Comment : We used the Lenexa location for storage and were told in writing that our pod would be moved indoors to a climate controlled facility. When it never happened, we went to unload our stuff and found it almost all to be molded ruined. To add insult to injury, the customer service is absolutely awful. After refusing to meet to discuss our concerns, they finally agreed and did not even offer an apology. Awful, awful customer service.
