Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, I wish I could give a negative number of stars. I read the Yelp reviews prior to hiring QEC Movers and the negative reviews were hidden as well as outnumbered the good reviews. I hired this company to move only the furniture and they managed to scratch a custom cabinet (value 750.00) and pulled out the bolt anchors on my dining room table (value 8000.00). I was able to get the table back together but the table now is not stable. I informed the moving crew of the issues at the time of the move and followed up with an email to the company 3 days later. When I received no response from QEC Movers, I disputed the charge with my credit card. QEC Movers rejected the dispute stating I did not contact them within 10 days of the move. I lost the dispute on the credit card since Master card has deemed this as a tort case so I will need to take my time to go to court trying to be made whole for mistakes the moving guys made by not wrapping my furniture. Stay as far away from this company as you can unless you like broken furniture.

Terrible experience
This company is TERRIBLE! They showed up without dollys, tie downs or the proper equipment. The movers said they were tired from working late the night before, then the owner charged me more than I authorized. I Would NOT use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

They did a very good job of packing everything up, however they were very very late, and that did lead to some issues for me. On the delivery to our new home, they showed up about two days later than they were contractually (and legally) obligated to. However they unpacked everything quite well and all of our stuff showed up in the same condition it was shipped. My only complaint really is their scheduling. Its crap. Also they unpack and repack your stuff in their warehouse (no idea why) so things are a bit mixed up when you get them. Would I use them again No, but other than the bad scheduling, I cannot find any fault with them. Also, their workers are top notch and quite nice.

Quick & Easy Moving & Storage
Excellent Job
I hired Quick and Easy movers at more or less the last minute after I had to reschedule the day of my move. Not only were they available, they were less expensive than the company I had originally booked with. They came on time and were EXCELLENT completely professional, very efficient, and really nice guys. Unlike a lot of people who get paid by the hour, they never dragged their feet, and got everything done fast. Because I had to reschedule in the first place, the day I hired these guys a lot of my things were disorganized, so their help was appreciated even more. When my mother needed movers in September, I did not let her call anyone else. We had the same experience, again great communication, friendly, professional, excellent help. Again, a lot of packing was disorganized when they arrived, but again, they were so helpful that the move was done with 100% excellence in every area. They will be my first call every time.

unprofessional moving service
I ordered a treadmill as a Christmas present for my husband on 12/10. Despite it being delivered to this company on 12/17 and multiple calls, I could not get in touch with them until 12/26, at which time they told me I had have to take an entire day off work to have it delivered. I asked to speak with a manager, and as a result they canceled my order after it was paid for and at their place ready for delivery!! I had to make several calls to parent company to get it delivered. This process took 5 weeks!! When they finally delivered it, they tried to put a splintered wood crate on my brand new hardwood floor, and said they did not have any mats available. I would never ever recommend you deal with this company - completely unprofessional, a joke.

On time and hard working!
I just moved to Tacoma from Denver, CO. I had a U-pack delivery my stuff and I needed help unloading the truck. They arrived on time and ready to work. At first I was frustrated with the 3 hours minimum because I knew they would finish in 2 hours or less. Before I could complain about it, they offered to setup my bed, help unpack, and rearrange furniture for the remaining hour. That pretty awesome in my book! Also they are friendly and very careful with my belongings. I highly recommend these guys!!! Thanks guy!

poor experience
The worst moving service that came to my home. The movers were rude and looked like drug addicts. I was mis informed as to the service they provide. Once they arrived at my home, I was told I would not be able to access my belongings and that I have no insurance. I was told that I would only be able to access my property by appointment only. The misinformation is unprofessional. The movers looked and spoke unprofessionally. This moving service does not even deserve 1 star.

