unprofessionalism and rudeness
I work for a moving and storage company and called this company to get a quote for their services for my customer who is moving near them. They answered the phone "Hello?", I had to ask if I was calling the right company. The man on the phone said, "Yes, what do you want?" I should have taken that as a sign to just hang up. I further explained that we were looking for a mover to receive a freight shipment of my customers portable storage box and deliver the contents to her locally. He replied goodbye and hung up the phone. I understand that many movers may not be able to accommodate the request, but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from this representative was astounding and unlike anything that I have experienced from other movers.

Mega Van Lines Inc

Run far away from this company. I moved across the country and I had to deal with two other companies besides mega. 50 percent of all my items were broken and much of my furniture was destroyed. I was called two days before the truck was coming and told if I do not take my things on they day they suggest I would have to wait another three weeks for my things. The date that I had planned to get my things after we closed in a house was not held up. Had to ask owners if I could put my things in the barn. Then driver did not know the area and want me to rent a uhaul and truck my things back and worth from uhaul location to the house I did not own yet. I paid 22,000 for this move. The man that delivered my things thought it was ok to get into my truck and move it. He also was ripping boxes and furniture from the tightly packed truck breaking things as he unloaded. Horrible experience.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible horrible company!!!!! DO NOT USE MOVERNATION!!!!! This company made our move the move from hell! Do not listen to their estimates because they are inaccurate and will start increasing the price at the very end. So you think you are saving money at first but then it suddenly increases to an astronomical amount. The company they were originally going to send us could not be reached and never showed up pushing our moving date up. The next company they sent had a rental truck that could not fit all of our belongings. When we notified MoverNation they said it was our fault for not telling them everything we had. When we had initially done our estimate everything we said we had the broker told us that that was not important. Well those "unimportant" things add up!!! Plus MoverNation gave the company the wrong estimate. They had estimated 65 boxes but sent paperwork stating we had 30 boxes! We ended up canceling the move and had to fight with MoverNation for 4 months to get our deposit back. Once we told MoverNation we have spoken to the attorney general and our next move was to notify FTC they said a check will be in the mail. Luckily, a local company was able to get a truck to us the next day so we were only 3 days behind on our move.

very polite and professional
Robert was helpful coordinating move logistics, and the packers and movers were fantastic. They were efficient, but thorough, and nothing was broken in the move. Andre and his team moved us into our new place and did a fantastic job and were very polite and professional. They even managed to get a triple dresser up 3 flights of stairs and into our new apt for us, which was very impressive! We will be calling them again for our next cross-country move.

Nonstop Moving Services, LLC
Highly recommend
They were on time and they work very fast! And they even helped with a broken sliding mirror at the new apartment. They let us use their large boxes for an loose items that we had which made transporting items a lot faster. And they wrapped delicate items to make sure that nothing was damaged. Overall would recommend.

very efficient in moving all items
We recently used Next View Moving for an office move. They showed up on time, were very professional and really nice people. Stephen and George were our lead movers and they were very efficient and careful to not ding up walls and such as they were carrying things out to the truck. They moved our stuff to a storage unit and were puzzle masters at getting it all to fit into such a small space. Highly recommend them!

Excellent communication before the move including a video walk thru to get an accurate estimate. I updated the flat rate after selling some items, and the new rate was honored for the move with no unexpected charges. Good price, esp for including packing the breakable items in the kitchen. Arrived within their arrival window, worked very efficiently. Wonderful experience with them.

My husband and I hired them to move from an apartment to our new home. They were easy to book, the rate was very fair, and they called the day before the move to verify. We needed two guys for the move and they even told us they had a 3rd mover on deck if we needed them. The two guys showed up on time, were very professional and nice, and they moved all our furniture from our two bedroom apartment into our house with no issues. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great company. Took the stress out of moving day.

Nice Guy Movers West Palm Beach
I really recommend their services
I hired Nice Guy movers on July 19, 2012 for my move from West Palm to Jupiter. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional, easy going, focused, and fun. Believe it or not, they made the move fun (well as fun as a move can get on a hot summer day in FL). All my stuff showed up intact and they did not take more time than they had to. The big guy was named "Big Sexy" and he had the best attitude, which was very refreshing. I seriously recommend these guys

Disappointed in this firm
This company moved my grandparents into a newly built house. When they moved they put holes in the walls and they scratched the walls and scraped the wood flooring and hand railing. They did not say anything about it, also they started to put the table together for my grandparents and they did not even put the bolts or screws in it. When they unloaded they were not listening on where to go to place the boxes and furniture, they just took it in and set it where ever they liked. They put the light boxes on the bottom of the truck when they loaded it and they smashed countless glass items they have been handed down in the family that are priceless. We got all the paperwork to report what was broken and damaged and the owner is not doing anything about it to pay for all of the damage.

I have used them twice for domestic long distance move. Not happy about the fact that they had an ETA in their system for a particular day when my stuff was still in their warehouse, and no driver or pickup time was determined, let alone communicated. It eventually did all arrive, changing hands at least twice, with only 3 boxes damaged (all items fine). The local help is a bit of a hit and miss, some are great, others not so much. The ones that delivered were great and I would want to use them again.

Next stop moving and storage
very unprofessional
They agreed to one price and then charge more when they arrive. Furthermore, they up-charge for everything. They delivered late and did not cover the stuff they lost or the stuff they broke. I tried to call them several times about the lost items and they do not answer the phone. The process to file a claim is just ridiculous and very unprofessional.

pick up experience was positive and was done quickly
Intermovers was great. I mostly did the packing except for a few items which the crew did a good job of packing. The pick up experience was positive and was done quickly and was smooth sailing getting through customs and getting my things. I moved from NYC to Vancouver. Highly recommend and I will use them for the next international move.

I would highly recommend them
I cannot recommend these guys enough! Paul and John were my movers. They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I moved during a marathon where my street was blocked off. Paul spoke with a local cop who let them in to park their truck, so what could have been a disaster ended up going very smoothly. The management office was also great to speak with. I had to change my moving start time and they were very helpful. Their rates are also the most reasonable I saw in my research. I am recommending these guys to everyone I know and I would absolutely use them again.

Had this people handle my move and they either broke and/or scratched my furniture. United Van Lines will pay to fix the furniture, but they do not compensate you for your time wasted dealing with them for the furniture THEY broke and/or scratched!
