Posted at August 30th, 2024 07::08Subject :Damaged walls and furniture and told me I told them to go ahead and do what it took.
Comment : Destroyed furniture and damaged walls and stairs and then claims that I told them to after paying them $130 an hour and it took them an hour to move the 1 piece that did all the damage. does not make sense to me. Even one of the movers said to the lead man that time is money for this guy but he still insisted on making it up the stairs. Also hired them because we had a pool table with slate and told them that and when they came to move they refused to move the slate and I had to do it myself, the only reason we used them was because of this and they didnt even move it. Now they refuse to make good on the damage and said the onus is on me. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

Comment : Pretty sure they are not closed as we just did a job together and, may I say, a pleasure to work with. Most other overs are nowhere near as good as my lilol company, but these guys are scary good. So many "old school" movers are still about squeezing as much money our of each client as possible rather than doing the "exceed expectations" thing good to see another moving company that understands that.
