Everyone was extremely helpful and polite from the time I first called to the guys that showed up on moving day. The guys took great care of the furniture, they were great guys who made the move even better than expected! The guys that came to move me were fantastic. They showed up on time as scheduled and were very friendly. The movers did such a great job taking care of my items and understood any request I had regarding the move! Its amazing the ability the movers seemed to effortless move all the items big or small. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

Hire the service and you’ll be as happy as we're. Never will I regret the decision to choose these guys to do the job. I like to be on top of things and know what’s going on. The service is unbelievable. I spoke to the manager some times because I had forgot some information I needed and he was very polite and repeated everything and encouraged me to call again in case of any problems. My nerves were saved, my things were moved, my furniture was undamaged!

I were a little scared as some strangers would take care of my things but everything was great. The movers came and worked fast and efficient. They didn't break anything and they were polite young men. They packed my stuff, moved the furniture I needed and transported everything. I liked what they did and will use the service when I need it!

They know what to do!
The previous time I was moving I got so tired..I decided to hire the company in my next time. You know, it actually worth the money you pay, as you have a lot of free time, you are not nervous or anxious and you don’t have to carry heavy things.They did their job well and I didn’t have to worry about packing my things. I liked the service very much, they did what I wanted. They didn’t start arguing with me on how it would be better or offering something ridiculous to make my moving easier. And only when I asked them to advise me on something they gave me their opinion! Every piece of furniture, every book was there, carefully packed and labeled. It wasn’t even difficult to unpack everything afterwards.

My problem was solved!
I work too much and I don’t have enough time for planning that’s why I hired the company. Why did we do that by ourselves before?! They followed step by step and completed the moving in time. Everything was done very well.

That is really cool!
The movers worked quite well and there were no troubles. The company managers know how to make sure that the clients are pleased and they are always ready to give advice. I’m still a little bit in shock of how they did that but that was fantastic, all my things were in order.

Real Movers Moving and Storage Inc
Terrible Experience
On October 12, 2017, I booked a reservation with Real Movers. I spoke with Nikki and John. I mainly spoke with Nikki as John more so closed the transaction and passed my saIe to Nikki. I advised her that I had 12 boxes and bags with clothes. She advised me that the bags cannot be shipped separately and they would have to go in boxes. Nikki stated she’ll add 9 more boxes for the clothes. When the final contract was drawn, it included the price along with 21 boxes being inclusive to the final quote as Nikki verbally confirmed this with me after I asked her three times to be exact that I wouldn’t be charged extra for supplies and she stated “Correct.†When the drivers completed the transaction, they presented an invoice with an additional amount of $202.50 (for the boxes that Nikki added in the quote) after I paid the first half of the move. However, they told me I had to pay for the boxes and extra cubic feet. I told them Nikki advised me she’ll add in the extra boxes to account for the clothes. I called and spoke with Isabel who stated she couldn’t help me! I was called by the delivery driver and advised my items arrived (late). Before completing the call, the delivery driver had the audacity to rudely stare they would not release my items until I paid the extra balance of $202.50 for the extra cubic feet that they added in due to Nikki’s error. The caller/driver was extremely rude! I advised Stephanie that I was overcharged and that Nikki made an error and I was dismissed. I even went to their office and was advised the owner was not there. They refused to give me a refund for the overcharge which was Nikki’s error. They also charged me more than 10% for the deposit! A $1200 move became $1700 !!!! I advised Stephanie I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and she told me to go right ahead! $400 error on their behalf!? BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY! If you do not want to get robbed and do not want to have your items delivered after the proposed delivery time and unprofessional movers, please choose another company!
