My friend told me about Public Moving and Storage and I decided to hire them. I was satisfied for the work they did. Their customer service representative was well trained and informative. It was not the lowest rate they offered me, but they did their job great, which is very important! They securely dealt with all their responsibilities. I requested them to change the time of packing and they were happy to make the adjustment for me.

Public Moving and Storage
Perfect service!
I had a long distance move, so smooth and relaxed, this company is great. They showed up on time and started to load everything very carefully. I had many pieces of heavy furniture so I thought that it was going to be a problem for them. But I hired professionals. They never complained. They brought large boxes, tape, blankets… I had lots of furniture but nothing got damaged and we received all our stuff at our new house actually a day before what we had agreed!!

All Around Van Lines
Rude, ripped off and seeing red
Never ever ever use this company. They will return your calls so promptly...until you pay them your downpaynent. Then all communication virtually comes to a grinding halt, while you have to sit and wonder where your goods are and take work off. Working with them on my move has been a total nightmare. Not only have they been completely uncommunicative once they got my money, but they also said I had extra items not on my inventory list, to the tune of an extra $1600. At $0.89 per pound, that's more than 1600 pounds extra for what? 2 twin box springs, an extra (small) dresser and an additional couple of boxes. Then they tried to say I had about three times as many dressers, which I absolutely do not own, and some kind of footrest? It's absolute extortion. Oh and then on top of that, about 2 WEEKS late, and couldn't even get a hold of the driver on move in day. He finally was ready to show up...at 8:30 at night, and that was about six hours late. Then their customer service guy tried to say I hadn't called and left a message. Well he's right - I had left THREE, plus emails. I will be filing a complaint with the DOT Office if the Inspector General. They'll quote you such a cheap price...to lure you in. Then you'll end up paying more than if you'd chosen the more expensive company.

Atlant Van Lines
Exam and moving.
My work depended on the exam which was on the day of moving. I couldn’t reschedule that is why I was nervous. Atlant Van Lines promised everything would be all right and I didn’t lift a finger to organize the moving. It went great.

There wasn’t any major incident
The movers came within the time frame they said they would. I loved their efficiency as they were able to finish up the process much faster than I anticipated. A mug was broken in the process, but everything else was perfectly secured including my dresser and two TVs. There wasn’t any major incident, and it was a generally good experience. I would recommend Exclusive Van Lines to everybody else.

Great move for sure
I have seen movers as good as the ones from Atlantic union van lines. These men were just machines! They were very fast to finish packing and loading everything from my 3-bedroom apartment. They weren’t just fast but also very thorough. Every item was packed with great care. They delivered everything on time in great condition. I am just at awe still thinking about how easy and simple they make relocation look like.

All My Sons Orlando is a Horrible company
Horrible company. Damaged numerous items. Took months to get any kind of response. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Owner of company won't return calls and refused to do any kind of reprimands to his movers. I wouldn't pay them to move my dog!

Over this moving process, I have had to deal with a lot of people from various companies, and it was amazing to me how many companies still don’t communicate timely and friendly with their consumers. I would have to say your company by far set themselves above anyone else in regard to your timely responses, professional employees, and friendly customer service. Please make sure all your employees understand how much their friendly attitudes and professional work ethic were appreciated!

I would have to give a 5 on the service I received from Public. The process started with setting every-thing up and communicating with us and the Public moving and storage. The whole team worked profession-ally, being aware how stressful it is to move across country with two young kids. When it came to loading our house, they eliminated that stress.

A quick note to let you know how very pleased we were with the move. The guys who did the packing were outstanding! Things went very quickly and smoothly and we could hardly believe how things were wrapped, handled and stored. We thank you so much for rescheduling things for us. I have a friend who hopes to sell her house soon and I have highly recommended you. Only one problem… the boxes seem to have dou-bled in number since leaving the old house. HAHA. Thanks again, it is truly appreciated!

Global Movers
They were honest
I wasn't looking forward to a huge bill at the end of my move. I asked global movers several times to notify me of any changes in the bill if required. Four movers arrived on time and finished packing everything from my 3-bedroom apartment very quickly. They used a lot of packing tapes and bubble wraps which made me wonder if it would cost me extra. They delivered on time as well. When I saw the final bill I realized that most of the packing materials were free. I only had to pay for the boxes which didn't cost much. I'm glad they kept their words and didn't overcharge me.

Atlantic union van lines is an amazing moving company. They took amazing care of my belongings when I hired them. They quoted low and no extra was added to the final bill. The movers asked me to point out all of my fragile boxes – they loaded them one by one into the truck, carefully keeping them apart from everything else in the attic of the truck. That was the biggest concern i had with hiring any moving companies that no one cares fragile materials, but they did. They were also very concerned about damaging my furniture, walls. In addition to being careful with my things they showed up on time, the movers were clean, fun to converse with, worked very hard, and didn't stop the whole time they were there. We were also impressed with the team of movers who took such good care of our belongings. They took great care to make sure everything was protected and accounted for – and they were a delight to be around.hey were always on time and over delivered on our expectations and timeline. This team worked flawlessly to meet our deadlines. On delivery another team was great and all my stuff was unloaded from the truck carefully and very fast. This move of mine was a little different as it had a very special clause. You see, when I decided to move, I had already sold my house and was still looking for a new house. I found a house literally when the men had my things in their van. This is not your everyday moving request but this company was very flexible and happy to help in any way they can. All my belongings arrived safely at my given time after I had rented this house I'm living in now.

They didn’t charge too high but their services very much on par with any fancy moving company. The movers were punctual, strong and efficient.
