Comment : Supper disappointed in Armstrong. They did not ever call me to fully assess my timing needs. Then they picked up my items and instead of getting my items moving waited another 5 days to group my items with another persons move. Which made them miss my desired delivery window which was over four days. If you have specific timing needs they only provide broad windows and will delay your priority in order to group your stuff with others.

Comment : We had a great experience using Armstrong Relocation for a move from Atlanta to Indianapolis. Terri Hardy was on top of things from beginning to end. The moving team knew what they were doing and were very efficient.
