Extremely pleased with the service
This move was very well planned out and executed. I was very specific with my move, I needed certain dates and times or it could not happen. Plus, I had a four bedroom house so it was not just a typical move. All Around Van Lines really did what they said they were going to do. They did a great job with my move. They were on time and on schedule. I was also impressed during my delivery because my things were in the same condition as they left my old house. Great move and great job!

such nice guys
Being my first time using a moving service and having some very old/fragile pieces I was incredibly nervous about this experience. Your movers were not only professional and took great care of my belongings but they were also incredibly nice and we were even cracking jokes throughout the move. Fast and easy process, all of my things were well taken care off, I couldn't be happier.

great job!
Team showed up on time and were very accommodating and efficient. They did a great job of securely packing truck and were great at spacial management to utilize all the space in the truck. When offloading, they were able to remember what rooms the items were packed from and quickly learned the new rooms and did not need constant direction on where items needed to go. We will definitely use them on our next move.

they went right to work
To say we were taken care of during our move is an understatement. From the word go communications were direct and forthcoming, The day of the move started super with our team of drivers arriving early and went right to work ( very professional ) .

they are the best
All four men did an excellent and professional job for us. They had cheerfull attitudes and helped us with recommendations on our packing. The truck was in clean and in orderly condition. It was amazing to see how they packed up the truck in such a timely manner. You guys are the best. Thank you.

I'm a college student and so I'm exceptionally broke. When I had to move I was really concerned about the price but I wasn't willing to sacrifice on the quality. My family had moved a few years ago and they went with the company that had given them the lowest price but half my stuff ended up be-ing damaged in some way. I'm glad I found Public Moving and Storage because not only did they pro-vide me with the service that was impeccable but they gave it to me at a completely honest and fair price. It's not the cheapest company out there but it is definitely one of the best. Book with them -- they're awesome.

Everyone was great at letting me know what I needed to do to prepare for my companies move. The guys that showed up were simply amazing! They moved heavy desks up two flights of stairs and kept a great attitude the entire time. They took care in wrapping the furniture to pro-tect it and as a result I had no damages whatsoever!! I would highly recommend Public Moving and Storage to any business relocating!! Five stars all the way!!

I do not remember ever getting into the quarrel with them over the handling of my valuables. The crew that was sent down carried everything as if it were they're own. The sense of dedication they displayed was also amazing. I am just glad they came my way, and I have no reason to reach out for them the next time I am in need of relocation services.

I have only good things to say about Public Moving and Storage. I moved cross-country and they did a marvelous job on my move. They were punctual, they knew what they were doing, the customer service was impeccable and I didn't feel robbed when it came time to pay the bill. I really appreciate that there were no surprises. A top-of-the-line company. I definitely recommend them.

Beyond my expectations
I was not expecting great relocation services. The best I had imagined were average services. When the relocation team came over, however, they did exceedingly well. The relocation was enjoyable. I would undoubtedly recommend them to another customer.

AVOID this company.
I believe all the 5-star reviews online about this company are FAKE. Many of them were written on the same days (for example, 06/08/2016 and 05/14/2016 on one popular website). I am posting this review as a warning to other hard-working, honest people like myself. AVOID THIS COMPANY. EVERY PIECE OF OUR FURNITURE arrived damaged, 10 DAYS after Mike said it would arrive. Mike and Paul, as well as their subcontractor, LIED TO US repeatedly about where our furniture was. First they said their truck with our furniture broke down in Virginia. Then their subcontractor texted us that he was driving it in from Tennessee. I believe this is a FRAUDULENT company. This company also has HORRIBLE customer service. Mike stopped taking our calls; so did Raphael and Paul. I finally found another number for Mike. HIS MOTHER answered the phone. I begged her to have her son call me so that our daughters wouldn't have to sleep another night ON THE FLOOR. She was appalled. Mike STILL did not call us back. Mike and Paul won't even email us the document we now need to file an insurance claim for all our property damages. We are consulting with a lawyer about next steps. AVOID THEM.
