Comment : There was some good during the move but after the move not so good. We moved from Parker CO to Blue Ridge GA. The pick-up was on time and the movers were careful not to damage our belongings and the house. The delivery was on-time and again the movers seemed careful. On unpacking we found some damaged items and that is where the not so good comes in. They did send someone out to fix a few of the items but many have not yet been repaired or replaced. They are great at recorded messages but difficult to get a real person or a call back. We moved in on April 9th and now almost three months later we have not been contacted regarding a fair settlement. We paid full the full insurance coverage.

Comment : I cannot even express how dissatisfied I am with how this company handled my move. Misleading information on insurance, laziness on packing loose garage items, told wrong cu/ft on truck so I didn't rent a storage unit big enough until it was full they decided to tell me it wouldn't fit. Called GM and he was nothing more than an unhelpful pompous, arrogant person. Would not help and now that they've been paid in full have wiped their hands clean. Scratched my Harley by wrapping it in blankets and using straps and won't do anything because they misled me into believing my homeowner would cover it. Well, they won't cover damage to something the movers did. It covers a catastrophic total loss, not item by item!!! So if you want my entire review, go to Yelp and do a search for Johnson Moving and Storage. I was unable to fit my entire review on here, but bottom line. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!
