Comment : Very impressed with this company although I did not end up moving with them. There was a misunderstanding between myself and the person I spoke with and I was so beyond frustrated that I left a poor review. The owner reached out to me directly and we talked through it. There was error of both sides of the fence and he really genuinely cared to fix the issue and make sure that everyone was on the same page. That conversation makes me wish I had chosen them for my move. The fact that they care so much about someone who did not choose to do business with them says a lot about the company and the owner, Chris. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone and everyone to give them a chance.

Comment : Metro Wide Movers were a great choice! This is the fourth time I have moved in five years, and I can honestly say this was the best one yet. Jerrica was so friendly and helpful in getting it all set up, both through phone calls and email, and made me feel very confident in the choice. Cary and Adam showed up at my old apartment right on time (12 noon exactly) and got straight to work. They were a lot quicker at packing up than I had expected, which was a nice change from past experiences. They got the address wrong for my new apartment and ended up being about 25 minutes behind us getting to the new place, but they owned it and took off the proper amount of time from the total to reflect it, and I appreciated their honesty about it. Unpacking took longer than packing up, as expected, but it was still pretty speedy. All the boxes were labeled as to what room to go into, and they did a great job of reading and putting them where they needed to go. They also safety wrapped my television drawers, and properly took apart and put back together pieces that needed to be, such as the recliner and the dining room table. They were polite and friendly, and they worked very well together as a team. The two hour minimum was the base quote given to me, and it ended up taking them about 2.5 hours, excluding the time taken away, and I think that is more than exceptional. If we move again, I will be calling Metro Wide Movers to help.

Comment : Jake, Hutch, and Aaron were great. Pretty much in and out. Had to climb to second floor, no complaints. Awesome Job guys.. Got a heads up prior to arrival and they moved. Only one real issue a bag busted open, but they saved articles with a blanket. By the way, The Owner Chris is pretty awesome too. Thanks Guys, Will Definitely refer you.

Comment : From the initial phone call to the last call confirming my move the office staff did a superb job. Hunter helped me from the start and was available every time I called. The crew showed up and did exactly what Hunter said and completed a walk through and set up the protection in my house. The quote I was given did not change and the guys even helped me load some last minute things into my car. Everything went very smoothly. Can not say enough about how well this company is organized. That is my two cents.

Comment : These gentlemen were fantastic. I had only given Nick a week notice to schedule my move and I could not be more pleased. I knew exactly when the movers would arrive, and they called to confirm they were on the way so this was helpful. Also, the guys had incredible work ethic and did not take any breaks that I caught. No harm was done to my belongings, I feel greatful for doing business with Metrowide and I would reccomend them to my family and friends.

Comment : The guys that came out to move us were very professional and fun to be around. They took the stress of moving away. Jesse, Isaiah and Nate worked hard all day and it was over 100 degrees outside. They never complained and did not even want to stop to take lunch. They helped me set up my beds as well as living room. The company provided us with free boxes as well as free wardrobe service. They padded everything they moved and had no damages. On time and careful with my items, at a great price is all I could have asked for. I have already referred 2 couples from my bible study that will be moving soon. Comment : This company was awesome. They were on time, quick, careful with our furniture, and courteous. They unloaded our belongings and put them carefully where we requested. It was a really hot day and I could not get over how hard the two young men worked!! I would use them again..and may next year.

Comment : Excellence all around! Best move of our 18 moves within the military and civilian! We give them the highest recommendation. We needed movers to move all the furniture in our home into temporary storage. Metro Wide Movers met our need with professionalism and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, they immediately got to work. They were careful with our items and careful stewards in both time and task. The team of three -Cody, Isaiah, and Peyton- impressed us tremendously. As retired military, we have made 17 moves. We agree... these were the best movers we have ever had. From the the fair price through the moving day, the entire process was a positive experience. Five stars plus!