Real Property Management Platinum
Great moving experience
I started out as a tenant and subsequently became the owner of the property I was renting. As a tenant RPM Platinum was diligent and took swift and remedial actions whenever there was an issue with the property. They communicated well and never left me guessing. When I bought the property they were quick to refund me my security deposit. Overall, I had a great experience with them and I highly recommend their services. Red Arm Movers
worst experience
I moved recently using Red Arm Movers. I think these were the worst movers I have used till date. If you are remotely concerned about your furniture and your belongings, I would recommend NOT to use them. After my move, I discovered that my study table was damaged beyond repair. The legs had come off and they had taped it up without telling me. My dining tables glass top (which I kept it without a single scratch for 5 years now) has a bunch of scratches. My expensive entertainment units door has broken and is coming off. I am sure these people knew what happened to my furniture, but they did not let me know,. Obviously, why would they. I was busy with the move itself that I did not inspect the furniture post the move. I do not think I could have done much even if I did discover it then. These people can barely speak english, so no point. The other thing that they did is they damaged the walls of the house I moved from. I tried telling them about it, but of no use. I have to carefully inspect everything else and see if there are more damages. Thankfully, I asked them not to touch my home theatre and my electronics as I suspected something of this sort. Lesson learnt: Do not use cheap, unprofessional movers like these. You lose more money than you save by using them.

Do not call this company! We call this company to have them move one heavy item and the gentlemen gave me a quote without hearing all the information. I gave him all the information regarding the item, location, size, weight and drop off location and he changed his quote. Then on Thursday May 4 he went out to the pick location to verify everything and change his quote again. The quote was triple what he originally quote, but we were still willing to work with him. They were suppose to move the item on Saturday May 6 at 9:30 am. They were late and so I called at 15 mins, 40 mins, and 1 hour after the appointment and they would not answer. Then finally I received a text that they were waiting for equipment to arrive. So I waiting another hour and they still did not show or call. When we finally got them on the phone they said that they should have the equipment by noon and they would be at the pick location by 12:30 pm. They were a NO SHOW!

Razorback Moving and Storage, Inc
extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of unprofessionalism
This was a horrible and unprofessional experience! Razorback Moving quoted me a moving services price of 125 per hour for three movers. The movers were supposed to pack and move items in a specified timeframe from a house to a storage in the same city. When they arrived on Saturday, there were only two men. One of the men was wearing a Razorback Moving company T shirt. When I asked about the third person, one of the men told me he would come later but the third person never showed. Once at my home, one of the men looked at the work and began quoting a different price stating that it was more work than he could do in one day, mind you the third person still had not showed. We finally agreed upon 1,000 for all the packing and moving to be completed in a professional manner over a two-day period. At the end of day one, one of the men asked to be paid 500 in cash, but was unable to produce an invoice from Razorback Moving when requested even though we told him when he negotiated a new price that we would need an invoice and he agreed to produce the invoice. The mover sent by Razorback Moving also was unable to produce any kind of invoice or other documentation for proof of services from himself either. I finally had to create an invoice for the mover on my laptop after purchasing a money order to pay him the 500 because I was uncomfortable with paying cash and I needed a receipt for reimbursement. (By the way, the man who asked for cash also stated he did not have a bank account so he could not take PayPal or Cash App either). The following morning I discovered that various items had just been thrown into boxes in no particular order or arrangement. I also discovered after visiting the storage that the furniture had not been wrapped (as agreed) and had just been thrown in the storage unit in a disorganized manner. I contacted the mover and told him we no longer wanted his services and I also contacted Razorback Moving. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced with Razorback Moving who failed to take responsibility for the workers they dispatched to my home. I will now have to hire other movers to complete this work. I certainly would not recommend this company.

I reached out to Ruben on short notice, with complicated demands, and even had last minute changes. Ruben provided a written quote and accommodated us with no issues whatsoever. His price was extremely fair and there was none of the funny business you get from other moving companies. Every one of our items was treated as if it was delicate and they professionally wrapped each before being moved into the truck. They reassembled all furniture once we arrived at our new residence.
