horrible experience
Lost my stuff (swapped someone else mattress for mine!). Late delivery (over 6 weeks late for a cross-country move). Even took them to court and won! Not that I ever saw a dime. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

disappointing moving experience
Used them for a home move. The owner Debbie would never give me an official estimate. The guys worked hard and long hours. In the end the price was NOT what she quoted. Spoke with Debbie on the phone, she got very nasty and started screaming at my husband and I. She is very dishonest. Her workers told us this happens all the time and if something gets broken she docks the guys pay. VERY CROOKED COMPANY. Do not waste your time

Matts Moving LLC

We used Matts for a complicated, multi-family move that spanned 2 months and many steps. The office staff were wonderful, letting me think through with them the steps and offering solutions that I did not know were available. We worked with Heather and she was amazing. The actual moving days were easy and fun and fast! The crews were friendly. They were speedy. The were fun! And most of all they were good! Our stuff was treated with care. They were able to problem solve on the fly to get everything to the right places. I highly recommend this company. I hope to stay in one place for awhile but if I decide to move again, this is the company I had hire.

Move Central Moving
showed up on time and worked quickly
I sent out requests for quotes and Move Central was one who replied. I liked how they worked with us as it was not the usual home to home move. All the other quotes were really high for the amount of things we were moving. This quote was reasonable and fair. I then saw some pretty bad reviews but we are 100% happy with the entire process. The movers arrived on time. They were professional and they protected the furniture and TV with care. They arrived at the destination on time and finished up with the same attention to detail. I have no complaints Marcos was helpful when scheduling and then rescheduling. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future. Thank you for making our move easier

Very professional and friendly
Awesome moving company. After hearing horror stories from friends about other moving companies, I searched the Better Business Bureaus website and found this small company had the best rating. I set an appointment and they arrived spot-on time, cleared out my 2-bedroom apartment quickly and delivered my stuff to my new house across town. I was a bit worried when only 2 guys showed up, but they obviously knew what they were doing, and carefully packed everything in the truck. Not a thing was damaged, and their rates were pretty good. I paid under 300. Very professional team, and I will certainly use them again!

While Anthony was helpful in setting up a smooth transition when I moved from Albany to Philadelphia, I was very disappointed in the follow up of concerns. At least 2 of my items (including a study desk and bookshelf) were damaged to the point that they could not be used. The day I received those items in Philadelphia, I was told by the workers (and in the original contrast I signed) that I would get some sort of compensation for the damages. I sent the pictures of the items to the email provided multiple times (even months later) and still got no response. It was extremely frustrating to have been told that I would be refunded as part of the guarantee of working with Liedkie, yet that was not the case. 0 stars for reliability.

I used them 3 years ago, FROM CT TO PR, i had great delivery. The only thing is that one of the boxes was torned open. But i thought prices are good. I am using them again. Have to say 3 years ago Ricky was excellent and the guys that picked up very nice and professional, this time a female not so customer service like, but hope to have the same great service. But NOT sending my car with them

Was not impressed. we were forced to move because over the summer our apartment building caught on fire, caused by our neighbor. The insurance company wanted everyone out of the building so the landlord paid for our moving. Lippincott was okay. They damaged some furniture and a filing cabinet and put dents and scratches on the brand new painted walls. They placed a carpet on the floor so they would not truck mud into the living room but in the hallway there were some dirt stains. The thing that ticked me off the most was that one of their movers wreaked of marijuana and I noticed he was outside smoking a cigarette every half an hour. I know we technically did not have to pay Lippincott but still, we would have liked to have had a professional company who comes to get the job done and not stand around on cigarette breaks all the time.

Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional, unable to estimate properly, late on both the loading and the delivery, did not reassemble furniture, are not taking care of items they broke, dented or scratched up and because of all their own issues I ended up paying much more than they estimated. Jeff is in way over his head and cannot handle the ownership of a moving company he should be one of the furniture movers.

I used Lido to pack up my apartment and store my belongings. The crew was very nice and helpful from coming in to look and see what I had for the quote to moving my stuff to storage. Extremely professional and careful. My storage payments are easy, too, with my payment plan taken care of electronically no checks to mail, yay! Do not even think about hiring Local Motion. They are incompetent, inept, and unresponsive. They make promises they do not keep. They damage your furniture and overcharge for their services. They will not even respond to a request from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I strongly encourage you to consider AAA Moving, in Minneapolis. We had a great experience with them. They were everything Local Motion was not.

DO NOT USE this company They are often one of the sub-contractors that other moving companies use. I used Star Relocation Services who assured me they would NOT be using this company and sure enough, they did and I had damage throughout my items. I asked Star Relocation this because LD was one of the companies I was originally looking to use directly and then I found out they have an F with the Better Business Bureau and many complaints filed against them. After hiring Star Relocation and having many of my things damaged in the move, I filed a claim including extensive pictures, etc. of the damage with their insurance company and never heard back from them. This was 3 months ago. If you are using any moving company make sure they DO NOT USE this company. They are careless with items, I lost about 700 worth of items that were damaged, including two 27 computer monitors, a chair, wine glasses broken, a dresser damaged and my piano stand was damaged as well. AVOID LIKE COVID.

Moved my furniture and goods from Austin, Texas, to Stillwater, OK.
Longoria is perhaps the most professional, most-together moving company I have ever encountered, and I have moved a lot -- using national firms as well as local men. Not only was Langorias office staff quite clear and responsive about pricing, estimates and times, the movers themselves were professional, careful, patient and nimble on their feet. I was horribly unorganized, but the two movers were swift and able to work around me. Not only that, I realized when I got to Stillwater, that I had left stuff behind in my separate apartment storage unit. Langoria picked it up and has held it for me while they find someone who can move it up here. And in Stillwater, they added two movers to make the unloading go rapidly. You will not find a better mover to make the awful day of moving a lot less hellish.

I just used Key Express moving piano from Northern California(bay area) to Orange County. I cannot express my happiness about their performance. First I talked the owner, Jessica, and she explained the whole process. I had to wait a little bit to get the space to move piano. Once she figured out, she contacted me with the plan. As soon as we agreed , she sent me a written contract. Everything went according to the plan. My son who received the piano, sent me an email how happy he was. He praised the process the workers handled at receiving site. First the price was reasonable and the workers are very professional, cautious, answered the questions we had while packing. They followed the pick up time and delivery time according to the contract. I strongly recommend this mover to anybody

In total they charged me 150 more than my previously negotiated estimate. I doubt this was a fluke, as the movers seemed well rehearsed in demanding exorbitant fees and using your possessions as hostage. Save yourself the trouble of being victimized by another scummy moving company and look elsewhere.

King moving made my move so easy and stress free From the initial booking to moving day, the entire process was seamless and efficient. Harvey and his team showed up early and made us feel at ease the second they started the job. All of our furniture was wrapped and they took care of all of my fragile pieces.
