disappointing moving experience
These people did the the most appalling moving job for us. We were assured over the phone that they had an experienced crew and all the usual stuff. What we got was two Israeli backpackers and a guy, who through no fault of his own, could not speak a word of English. Every single piece of furniture has scratches, dents, chunks missing out of them - some of this furniture was only 2 months old. I had to stand there and watch as our dresser came flying down the stairs, out of control and hitting the railing and the wall at the end of the stairs. It cost us $1000++ which just added insult to injury AND they scratched the brand new bamboo floor installed in the new house as well as snapping in 3 places a solid brass oil lamp (3 feet in height) from India - how on earth they managed that I will never know.

Holiday Van & Storage
worst experience
For future reference, nobody ever use Holiday Van and Storage Omaha Nebraska for any of your moving needs. They were the movers that the military contracted to move us to Springfield and they somehow "lost" almost half of our belongings, broke my coffeetable and somehow forgot to take a 55inch TV off their truck as well. They were supposed to show up in the afternoon and did not even get to our house until 11pm so we were up until 1 with them unpacking the van. They said they have the TV, which has not been shipped back to us even though its been 2 weeks, but the rest is just lost and we have to just deal with it. I can put a claim in for most of it, but they lost all of my pictures and wall art and all of the kids special boxes of photos and awards and special items that I have saved since birth, not to mention almost all of Joes military awards. They said just put a claim in but how do you put a monetary value on these special items? You cannot. Sickens me that this is how they do business and are okay with their driver not knowing where our stuff is. I will be calling the BBB in Omaha tomorrow to, to put in a complaint against them as well. Pass this on folks... this company does not care, DONT USE THEM EVER!

moved us out quickly and efficiently.
Marvin came highly recommended from a friend and we were glad to find him. His crew showed up on a Sunday ready to go. They wrapped all of our furniture and moved us out quickly and efficiently. They know what they are doing and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Marvin is a great guy!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This company moved me from Dunedin to a self storage unit in Sarasota, then a month later moved me into my new place in Sarasota, driving from Dunedin to do so. The service, attention to detail, and speed was amazing. Had two great movers each time and they were so good, they warranted a tip. NOTHING was damaged and it was all put together and placed where I wanted it. Pricing was excellent and the VALUE was excellent given the great service. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Missing several expensive
Did a military move and the movers made no effort to write an inventory, as a result i cannot claim all of the items that were stolen. Missing several expensive cameras, and my drone. I was contacted from someone who bought my iPhone 4s at an electronics store that puts out those electronic recycling bins in stores. This phone was attached to my stereo that was/is being stored for 3 years.

I wish I had read a horrible review before I had hired this company. The movers put deep scratches into my two most expensive pieces of furniture, scratched my brand new hardwood floors, put a dent in my wall, and they were two hours late delivering my furniture because they decided to get lunch without letting anyone know. Those were my complaints before they broke a water pipe in my wall, causing $35,000 of damage throughout my home. The day after the move I met the owner, George. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive. He had the audacity to tell me I was stupid for putting in high end wood floors, so any damage that was caused by his men was my fault. TL;DR: This move was a nightmare that cost me my insurance deductible, two of my most expensive pieces of furniture, plus the quoted cost of the move. Although their prices may seem competitive, the damage they do make them much more expensive. Its not worth the risk.

I was ok with most of the movers and they worked efficiently but when it came to dropping off my stuff they lost all the hardware of mirror shelves ect. I did not have one hardware. They put my bed together wrong some case they did not put any of the beds together. There was also a very creepy guy who kept following me around giving sexual comments. It was so uncomfortable I kept asking my husband to stay with me during the move. At one point he ask me in the bathroom with him . I felt the mercy of getting my stuff off the truck so they would not leave. The owners were nice. And the woman which I think she was the owner. And Joe was good . But overall it was stretchy helpers.

Set up a move for 02/03/18 about a month ahead of that date. Several days before I got a confirmation call saying everything was good to go. Day of the move, no one showed up and I tried to call them 4 times with no success and still have not heard from them. Ended up using 2 guys and a truck. Do NOT use this company!!!VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!

I am in NJ. I know and understand that the only people that write reviews are the angry disgruntle ones. But my house/home and treasures that have taken me a lifetime to acquire were very important to me. First Ed comes to the house (he is a little rough around the edges) came thru the house and quoted me a certain amount based on the what I told him I wanted to move and the rest will stay behind. I also told him I had a 5 x 10 storage bin with more stuff. remember this is an estimate and you need to consider another 500-800 because of crap you decide to take, or like me, lots of stuff in my storage bin. These guys were work horses. They never took a break. a solid 5 hours between 5-8 of them. The ones that stayed outside packing it into the van, and ones that are inside that wrap wrap wrap all my furniture (and also take it apart). I swear I think I held my breath until the move was unloaded at the Kissimmee Fl storage location. when it was all said and done, I was relieved and very happy.

great job protecting our furniture
Good Movers did a tremendous job! I had lived in my previous house for 17 years and had tons of crap which had accumulated over that time period. Good Movers showed up on time and quickly started packing and packing and packing. They moved quickly, efficiently but with care for my many belongings. We were able to do the entire move in one day and I could not have been happier. I highly recommend this locally owned Black-owned Business.

We have used Golden Bay Relocation once before and they were terrific on both occasions. They arrived on time and worked tremendously hard over two days to move our family. They listened while we instructed them what was to be moved and they never complained the whole move. Even at the end of a long second day, they wanted to make sure there was absolutely nothing else they should do. I have been moved by the big brand names and these guys are easily the best moving company we have worked with. I would recommend them without any reservations.

I have used Global Moving Systems for 3 moves now and had a great experience each time. They are dependable, and reasonably priced with good strait forward communication. My move Involved moving things to a storage unit as well as my new home. It all went seamlessly. Enkhe, Big Nagi, and Ulzii worked extremely hard and did a great job.
