It has been said that the three most stressful things in life are dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truly make us a SERVICE company...

Comment : RUN!!! Do not even think twice. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I had services scheduled from 9am-10am on June 4 2022. The movers arrived at 8:30 and started clocking. They moved quickly and were kind, they told me they were finished but there still was stuff left. I asked them to take the rest of my stuff but I was told the truck was full. When we got to the storage unit the opened the back and the truck was only half full. They quickly threw my stuff into the storage unit and then asked for my card. I was like can I get the total first they proceeded to tell me it was $1004. I said how you have only worked from 8:30am to 10:15am?? He said there is a minimum of 4 hours. I said well I was not told about this. Then proceeded to ask them to return to my apartment to get the rest of my stuff and they told me no. They also charged me $90 for gas but could not explain the math or mileage. Charged me $80 for shrink wrap and became very rude when I questioned it all. I have tried contacting JR the manager via phone and email but no response. A worker even showed up in Nike slides, not professional at all. If I could give them a negative 50 million star I would. DO NOT USE HERE TO THERE MOVERS!! Scammers!! Rude!! Still your money!!
