Comment : After my initial review, Golden Bay Movers got in contact with me and they were diligent about making things right. I am truly impressed with the communication and attentiveness they have provided. It does not seem like bad experiences are a common occurrence for this company, and I really appreciated their willingness to give us a reimbursement for the original damage caused to our apartment building. I would consider using them again simply for the customer service.

Comment : We have used Golden Bay Relocation once before and they were terrific on both occasions. They arrived on time and worked tremendously hard over two days to move our family. They listened while we instructed them what was to be moved and they never complained the whole move. Even at the end of a long second day, they wanted to make sure there was absolutely nothing else they should do. I have been moved by the big brand names and these guys are easily the best moving company we have worked with. I would recommend them without any reservations.
