We are BEYOND disapointed in the way this "moving company" has handled my father and uncles move. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot stress that enough, go with literally anyone else, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Not only is their customer service almost non-existent, but they are untrustworthy and unprofessional!
We were dependant on your help coordinating the moves and you failed them; you lied to them, you ignored them, and you mislead them. You gave an grossly inaccurate estimate which created a domino effect and pushed out their move date. You made empty promises of being able to store items 30 days until they would be ready, the movers determined that was a lie once they arrived, DAYS LATE.
The initial truck meant to move both of them broke down, which was unfortunate but it happens. However the driver conveniently lost his phone at the same time, so no one was aware of this until it was too late. Two more trucks came days later, confused as they were given the wrong information. They eventually informed my uncle he had too much for them to move, only after telling my father that he has too little for them to move and it wouldn't be worth their time. Leaving them stranded.
They were scheduled by end of August, it is now September. Their lease was up end of August. Meaning they have to find somewhere to livea store their stuff until a real moving company is able to help. MY FATHER IS A DISABLED VET AND YOU AND YOUR COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM!!!!

Wow these guys handled my monster move in killer heat. The movers led by Nardo worked like and allstar team they moved like ball players and were fast but very careful and meticulous. The packing was efficient and tidy and they wrapped up my furniture very tightly with new clean moving blankets super job and great effort.

Overcharged at every turn and furniture arrived 90% damaged. This company is an absolute scam. Once Tony Martino sells you on the move, the entire company is missing in action. My wife and I had never relocated before. So we just had to hire Progressive Relocation. I have to say, it was the most stress-free experience of my life. This company is so professional. They sent their movers sharp on time and every man was very efficient. They took no time to pack up all our belongings and then started carrying them down to the truck. The whole process was completed very quickly. They used a lot of packing materials though. None of my furniture or other belongings suffered any damages on the way and the delivery was made on time. It was a great first relocation.

Moving from Miami to Houston was effortless and quick because I had the best moving team helping me. The team of Progressive Relocation was terrific. They nicely wrapped and boxed everything and completed the move within the schedule and within the quoted amount. Though we changed the moving date twice but we did not have to pay any extra bucks for the changes. These guys are very accommodative, punctual, polite, skilled, experienced and willing to give their best. That is why I had no problems whatsoever while moving from FL to TX.

I was very hesitant when the movers arrived because I heard a lot of horror stories from friends about the moving experience with other companies. Although I felt a little confident because it was a referral from a friend, in the back of mind I was still worried. They came in the morning exactly on time. I spoke with them and expressed what I wanted moved and how and they were very responsive. As they started loading I went to the room to box some personal things. When I want back to the living room the couches, coffee tables, side table, entertainment center and TV were already professionally packaged and ready to load. I was amazed how quickly and professional they were. Moreover, they took apart my bed which was very complicated with lots of screws and bolts. They worked very fast loading a huge truck full of boxes. When we arrived at the destination they loaded everything quickly listening to where I wanted everything placed. They also successfully assembled my complicated bed. I was so pleased I can't explain if you are moving I highly recommend Progressive Relocation. Do yourself a favor during the stressful time, assign them for the move.

This review comes in praise of Progressive Relocation's crew, who moved a partial load of household goods for us. These men were prompt, courteous, and careful and they were remarkably efficient. Our load included a piano which had to be moved up into the second-floor living area of our home. Progressive Relocation's team planned carefully and executed the lift with remarkable strength and care. We have just now completed unpacking and we have detected no damage to any of our goods! We completed the first phase of this move a few weeks ago, with another mover. That move was with an undersized truck and inadequate provisioning and it cost nearly double the estimate. This previous disastrous experience helped us to appreciate the quality of the service we received from Progressive Relocation. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

When I called Progressive Relocation I was not sure that time that I am going to assign them for my move. But after I discussed with their sales rep Jason I was more than just convinced that they will be the best choice for me. He offered me a great deal and gave me confidence. At the moving day he called me to inform that the movers are coming. The team arrived with necessary tools and packing materials. Unfortunately our elevator was not working that time and we had some super heavy and fragile furniture along with other stuffs. But the movers were kind of enough to manage those odds and they still managed to transport all my belongings without any damage and before the allotted time. They have the complete knowledge about the moving job and they are willing to give their best. Sadly, I chose Progressive Relocation based on their excellent reviews on this site and their very low moving estimate. Jason gave me an estimate of $1,116.25 to move my deceased parents' lovely 1950's dining room furniture in Florida to my daughter's apartment in Los Angeles. This was the lowest of the five estimates I received before I decided to go with PR. When the furniture was picked up, the cost suddenly became $3,330. A family member approved the move at my parents' house because I live on the west coast. So not only did we pay over THREE TIMES the estimate but now I am paying almost $700 to repair the damages incurred during the move. The damages included broken legs and a hole in the cane backing of a chair. The movers who delivered the furniture said that the movers who picked up the furniture were to blame because they never should have stacked the 60-year old chairs together in twos before wrapping them. I am ending up paying almost twice the highest estimate I received from all the other movers. PR did deduct $280 for a Long Carry fee. The Long Carry fee is charged if the front/back door is more than 50 feet from the truck. The truck could have easily parked in my parents driveway, which is just outside the front door. I did not hire Progressive Relocation at the first place. I hired another moving company but they called 4 days before my move and tried to increase the moving cost. So, I cancelled the deal. Progressive Relocation offered me a very reasonable price (flat rate) and also their sales rep Jason made sure that there will be no hidden cost. I was quite impressed after talking to Jason and made up my mind to use them. I hired them while moving to California from Texas. Yesterday they completed the move. I must tell that they did everything necessary to execute the move perfectly. They managed to move all my belongings within the given timeframe and also made sure that I do not have to encounter any broken or damaged stuffs. I did a Google search for moving companies and so hits for Progressive Relocation Systems (PRS). Following the first URL I read glowing testimonials about PRS and decided to ask for a quote, which the PRS rep promptly provided. I had received quote from two other moving companies that were higher, so I went with PRS. I faxed them a copy of a deposit check in the amount of $150 on June 7, 2013 in preparation for my family's move on July 1, 2013. On June 28, 2013 - three days before the move - someone from PRS called to say that they could not do the move because we were out of state. Of course, they knew from the date I asked for the quote that we were out of state (Virginia, anyway) but they waited until three days prior to the move to tell me they would not provide the service. Referred by a friend, I was a little apprehensive about hiring movers for the first time. Their online ratings were helpful in pushing me over the edge, and in the end I can't imagine ever making a move without a company as efficient and professional as these guys. The sales rep on the phone (Ashley, I believe) was very helpful, informative, knew what she was talking about, and got me a moving date and estimate that was accurate and itemized. It was a pleasure. She sent out an information packet as promised and had been clear on all the steps and responsibilities. When the movers arrived (I'll have to look up their names) on July 4th, they started immediately and had me moved in less than 8 hours! I have used many movers in past and some were really good but if I compare them with these movers then I have to say that they are the best in service and price. I hired progressive relocation just before the move. They did not get enough time to prepare nor did they even know the nature of the move specifically. Actually I canceled the deal with the movers who were supposed to take care of my move because they came and tried to DOUBLE the price! However, I was not expecting a perfect move from progressive relocation because they did not get enough time but surprisingly they gave me the best experience. Movers came early and surveyed the situation carefully then they showed their skills and great presence of mind while packing and moving the goods. Though they had to deal with some very vulnerable items and there were many glass ware and crystal ware along with some rare paintings but the movers kept their cool and managed the situation very efficiently. No damage was done to anything! They took very little time to get the job done and also charged a very reasonable amount.
