best company experience
In and Out moved our 3 bedroom home across town and were better than I could have expected. They were quick and careful. We were not sure if everything would fit but they made it work. Best part was they charged us even less than we were expecting! In the end they were 1000 cheaper than the company who quoted us before them. I highly recommend!

no professionalism in moving
Horrible! Upon receiving my HHG the way they packed was terrible. Some boxes were labeled incorrectly, they added things like pictures frames with a tv, boxes with my kitchen utensils were just thrown in a box. Things were broken, shoes and towels were packed together, the list goes on. I had a lot of items damaged. If your military ask for a different moving company to pack your items because this one is not it.

help was so valuable to me
I was so stressed about moving and these guys did such a good job taking all of that stress away. I do not have a lot, and most of it is not very valuable. But they treated every item like it was something valuable of their own. The guys were very kind, and fun to chat with. They were fast, efficient, and clean. Their help was so valuable to me After pricing a bunch of moving companies this place was the most affordable. And based on my experience (and what I have heard from friends who have had nightmare movers recently) I am willing to bet they are the best locally

Do not use this company
Price went from 1600 to 2300 despite the known same cubic feet of already packed goods having been moved by another company. Not honest or reliable on prices or dates. Many moving companies change their names after high numbers of bad reviews so double check to see what previous companies were, addresses will typically stay the same do not recommend these guys.

very informative and helped me
Im not sure if these reviews below are rating the correct business because i had no problems what so ever with Infinity Van lines they were great. Joseph the sales rep from infinity was very informative and helped me every step through the move. The price that was quoted was the same price i paid. I had to move to FL from NJ for a job relocation and they made it very easy for me, no stress what so ever. Thanks again infinity

As far as relocation is concerned, I bet you are on top of the game. I mean the way you deal with everything, taking the small details into consideration show how prepared and dedicated you are in making sure your clients are satisfied with the job. I had seen other movers working, while relocating some of my friends and relatives but saw nothing like what I did when you were relocating my family and me. I believe that I have found my movers and had no reason, not even one, to look anywhere else for relocation services.

all my furniture arrived with damaged
My furniture all arrived damaged, everything was roughly packaged, they did not even have bubble wrap. Very deceitful pricing, tons of unexpected fees and charges they conveniently did not mention up front. The company was extremely unhelpful and claimed no responsibility for most of the process of getting the shipment to me. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Imperial Moving and Storage was our life saver. Yacomo delivered our items after having a horrible experience with some other people. If I could give him 200 Star I would His customer service was perfect. He was respectful of my sisters belongings and was beyond helpful in everything. No breaks. Worked until the job was done. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Yacomo you saved the day!

Honolulu Long Distance Movers
extremely professional and quick
Totally professional Company that was easy to work with and helped every step of the way. They got me on a Saturday which was last minute. The movers arrived and were totally courteous and professional. They loaded the truck with my things in less than half an hour and secured everything really well. They really treat you like family. When they arrived at my new place they were really careful not to bang anything and even took advice from the assistant resident manager on how to negotiate the tricky corner entrance to my unit. They were done with my move-in in under 2 hours. If I ever need to move again I will definitely be calling this company again.

Hands on Moving and Storage

I would highly recommend Hands On Moving. I called and secured my move about a month in advance. Working with Angelique from the office put my mind at ease as we went through the list of furniture I wanted moved and confirmed with pictures. My move was local, but still (in my view) a hard move because I had REALLY heavy antique furniture that had to go up three flights of stairs. I also had heavy boxes full of books. Starting from my original destination, the movers were on time and extremely professional. I had requested a team of three, who seemed to work together to make sure nothing was broken or mishandled. The furniture, including my double pillow top mattress, was wrapped very well and loaded on the truck. The team worked fast. I was given an estimate time of six hours and they finished in five. I am grateful for the team I had with Hands On Moving and would want to use them again (but hoping not to move again anytime soon!) They were worth every penny!!

