mike was on a roll, there were things that happened beyond our control, the first young man that was there to help was the laziest,rude person I ever met. BUT thank Mike the backup help that arrived was wonderful, professional and understanding. I would recommend Cleveland relocation for a move.Just make sure his help that I had at is not there.

I would highly recommend!
I just moved from Texas to North Carolina. The best you can ask/ hope for in a moving company is to have a team in your corner available to answer any question at any time, communicate proactively, move in/out with experienced efficiency, and even to listen to you cry about the stresses of uprooting from one state to another (just me? Oh). Every single person on the team was amazing. Some I only spoke to on the phone, others I had the pleasure of meeting but all were professional, kind, and explained my moving process (multiple times) clearly and calmly. Also, the rates are very reasonable with no hidden fees!

BEST Transportation has been amazing.
I am truly shocked at what a fantastic job this company did. They moved me out of my apartment in New York, wrapped everything up so carefully (including a massive L-shaped couch), kept my things in storage for a year and a half, drove it out to LA, and put everything back together. The companys communication was incredible before and during the move, and NOTHING broke and I had mirrors, plates, framed photography -- literally everything was in the same condition as when I had it a year and a half prior. I have 5 friends who have used this company and we all had fantastic experiences. Would use them (and only them) again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!

Amazing service ! These guys are real quick and professional.
I would highly recommend Hi-Tec. We had a somewhat complicated move, despite only moving 30 miles. Hi-tec helped us move out of our 3000 sq. ft. 2-story house with a 100 sq. ft. finished basement. They handled disassembling all our furniture and packing our TVs. Their team of 4 got the job done in the time they said it would. They then stored all of our stuff for a month and a half and showed back up and moved it all in in the time they said it would. They got all of our stuff put back together and all the boxes in the correct rooms. When someone quotes you a job, and follows through with what they said they had do for the price they said they had do it for, thats 5 stars. Hi-tec gave us peace of mind in a very hectic move and time in our life.

Initial and subsequent calls with Ivan discussing the move is what sold us and from there it just kept getting better! We spoke with and obtained quotes from 5 other companies, Carmel was very reasonable, explained the process and fees in detail and ended up coming in several hundred dollars under the initial quote. Hector and his team did an outstanding job, meeting our every request, not the simplest move as belongings going into an apt and two storage units. Hard workers, extremely polite, we could not have been more pleased. Will hire again!!!

best experience we have ever had.
Came here for a quick bite after a hike and it was great! I got their chicken sandwich and splurged with an apple fritter. The apple fritter was absolutely divine, crispy and fluffy and just the right amount of apples. The chicken sandwich was pretty great as well. Their fries are very crispy. The sandwich could use a bit more chicken, but we are still pretty good! I really enjoyed my meal with the beautiful scenery by sitting outside next to the fire. Got lucky and spotted some otters during our lunch.

The worst moving service ever!
The worst moving service ever!!!!! unreliable, careless and not worth a single penny. They changed the rate on me at the last minute $200 more!!! They were late for there appointment by 3 hours and on top of that, they damaged my walls in my new house including scratching my TV. Stay as far possible from these guys.

We used Bert Hill 21 years ago to move into our house in Southwick. They were fast and professional. When we sold our house and moved to NH I called Bert Hill to do our move. They sent Kyle over to do the estimate about a month and a half before our move and then a week before to fine tune the quote, since we had already moved or sold some of our furniture. The guys showed up promptly at 9am and were on their way to NH by 3pm. They never even stopped for lunch. They met us in NH at 9 am the next day and were done by 1pm. The guys were very friendly and accommodating. The final invoice was 20% LESS than the estimate because we did a majority of the packing and were ready for our move. I do not understand people who give bad reviews because of their own actions or lack thereof. Do they really think the movers are going to pack your stuff for free? They tell you from the beginning to buy your own boxes and pack your stuff to save money. When you hire someone to do a job, your actions have a direct result on your cost. Shame on people for taking their own deficiencies and blaming it on a business.

wonderful and very professional experience
If you have something that difficult to move but do not want to pay an arm and a leg: Budget Movers are your people! I just bought an upright piano but the piano was in a third story apartment. The guys had to carry it down 4 flights of stairs. It was a difficult job but Carlos and his team did great! They where efficient, quick, and very kind. They drove it to my house and set it up exactly how I wanted it. I payed under $500 while others where quoting me $700-$900. I cannot recommend this company enough! Especially if you need to move a piano. They took care to wrap the piano up so it wouldnot get scratched in the move. Thank you for everything!

Great experience.
We had a great experience, from quote to move with Bernardo. We had some items in storage, and some at our home. Because this is going to be a vacation home, we kept changing our mind on what items were taking. They were very patient and accommodating. The crew that we had the day of the load up was fantastic. Great attitudes and very professional. I wouldnot hesitate to work with this team again.
