Although I didn't have a lot of stuff, they came very well prepared and even called me to say they could show up earlier than I originally requested. They were a pleasure to watch, strong and highly skilled.

I used them last week while I was moving to VT. Movers were real professionals. They came on time with necessary tools and they were well prepared for the move. They were fast, accurate and very careful with my belongings. I guess they knew what they had to do and as a result I got a perfect move.

very happy with them
We were very happy with their service and would definitely hire them again. We were downsizing and moving from a house to a smaller apartment. We had a lot of stuff to get rid of and we ended up having to make a trip to goodwill and one to our new apartment.

They offered me great price, they sent me best team and the team did the rest of the work. It was a very well organized team I must say. They had plan and they executed everything according to that plan. For a moment I was feeling like a guest watching their own relocation. I loved to see everything delivered fit and fine in my new place.

After seeing reviews from other moving companies i was afraid my things would get damaged but when i received the delivery and all things were nicely packed and wrapped in blankets i felt the biggest relief ever i also liked the fact that this company only requires a deposit book and then half at pick up and the second half at delivery. This gave me trust that my things would be delivered and well taken care of.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Everything was explained beforehand in straightforward, easy-to-understand language. There were no surprises on the actual day of relocation. The two movers were exceptionally polite and pleasant; they took exceptional care of all belongings; there was no damage whatsoever. Price was acceptable. I (and my daughter, who was moving) were very pleased and satisfied.

EXCELLENT RELOCATION SERVICES
Excellent experience. Great American Van Lines moved my 85 year old parents from their 4 bedroom home to a retirement home. From the onset when we got an estimate all the way through the planning stage and the move itself, Great American Van Lines were excellent. The gentleman who worked our estimate and planned the move with us gave us lots of tips and was happy to answer questions - actually he anticipated most. The movers worked very hard, were personable, responsible, flexible and professional. My mom who is not easy to please said "The move could not have gone any betterâ€.

You can always trust them with your move. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it turned out awesome. They were in charge of my properties from Chicago to New Jersey. I love flowers and I have quite a lot of them. That’s was actually the case why I hired the company. I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it myself. So the movers were careful with my flowers and did the moving well.
