no professionalism in moving
I work for a moving and storage company in San Diego. It is my job to reach out to other moving companies throughout the United States to coordinate moves for my customers. The interaction that I just had with this company was HORRIFIC. The first time I called someone answered the phone then immediately hung up. So I called back and someone answered the phone, I asked if they had a forklift at their facility (so they could receive a freight shipment of my customers portable storage box). The man on the phone said "Sure, you give me $100 and I will sell you a forklift." Laughed, then hung up the phone. Thinking this clearly must be a misunderstanding, I called back and this time a man by the name of Josh. I said I was looking for a mover and he said "nope, cannot help you" and hung up in my face. If this is the way they treat prospective customer I shudder to think how they treat people who have already signed up with them. Please, I urge anyone who reads this review to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We searched for a moving company willing to transport our household goods from Connecticut to New Jersey and how lucky we were to find Quality Moving out of Toms River. The two men who loaded our belongings we very professional and they delivered our household goods in a timely and expedious manner. Great company to deal with!!!

Better Service
I used Queen Movers last year. The guys who moved my things were GREAT. However, I was given an estimate that was half the money and half the time that it turned out to be. They blamed it on the location of my house (which they saw ahead of time when giving the estimate) and the location I moved to (which I also told them about). The movers were careful, honest, and nice. But the estimate business... grrrrr. I was so mad I cried. The management will be glad to tell you how it is all my fault.

I used this company to move from one house to another. They were great. Showed up on time. My crew included Ike, Oseas, Carlos, and Riley. They were great. After I showed them what needed to be moved they got to it and executed my plan perfectly. Nothing broken or scratched, everything placed where I asked it to be. I highly recommend them for residential moving.

Quiver Full, Inc
Disappointed in this firm
So very, very disappointed! I have used Quiver Full Movers previously and had every confidence in them. The first thing upon arrival, one of the crew members placed his coffee cup on my piano! That should have been a clue about how careless they have become.. Although they were prompt and speedy with the move, they damaged both my wicker sofas, an antique pine bookcase and my grandfather clock! Additionally they broke 2 fittings while removing my refrigerator doors to move it. The crew leader suggested that we fix that ourselves. Thank goodness our son is an applicant repair tech.. The parts alone were over $25 ! Their furniture doctor repaired one of the sofas, but I did not find the other damage for about 10 days. When I called about the other damaged pieces, I did not receive a favorable response regarding any repairs. I will NEVER call them again and am so disappointed in what their service has become. :(

worst experience
Oh my goodness.. Where to begin. Day 1 - showed up at my house without calling us to inform us what time they would be packing us. They did a 5 min walk through of the house and asked us "What is going?" My response was "everything" (um hello we are moving to a new state, you have to pack it all up.) They go outside to their moving truck and take a 30 min smoke break (you just arrived 5 mins ago , why on earth do you need to smoke - you have not done anything.) 30 mins later they come in and say "Sorry we cannot pack you, your house is too clutter." ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I have never heard such nonsense!!!!!!!! So they left and came 2 days later. took them 4 days to pack and load a 1900 sq ft house.. why you ask did it take so long?? Because THEY TOOK TOO MANY SMOKE BREAKS! when you take a break every hour for 15-20 mins, its going to take that long to pack and load a truck. Finally the house is packed and they leave. We have been at our new house for 1 week without our stuff.. It was supposed to be here 6 days later but for some reason they needed a full week - No it was not the drive. We are only 1 state away from where we were living. If we want to get technical it was a 12 hour drive. So they started to unload our stuff (another 2 day job) The first 6 crates came in and low and behold already 7 huge items are DAMAGED! Now why do you think that is?? Well, when you have movers who just shove and kick and push stuff in crates - its going to get DAMAGED! As of now we are waiting for the rest of our stuff to show up - I am on pens and needles waiting to see how the rest of this is going to go. The only thing i have positive to say about this company as of now - is the men who are unloading us were fast and very respectful. In fact they were the ones who pointed out all the damage that was caused by the packers Would I recommend this company -- HELL NO!!! RUNNNNNNN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! FYI - this was a military move - and I just want to add that these movers added weight to our move - I am talking full on paper rolls that weighed probably a good 20lbs if not more to the shipment --so wrong!

Do not even bother hiring them. They were over 5 hours late on the day I am supposed to move. Did not give any updates, I had to keep calling them begging to know when they will come. Had to cancel on them and ask my friend to move for me.

