Bad experience
Ended up paying $2,000 more than estimate. Delivery was later than specified. Packing was fine but at delivery they just dropped everything around the house and never assembled anything as promised. Items missing and customer service never responding. Address here is a UPS store. Never knows where their real office is.

Straight Forward Moving
Very pleased, went so smoothly
We are very pleased with this company. Our daughter had to move across country and finding a reliable moving company that didn't charge an arm and a leg was a challenge. Straight Forward was all the things we needed - reasonable and reliable. Their name really says it all, they were very straight forward and upfront about pricing, and all the steps involved in the move. pickup and drop off went very smooth, and the driver was very kind and patient with us. It was overall just a great experience, and would recommend them to anyone.

We used All Around Van Lines for our most recent move, and we are so happy we did. I would like to recommend this company to everyone! I have a small child which added to all my stress when moving, yet from start to finish this company really nailed it. All Around Van Lines
They were truly Fantastic!
I have to move quite often because of my job, so I've had to deal with many moving companies before. None come close to the wonderful service I got from All Around van Lines. This is the first time I've seen a company actually get the moving price right, and not try to cheat me on the day of the move. I am recommending this company to anyone needing to move, because it is really worth every penny. Amazing customer service, amazing experience.

Full Service Van Lines
DO NOT USE!!!
DO NOT USE!!!! Worst moving company ever. The owner and the employees have no ethics. They will make you chase after them for an answer on where your belongings are. They did not communicate with us about our cross country move (NJ to CA) until we posted a negative yelp review about them. We then heard from the "owner," Maxx Socher, who asked us to take down our yelp review before he would respond to us about our belongings. Three weeks later we received our items, including a broken bed, a broken wine fridge and a broken table. I have dealt with Jackie, Sean, and a woman who refused to tell me her name...all of whom treat you like they're doing you a favor. They provide no information to you whatsoever about your move timeframe, where your things are, or even the route they will take. Our belongings were moved several times from truck to warehouse to semi-trailer to small truck. I have no idea how many additional times. They told me everything would go to FL before CA because no one wanted to pick up in NJ. Really? And you're a moving company? We received pillows and blankets unboxed (opened from the packaging I had provided). We also received one of our items in a make shift box of broken cardboard and lots of tape (our original packaging was gone). This company is a SHAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! In addition, they lied to me about the square feet in the truck...they told me we used 1,000 sq ft but upon delivery, the mover said we used 800 sq ft. We moved with an infant and a dog and had to spend several hundred $$$ out of pocket as we were unprepared to not have our belongings for 1 full month. We had made a reservation about 4 months ahead of time, but they were not prepared for our move. Also, they do not own their trucks!!! The men that picked up and dropped off our belongings were fine...but they don't work for Full Service Van Lines. This review is about FSVL. They are a nightmare.

DO NOT USE ALL AROUND VAN LINES!! All Around Van Lines (AAVL) moved friends of mine from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. My friend contacted this so called PROFESSIONAL outfit, The AAVL sales person said it would take A TRUCK AND 3 GUYS ABOUT 2 HOURS TO LOAD AND ABOUT 2 HOURS TO UNLOAD, AND COST $2400.00 AND TAKE 2 - 4 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THEIR STUFF MOVED TO PA. When my friend’s husband made the arrangements he told the salesperson that they might have a couple extra boxes that he did not inventory at the time. The sales person said there wouldn't be any extra charge. WRONG!!!. Long story short we had moved my friend’s stuff from their home to a friend’s basement to store for a month until they could move in at Pa. Used a PROFESSIONAL local mover, it took a truck, 2 men and 3 hours to load, drive and unload. Read the reviews here and on other sites for a clear picture. Rates doubled on moving day, from 2650 to 5300. According to the Driver, the bulky items weren't on the estimate and take up twice as much space. Interestingly enough, they are right there in black and white on the contract, but still they double the price. I'm stuck because my lease is up. Was told by the driver it would take about 3 -4 days to deliver, 13 days later they showed up. Nobody would answer calls or return messages in the meantime. There are too many damaged items to list: broken furniture, dented bikes, walls damaged, lawn damaged, furniture put together without actually attaching anything. Unreal. And of course, nobody answers the calls to file a claim either. Stay far away!

BUYER BEWARE OF STEVENS WORLDWIDE MOVING!
Our experience with Stevens is an ongoing practical and legal nightmare, now in its 3rd month, delivery still not completed, goods lost, others horribly damaged, even as Stevens keeps running up more charges against our credit card accounts without our authorization. Now Stevens is sending us forged and altered documents in order to try to bill us even more. Without our permission and without telling us, Stevens rang up more than $18,000 on our credit card accounts on or about June 3, before any delivery or any billing was made. Overall A Good Move!
Friendly customer service. Everything was very fast and easy from booking to moving. Movers maintained promptness throughout the move and put everything in the rooms without breaking or missing anything. I would call them again, but not too soon. Thanks guys for a good move.

I will live to remember them I will always remember United Royal Van Lines and their entire relocation team. I will always hire them out any time their services are needed. I sincerely believe in their capability. When I hired them out to relocate me to Alabama, they did such a good work. They were right in time and they maintained high professionalism levels all through the relocation. An experience like that is always good to have.

Just Fantastic
From the initial call to the office to the movers, this experience was fantastic. The movers managed to efficiently and competently maneuver furniture through a historic home's attic with steep staircase and second floor circular stairs without any damage to goods or the home. They were efficient, kept us on task, offered helpful tips on what to do and made a traumatic day very pleasant. Kudos to the two men and Jason my sales rep that helped set it all up.
