True to their name they are indeed quick and careful. But they are also inexpensive, courteous and professional. I have hired them twice and have been very pleased with the results. They are limited in how many boxes they can take away when you are unpacking though. They do need to give their movers time to eat lunch though. We ended up feeding them ham sandwiches. I will use them again.

Billy and Jesus came promptly at the time they were scheduled. They worked efficiently and carefully. They were friendly and professional. They helped me take things off the wall which was a huge help. I will definitely call them again when I need movers.

great experience
I used Local Hauling to remove a huge pile of construction materials from my yard, left over from a recent renovation. Felipe had great communication, arrived on time, was a pleasure to work with, had a very reasonable rate, and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They even raked the pea gravel of my yard where they had made footprints! I will absolutely use them again if I ever have hauling needs in the future.

Long Distance Relocation Services

Long Distance Movers are fantastic. I recently moved from Chicago to the Bay Area and had scheduled a car shipper to move my SUV. However, that car shipper disappeared and no one arrived to pick up my car on the planned pick up date. Luckily I found Long Distance Movers after a frantic Yelp search for a car shipping company to pick up my car at the last minute. We spoke to a representative named Tom who was very courteous, took down my information quickly and within a couple of hours had paired me with driver headed to California. The driver was very prompt and communicated reliably. He picked up my car that same day and and delivered it within three days to the Bay Area without any issue. Long Distance Movers were quick, easy to work with, and saved my move.

We hired Locatelli for our move from Soquel to Scotts Valley, and we had our items stored in their storage facility until we finished renovations on our new home. Everything about the process was fantastic. We had very little to worry about on our end, and the things we did need to worry about were communicated well in advance. The guys came into the house and were very efficient and careful with our items. I highly recommend to anyone looking to ease the burden of moving.

Lansing Moving Co

I recently used Lansing Moving to move my daughters furniture from her apartment at Michigan State into storage for the summer. We used them again to move her things from storage into her new apartment at the end of the summer. For both moves they were courteous and professional. They were on time and worked quickly And efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them to others as well.

Scheduled two weeks in advance to move parents from assisted living to memory care. Scheduled our day around them coming and doing their job between 9 am and noon. Called the day before to confirm address, time, etc. Did not show up as scheduled. We called at 10 and said they would be there. When I arrived in the afternoon thinking the vast majority would be done, they still had not shown up and my wife and sister had moved some items. We spent the afternoon moving dresser, mattress, box springs, two large chairs and desk ourselves. Repeated calls that afternoon not answered. They called after 5 and we were told by the manager this was the first he had heard about it. Totally unprofessional customer service and could not recommend them for any service.

This company sent 3 guys to pack up my household goods for a move to the lower 48. I would only give them 2-3 stars for their packing skills - I caught one of them putting my pans into a box without any protective layering in between the pans (which would have damaged the non-stick surface) - but they were very careful about wrapping framed art and my mattress, etc. One of the guys was quite chatty and not good at talking while packing, which meant he spent more time talking than working, but his coworkers made up for it with efficiency and speed. The reason I am giving this review 4 stars is for how quickly they worked to make a sad situation right: one of them accidentally knocked over a kitchen appliance and put a dent in it. Within a few minutes the owner and written a check to replace the full value of the appliance. Thats darn good customer service right there.

These guys were professional both times and I was left not worrying about anything.
I had Kash Movers move my familys things I got some great guys who came to the house this morning. Both Anthony and Dan were great. Handled all my mothers things with care. They packed many items that were left unpacked and did it with a positive spirit. After getting finished up I even got a call from one of his guys offering to unload the truck for me which was kind of him unfortunately we are going cross country so that did not work. This was actually the second batch of items that were moved by Kash. First batch which were my things they actually took cross country for me both Issa and Jason were great loaded all my things into the garage in an organized fashion too as I moved to a smaller place. Moves are always very complicated and stressful but honestly I was stressed out for no reason. These guys were professional both times and I was left not worrying about anything. They were honest and hard working guys, a true hard working small business that makes America great. Thanks guys for all your help and I will make sure to spread the word.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is the first time I have used a moving company and I am glad I chose Keep Austin Moving. Taylor and Daniel did my move. They were on time (early actually), very professional, and super efficient. Having no experience with movers I figured I had be walking into a mess but they asked me where I wanted things to go and did their best to organize my new place. There were a couple of broken glasses but that was due to my lack of packing skills. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of movers.

We hired Kentuckiana moving for a Friday move over a distance of 17 miles. We were told to expect them to arrive for the move between 8 & 9. I got a call at 9 that their ETA was 9:30; this 30-minute delay was no big deal to us. The 3-man time was efficient and appeared to be careful with our furniture. They were polite and clear in their communication both before and during the move. We were given a time estimate of this being a 6-8 hour job and it took 6 hours, for which we paid. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is that, since we have been able to review everything that was moved, we have detected noticeable damage to a few furniture items (e.g., wood splintering on one of the beds) that they never mentioned to us; the damage is easy to see and it is very unlikely that they did not see it. We understand that things happen during a move but would have appreciated acknowledgment of the damage before they left. Overall, we appreciate their time and effort and feel that we got a good value for our move.

Just be careful and clear about your rate and hourly agreement. We had an agreed upon rate with the owner when we originally booked, but this was not communicated to guys who showed up to move. They assumed a higher rate on our bill when finished. We informed them of the lower rate and they conceded but then said they had to charge us for the current hour that we were 7mins into. Bottom line: Delivery guys were nice and worked hard but either way they will get their normal rate no matter the original agreement so just be VERY clear and find out about if the round up on the hr before the first box is moved and u should be fine

We had a great experience with this company. They were true professionals from the estimate all the way to the end of our move. We had Daniel and John, I believe (I am so sorry I cannot remember their names for sure) as our movers. They were courteous and professional from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care of our belongings. We are storing our things for a while and they made the absolute most of our space and took care to arrange everything to keep anything from getting damaged. They truly went above and beyond for us and they worked hard! I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company.