Amazing professional movers
Holloway Movers did an awesome job moving me with VERY short notice. Larry, Mike, Jay and Jeremy came and moved my 4 bedroom home much faster and cheaper than I ever could have expected. They were quick and methodical in how they loaded and moved. They were very flexible and helpful, and they made sure everything was handled carefully and put in the right place. There was no damage to the home or any of my belongings in the move. I cannot say enough good things about them and highly recommend them.

happy with their service
Doug assisted with my renovation. He is very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the materials and made sure the vinyls flooring material matches the carpet and kitchen. He always answers all my questions and is very helpful. Doug also installed new baseboards for the house to make it more modernized and fixed misc things like power washing, change faucet, change door stops, etc. His worker also did a great job painting the house. Overall, very happy with the outcome!

This is a terrible company. I made arrangements weeks in advance for a small move for my elderly mother from one floor to another and was told no problem. Called a day before to confirm. I live out of state and had a small time window. They did not show up and after three phone calls said oh well we cannot come and have no options for you. Do not use this company. They are horrible

hardworking and kept great attitudes throughout the entire move
First time using H Town Movers and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. They responded with a quote the fastest out of all of the companies I reached out to and gave me the best quote for a team of four movers. The other companies I contacted were more expensive with only three member teams. Andrew was extremely professional and courteous helping me book our move and was always available for any questions we may have had. He even contacted me the night before our move since there was going to be severe weather in the morning to reassure me that we were still on. Kevin and his crew showed up exactly at 8 am with a large truck and began working right away. They were so pleasant and hardworking and kept great attitudes throughout the entire move despite how long the day was. Everything from our two bedroom apt fit into the truck so only one trip was necessary. They were very careful and meticulous with our things and disassembled and reassembled both beds. Will absolutely use this company again for any future moves.

These guys were a nightmare. I was overcharged at the end of the day, they did not pack artwork or antiques correctly at all, and possessions were lost. The movers arrived very late, did not bring the appropriate packing (even though I specifically requested it), and took quite a few breaks. They were so disorganized it was unbelievable. Hire at your own risk and at the expense of your pocketbook. They charged me fifty percent more than the estimate and ridiculous things ended up missing--part of a bed, tiles for a table, a box with pots and pans. Then, worst of all four pieces of art are gone. What jerks. Bad movers--very bad.

Have used these guys twice in the last year. Once to move from Saline to central Idaho, and then back again to Ann Arbor after 8 months, as a family medical situation required our return to be in close proximity to Mott. Seriously cannot rave about them enough. Not only the most inexpensive quote we received (several thousand dollars less than Allied or Mayflower, for example) but the service was absolutely top-notch. Packing, loading, traveling with zero items broken, and unloading they nailed every facet. And when something did go wrong on the return trip (one of the packers/loaders in Idaho lost the nuts/bolts hardware for a bedroom set) the owners personally went out of his way to fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are looking at professional movers, these should be the first guys you call.

The driver was nice enough, but clearly the other shipment on the truck was underestimated. My weight was 2000 lbs less than the estimate, and they still left a room full of stuff and did not even offer an overflow. My husband was alone and overwhelmed so he gave the stuff away to neighbors. I complained to Fritz a couple times, and never heard back from him, which is disappointing since I have worked in the moving industry for 20 years, for Mayflower and UniGroup. I will now complain to my HR dept.

Do not do it to yourself movers did not show up, two girls came to move our contents they gave an effort but we had to load the truck more than they did. There was no apology. Our check was cashed immediately after we handed it to them-wonder why If we could rate it a zero star we would.

Our Home Restoration Project required a Pack Out, Storage and Pack In to facilitate the process. It was a difficult 10-month long job and plenty of headaches. Hero Moving hawaii came through for us at a time when most businesses are in so much turmoil due to the Covid Pandemic. We did have some issues, but Gabriel stepped in and got everything straightened out and we were made whole in a matter of days. It is this type of dedication to customers that distinguishes a mediocre company from a truly genuine, caring company. We are glad and fortunate to have Hero Moving taking care of our needs. They are friendly, professional, and dedicated to serving their customer with 5 Star Service. Thank you to Gabriel and his Team for their help and support.
