Comment : Agreed. I suppose moving is always hard, but the company does not provide enough agents. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the agents just do not have time to respond. Each time I had to copy our company HR and the agents supervisor to get a response. North American packing was awful. They wrapped plastic containers in tons of paper, then threw a medical device in a box and broke it. Nothing was properly marked. Now I cannot get a reimbursement check. Only bright spot, the movers who contract with North American to unload from storage in Columbus were AMAZING. Very professional, personable, and on time.
