Comment : Horrible!!! Do not use this company! Their quotes are a lie to get there foot in the door.then charge you what ever they want! The actual price was 700 more than what they quoted. Then I called the company and they said basically Pay it or pay a 800 cancellation fee then hung up.. I filed with consumer affairs.. this company is robbing people and they think they can get away with it. This blows my mind that they are getting away with these things!

Comment : I had to move to Memphis from New Jersey and was quite apprehensive about it. My friend recommended Alpha Moving and Storage to help me out. I was quite happy with their services. Every packer was professionally trained and skilled in their work. All expensive and fragile goods were handled with great caution. They also provided top quality packing materials which ensured damage free transit of all my possessions. Honestly, I had not expected such a comfortable move for this long distance and I am extremely pleased with their services.

Comment : Being in a profession like banking I have shifted to so many different places. This time I was required to relocate to from New Jersey to New York and Alpha Moving and Storage provided the most comfortable move of my life. The dedicated staff was expert at packing, loading and unloading of the goods. They had quality packing material that assured damage free delivery of even the most fragile items. Thanks to them for a trouble free move.

Comment : I had a great experience with Alpha Moving & Storage. I was uncomfortable bringing people into my home to do moving estimates due to COVID, but they conducted a full walk through with me on FaceTime with no issues. They provided a full estimate within an hour and were very clear on my options. The team on our moving day was excellent. Very communicative and took all of our direction perfectly. They moved us out of a 2BR 45 minutes away from our new home, and we were moved in to the new house before the end of the day. Everyone wore masks and kept an appropriate distance. I highly recommend Alpha Moving and Storage.
