Bluemound Express Moving and Storage Co., Inc. began in 1947 as a small, Waukesha WI moving company helping families move out into the expanding Milwaukee Metropolitan area, many times by heading westbound on Bluemound Road. As the company grew, they noticed that often times, families moving within Southeastern Wisconsin were not given the same level of service and priority by the national moving companies as people making a long distance move. Local moves were many times left to a couple guys with a truck, without the equipment, training, or expertise that a professional move required. If something went wrong during the move, that was your problem. Over the years, Bluemound Express Moving and Storage Co. grew into an organization that could meet or exceed the capabilities of any national van line moving company, while specializing in local Wisconsin moves.
