Comment : Just an update: I was contacted for follow up by a customer service representative who wanted to know how the in town move went. I explained everything to her and she advised that she is sending the information to management and also claims department. I will advise how this turns out once I have a result.

Comment : Excellent service from both the office staff and the movers. The Two Men were young, extraordinarily strong, pleasant, polite, and careful with our belongings. They worked non stop and got us moved quickly and with no mishaps. Highly recommend.
