I have used this moving company 3 times and each time it was a pleasure. The crew is friendly and treated my accumulated mish mash as they would their own, including the antiques. I would highly recommend them.

Trade Movers
Do not use this company
I was assured that the movers would arrive at 1 pm. They did not. I called at 1:20. No one picks up the phone. Kept getting voicemail. Got a call at 1:30 and was told by OSCAR STEVE that the movers were 10 minutes away. They NEVER SHOWED UP. All my subsequent calls went to voicemail. None of them were returned. Bottom line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Two Men and A Truck-Fort Wayne
worst experience
The worse moving company I have ever used in my life and apparently I am not the only one who thinks this. I had them move my household items to Chicago. It was a nightmare. Everything I had was either badly scratched or it was broken. The manager would not even talk to me about the damage. It took until 2 in the morning for the movers to arrive in Chicago and unpack my things. I have never been so angry in my life. I will never do business with them again. I even called the corporate office and they could not help me at all. Beware Two Men and a Truck in Fort Wayne are pathetic.

Upack Moving
Customer service was easy to work with
I was planning to move my business from California to Washington and found U-Pack. Prices are crazy these days, but U-Pack provided the most affordable rate out of the moving services I looked into. I filled 17 feet in a 28 foot trailer, and my inventory arrived in good condition. Customer service was easy to work with! I called to ask a lot of questions along with scheduling the delivery, and everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful.

LaFredrick & Trolan are an AMAZING team. They were on time, fast and efficient and at the same time, treat your belongings with care and respect as though it was their own. On time delivery and confidently recommend
They arrived on time and took care really well of our furniture. The guys were very nice and service was fast. The quote they gave us, was exactly what we paid with no other charges. They calculated 5 hours but ended up being 4 hours. Definitely would use again and recommend.

Terrible experience
This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Terrible customer service and they blatantly lied to me throughout the moving process. I cannot begin to explain the extent of their terrible service. Over a year since my move was delivered and I am still fighting with them to get the measly $66 insurance payout for the stuff they broke and lost. Horrible people. Horrible company.

damaged one of my items
Used them for my move in the Summer and the moving expense goes up every time they sneeze. They damaged one of my items and has to be discarded. There is apparently a claim process that seem to not work. Three months after my move, I have yet to get a response or even an acknowledgment about my claim. Run!

disappointing and frustrating experience
I used this company two months ago. I had a couple pf boxes labeled Gifts. Now that its time to wrap gifts, I discovered a gift missing. It was a piece of jewelry for my mom. I did not think I needed to check boxers once move was completed. My may be thinking maybe I placed it somewhere else. No all the other gifts where this with the exception of the jewelry. I am really hurt by this. You save and save to get that one special gift to have it stolen.

I called them a few weeks ago and confirmed over the phone for my move this coming weekend. I called again this past weekend and their voicemail was full. I tried calling from a different number and the same man answered and said that I was not speaking to Daly Movers and that I had the wrong number. He must be the only employer that works there because I definitely recognized his voice. Please please please save yourself the time and do not count of these "guys". They are a joke. I am so glad I did not pay upfront, which no one should do without a contract. A good learning experience for sure though. Spend the money with a company that displays professionalism who also care about their business.
