Comment : Thieves and liars 1. They made me sign a contract of $2500 saying we are charging you higher but this will come down after we weigh your items. They added like 300 pounds for twin mattress which was only 30 pounds. Now I was waiting for weigh ticket and they said we dont have weight ticket since you agreed to pay $3300 flat fee and I said I have never agreed , They said the storage employee signed the contract where they picked my home good he signed contract. I disagreed and informed them I did not sign or even see the contract and so I will not pay. They refused to deliver . I ended up paying $3300 since I needed my home which was delayed delivery by 3-4 days. They said they will not deliver since truck was unable to turn and so I ended up hiring local movers to move to them I paid $500. Now finally after I got my boxes back. I noticed all the boxes were cut open and all the valuables from inside were missing. More boxes I opened I realized they stole all my home goods that were of any resell value like xbox one , ps4 , leather chair, comforter sets, Jackets, Shoes and much more I called them right away and they said we are not responsible file a claim . I filed a claim but it was of no use. I checked online they had so many reviews of similar complaints and now Its my life mission to shut this company down for betterment of society

I cancelled my move a few days later and was told they would credit my $500 to my card in a few days. A week later and no credit I called again and was told they would take care of the credit at once. Another week and no credit. I called again and they told me I someone would call me back the next day. No one called so I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