A week after an agent came out to give me an estimate, I still have no estimate. Two other moving companies had estimates to me within a day. No excuse for this in this day and age of ipad calculations and email. I let the company know I had not received the estimate and was told they contacted the agent, and still no response. Poor business practice. I can only imagine what happens with your shipment.

Professional Moving Labor
damaged boxes and they never came back
When you hire movers, you trust that your possessions will be handled with care and on a timely manner. With this company that is not the case. Dented dryers, damaged boxes and they never came back to finish the job. If you post something on social media about them, they block you from commenting (hence why you cannot leave or read reviews from them on facebook). This company is terrible and will take your money and run. Please seek other movers, as these people were a complete water of money and time.

horrible experience
This company brought our stuff that was shipped from North Carolina. The movers were good and very helpful. They told us someone would come take our boxes the next day which was a Thursday. Fast forward to Tuesday, we have non stop called the company and left messages for someone to pick up the boxes that are taken over our garage. With the hail storms in Colorado having a garage was a must so our cars would not get damage. I did not expect to have it filled with boxes that we cannot even put our cars in there. Every attempt to call all we get is someone will call us back. Its been almost a week and nothing yet. Very upset over that. If we had known it was going to be such an issue we would of used another company. Their communication skills are horrible and will never used this company again. Hope other people have better luck but as for us they have made our move horrible.

professionalism were amazing
These guys were the muscle and know how necessary to make my new dining table a reality in my home. This is not just any table, it is a 1200 pound slab of marble on two solid marble pedestals. These guys knew how to move this heavy slab safely and efficiently. They did no damage to my home in the process and were so careful about positioning directly under my chandelier to get it completely centered. The preparation and complete professionalism were amazing. Highly recommend.

I had reached out for quotes to write a few places. Some had the same price as Prime Moving, but Prime had the best customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable about the many parts of moving from Hawaii to the mainland. They even coordinated with Matson for my car. When the movers arrived, they were so nice, wearing masks, and very quick. Too quick - I had to call them back to pick up some items that I had missed! When everything arrived at the destination, they were masked, friendly, and moved items into the house exactly where instructed - including down narrow stairs to the basement and up narrow stairs to the attic. I happily recommend Prime Moving!

Every employee from start to finish was responsive to our needs and honored their commitments to us, even though we had to reschedule our move several times. These guys were great! They came around the time we agreed upon. The team was efficient, quick and careful with my items. The price for service was very reasonable compared to others quotes. Definitely the best option to move
I understand moving is stressful, plus having a moving company come and move your stuff. Well I definitely recommend trying patriots moving! I just move to the area and trying to coordinate a move in a different state was super easy thanks to these guys! They communicate effectively and are very quick with your move, while Making sure they take care of your household things. Price wise, you cannot beat it compared to other big company movers who ask for double the price.

Our experience with Portland Movers was positive beyond my expectations. They were able to move us with short notice and stayed until the job was done. The movers were very careful and knowledgeable. professional movers
I recently used Piano Movers to move my Kawai RX-2 about 200 miles. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. The movers were very polite and professional and were able to work with my schedule. Very safe and took great care of my piano. I would recommend them for any move!

Excellent Work
This is my fourth time using Olympia. Through and through they display professionalism. The move is on time, safe, and no nonsense. We once tried a different company that was cheaper, and it showed. We will simply use Olympia from now on.

Ottos moving and Storage did a FANTASTIC job handling my move. They were very quick- they did not hesitate for a second they knew exactly what to do. they wrapped my sofa up so it would be completely protected. They were extremely careful with my delicate furniture and put blankets around everything. They tied up the cords to the lamps. They were extremely efficient, very neat, and very skilled. All of their equipment looked very clean. The gentlemen were also very friendly and professional. They did everything from wrapping the furniture neatly to protect it (plastic/ blankets) and they were also very quick unloading. They also went the extra mile to unscrew the legs of my sofa, and then screw them back on when we arrived, so the legs would not get scratched. I was amazed out how efficient they were. I moved a LOT of delicate furniture including glass, mirrors, art, and they were very gentle with everything- there was not a single chip in anything. Also, they have the best rate too. I would definitely use this company again next time I move!

The crew, Juan, Edgar and Jesus and the truck arrived at the time specified. They called me a half hour ahead of arrival as was stated in the contract.
