Comment : A week after an agent came out to give me an estimate, I still have no estimate. Two other moving companies had estimates to me within a day. No excuse for this in this day and age of ipad calculations and email. I let the company know I had not received the estimate and was told they contacted the agent, and still no response. Poor business practice. I can only imagine what happens with your shipment.
