fabulous crew
I was very impressed with the service we got from You Move Me Toronto. They were so helpful in every aspect of our move; from helping prepare us for what we would need to do to make the move easier, to helping us understand all the elements of moving (switching service providers for phone/internet, hydro, gas, etc...). When the YYM team arrived, they were very professional and careful with everything we had. They were even solution oriented to help us solve a problem we had with unwanted furniture that was in good condition. They have partnered with the Furniture Bank. Awesome experience

Yucca Moving & Storage Inc
super friendly and very professional
Yucca moved me from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Antonio Texas. I had different crews at each location. This was the best military move in 23 years. Nothing was broken, first time ever I did not have to file a claim after a move. Their drivers and crew were professional and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me put a new bedroom set together that was still in the boxes. Mind you, the apartment complex I moved into decided to repave the roads, so they had to park the semi on the street, get a small pick up, and ferry every item a quarter mile and then haul it up two flights of stairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and I plan to request them if they are available.

awesome customer services
We used You Move me on a long distance move from Kansas City to Myrtle Beach. they damaged my furniture
If they damage any furniture, they will not take responsibility nor cover the cost of the repair! Due to the negligence of their truck driver, they hit and drove up over the storage facility keypad pillar getting in. The truck came down hard and it damaged their truck, popped one of their tires with the truck almost turning over. My antique bed now has a cracked headboard with loose molding and a chunk of wood missing from the top. The footboard was also damaged, along with an antique wooden pillar. I provided pictures of the damage, they sent someone out to my house to take pictures, after moving me, but to no avail. Stall tactics. I was told I could not prove they damaged my furniture. They said they had pay me $.06 per pound citing the contract. How they figured what my bed and pillar weighed was a subjective mystery to me. Their customer service looks out for them, not their customers!

Was only moving a few items and it took longer than anticipated. One guy was new and had to be told everything to do, which really slowed down the process. They destroyed my bookcase and offered $0 in compensation. After opening the one box they moved (I moved all of the boxes myself) I discovered a broken family picture that had survived 45 years previously. One of the movers used plastic wrap to make a belt because his pants were falling off. Nothing like their commercials! They were nice, so they earned two stars for that.

Winter Moving and Storage
Excellent moving service.
I could not confirm my moving date till the day prior and Winter Moving staff were extremely understanding, responsive, and accommodating. I received my quote and response to my emails within 30min of the request or faster. My movers were punctual and efficient. They helped to disassemble and reassemble furniture and finished work sooner than expected. Great moving service for a great value. Will definitely use winter movers in the future and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for great service Winter Movers.

Wiltfong Moving & Storage Inc

I have used Wiltfong Moving and Storage four times in the last four years. Once as I worked to move a Notre Dame Institute to a new building and three times for personal moves. I found the staff to be hard working, professional and willing to please. I had several heavy pieces to move, including a player piano from a lower level. The crew talked over a plan and worked together to get it moved and delivered up stairs in my current home. A third party specialist was called in to move a marble top. The third party employee broke the fragile top and was very remorseful. I then worked with Steve at Wiltfong to get a replacement top. Steve made sure I was happy with the replacement top. I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. I will use them again in a few years.

Weil/Thoman Moving & Storage Co
Moving from our home to a condo in town.
Our move with Weil/Thoman was so much better than expected. My husband and I had not moved in 35 years. From the first meeting with Joe we knew we were in the right hands. Diane the office manager and Joe communicated well before and after the move. The team of Dale, Mike, Randy and Robert were professional, efficient, careful with every item and a pleasure to work with. They made this move easy and actually fun. They finished earlier than planned and actually adjusted the rate we owed. We highly recommend Weil/Thoman and we would definitely use them when we move again in 35 years.

Weiss Movers & Storage
very careful and professional
I was so pleased with our service from Weiss Movers during our move from Painesville to Cleveland. It was made all the more difficult because we had to move during the the Covid-18 crisis. The movers wore masks and were very careful and professional. They dropped off boxes several times prior to our move when I miscalculated how many I needed. Highly recommend Wayne and his crew!

I would not recommend them.
I would not use them again. They engage in bait and switch pricing: their quote is low balled, then they charge more for more boxes (they add extra paper) even though we had less goods (we moved a lot ourselves) and it took 60% less time. While they hire competent people to perform the move and other than an incident with rat poison they do get the goods from place to place: just not at the price they quoted.

I was assigned this company for a relocation with work. Terrible customer service. Only giving one start because because you cannot give zero. Would avoid this company at all cost. Very bad experience We had a very large complex move. We made the company aware of this from the start and we were assured that they were very experienced movers and could handle the job no problem. An estimator from the company came out reviewed the job (complex job involving 3 houses moving across town into 2) We were given a price and the date was set. The 4 men who came for the move were very young and we came to find that they have almost no moving experience. They were taking forever and needed to get additional trucks. Doug Werk arrived mid move. He was very upset and angry and basically started to shake down my father-in-law for more money. So his companies failure to properly estimate equip and man the job turned into being our fault some how! End result: a terrible job from a poorly run company. An owner who was angry rude and intimidating. Blaming the consumer for the problem caused by poor estimation by his employee, taking no ownership of the problem. Never finished the job. He refused to move any boxes to the 2nd floor or assemble the beds. He was to return the next day to finish the 75% of my father in laws stuff that was not moved and never showed and would not return phone calls. He insisted on being paid for the full move and never completed it.

We used this company for our recent move from Yuma to Casa Grande. They were the only company that was willing to come and give us a quote to do the move. Two of the employees (Martin & Reyes) showed up 15 minutes early in the scheduled packing day. Both men were very polite and professional. The next day Reyes and Mike arrived on time to load up the moving truck. Again both men were very polite and professional. When we had to reschedule our delivery date, everyone was very understanding and got us rescheduled as quickly as possible. On our delivery date, Reyes and one other mover (sorry, I do not remember his name) arrived 10 minutes early. They did a great job in putting the furniture where we wanted it and put the boxes in the appropriate rooms. This made it so much easier for unpacking. Again both movers were very polite and professional. We highly recommend this company.
